Health is all about bowel transit time. If you cram yourself full of ribs and nachos, those have 3-4 days bowel transit time. In that time they become putrefied and rot inside of you, releasing toxins which cause inflammation. If you eat a lot of raw fruits and veggies, transit time is 24 hours. Plus the biophotons are not destroyed. Look up John Rose on YT. He's right, after all else failed, a 7 day juice fast and then going raw vegan for a while stopped my Lyme symptoms, something no doctor could do in 5 years. @Truth I have a similar opinion, vegans are based on emotional appeal to not hurting living organisms. But if you eat vegetables you are โhurtingโ that organism.
Sounds like a very well balanced diet.
I pretty much eat all of that except Greek yogurt, coffee, cherries, Gogi berries, and avocados
I eat a lot of chicken. My diet mostly protein with healthy carbs such as broccoli, cauliflower, spinach. Iโm bodybuilding right now so Iโm sticking to a ketogenic diet with intermittent fasting applied as well. Sometimes I will water fast for 3+ days.
BRAGGS Apple cider vinegar too. I take 3 tablespoons in a shot glass every night before bed, fasting or not. That stuff will put hair on your chest.

I donโt know about the benefits of raw honey. I stay away from it because of the carbohydrates
Raw honey is great for a number of things

You need meat to have a healthy diet

Vegetarian and vegans are usually lacking iron, b12, d3, omega acids, glucosamine, and good fats
But eating too much meat can be bad as well
But no meat at all is foolish, and will stunt your height, weight, muscle mass, circulation, skin and hair, and eyesight expecially.

Cold water shower pill guys. I finally showered again yesterday and had a cold shower. Man it was great: about to go to the dentist. Going to do another cold shower.

@noobpocket grind up pepper corns in a mortar and pestle, coat the steaks with the pepper and coarse sea salt and let them rest for 30 mins before i throw em on a cast iron skillet. olive oil in, sear the fat on the rim of the steaks then 2-2 1/2 minutes on each side , finish it with a small amount of garlic butter and Worcestershire sauce. Rest the steaks for 5 minutes then enjoy

the only meats I'm good with cooking is chicken and fish, steaks and stuff I'm unsure about maybe it's too man for me idk
@PastPresentFuture how much of acv do you take like a shot? I had a nutritionist before that told me to always put just a teaspoon 8 ounce cup of tea or water bc that stuff is so strong
But if you like acv I would also recommend epsom salt, those two go together nice
I always drink my teas with 1/4 teaspoon epsom salt, you can't even taste it at that point but it gives you the good salts your body needs and also helps to clean out

Yea I canโt pre-dilute and take it down the taste is too rancid for me to handle
So I just shot gun it and flush it with a cold bottle of water. Donโt breathe through my nose for about 10-13 seconds and I wonโt even taste the ACV

@TheSatireGames it is a plant that has sweetening properties. Alot less sugar than regular sugar. Diabetics consume this because it doesn't spike their glucose levels through the roof.

sittups are good if u keep ur back strait and strong. crunches tighten upper abdomen but most people do it poorly and bend just their backs lol

If you have perfect form those exercises arenโt harmful. But that goes for all exercise. And perfect form is hard to come by
that technique is critical
I agree with @Maester. Also the wiper twists are putting torsional stress on your spinal column.
@PastPresentFuture, you can only have perfect form if you do exercises that follow the direction of the muscle fibers within the finite constraints of skin, tendons, and ligaments. They are there for a reason: to prevent injury. If we overwork or deviate away from proper motion/movement, we will be prone to injury.

Lolz! My highest while I was bodybuilding was about 75lbs. I don't focus to much on the amount of weight. I used to squat close to 200lbs.

Let me tell you this: I worked out with a buddy a couple of months ago at the gym. I told him to show me his lateral raise on the cables.
He was about to raise 20lbs of weight. I said, "Okay. You know tha you can only lift 10lbs."
He asked me what the heck I was talking about. I said, with the proper technique, you will find 10lbs just as heavy as the 20lbs.
As I anatomically readjusted him and made him work in the correct posture, he found that he could only lift 10lbs. On top of that his deltoids were sore the next day.

I do weight training at 5am. I am trying to build up the muscle to help speed up my push ups and running.
I train after work each day
burst intensity is very effective
I like to run a lot so if I do it early in the day Iโm gonna burn out by 3pm
i workout all day every day. have been for over 20 years. its bout the only thing my father taught me
