I've been listening to this cast about the Battle of Verdun from WWI; interesting stuff
100% recommended. I donโt shower but every 3-4 days, but when I do I take cold showers.
Reading is important to me to build up my mental fortitude: what books are you all reading?
Iโm reading this currently. Examines a lot of historical and metaphysical rebellion.
What are good books for motivation?

Cold water shower pill guys. I finally showered again yesterday and had a cold shower. Man it was great: about to go to the dentist. Going to do another cold shower.
Itโs so invigorating. Especially if youโre feeling groggy.

Yes, sir. A few games a chess to tire our brains out before bed.
Today was a great service: overcoming fear. Jesse made a lot of great points. People will attack you because they know youโre afraid. Fear is apart of anger. If you can overcome anger, or fear, you can truly stand up for yourself. Once people see you donโt care, and it doesnโt bother you, they donโt have power over you.
It was a really good one. I swear it gets better every time.

Iโm of the same opinion; I believe God created the world, but has the inability to directly interact with it.

Interesting points, @J_G_ . I agree with you, buddy. The obsession we have with the material and physical prevents us from finding God from the inside. Do you believe that we generate our reality with thought - that the world will manifest it for you? If all that manifests is a result of what was once in the spirit, does that mean the spirit is the key to understanding reality?
It's all good, man. It's like in the Tao, watching a thousand things falling away. Life is fleeting; alive, and dead. It is dead as soon as it happens, but it is alive while it happens. Then it is forever gone.
