Health is all about bowel transit time. If you cram yourself full of ribs and nachos, those have 3-4 days bowel transit time. In that time they become putrefied and rot inside of you, releasing toxins which cause inflammation. If you eat a lot of raw fruits and veggies, transit time is 24 hours. I eat a lot of chicken. My diet mostly protein with healthy carbs such as broccoli, cauliflower, spinach. Iโ€™m bodybuilding right now so Iโ€™m sticking to a ketogenic diet with intermittent fasting applied as well. Sometimes I will water fast for 3+ days.

@noobpocket grind up pepper corns in a mortar and pestle, coat the steaks with the pepper and coarse sea salt and let them rest for 30 mins before i throw em on a cast iron skillet. olive oil in, sear the fat on the rim of the steaks then 2-2 1/2 minutes on each side , finish it with a small amount of garlic butter and Worcestershire sauce. Rest the steaks for 5 minutes then enjoy

@PastPresentFuture, you can only have perfect form if you do exercises that follow the direction of the muscle fibers within the finite constraints of skin, tendons, and ligaments. They are there for a reason: to prevent injury. If we overwork or deviate away from proper motion/movement, we will be prone to injury.
