@TheSatireGames it is a plant that has sweetening properties. Alot less sugar than regular sugar. Diabetics consume this because it doesn't spike their glucose levels through the roof.

sittups are good if u keep ur back strait and strong. crunches tighten upper abdomen but most people do it poorly and bend just their backs lol

If you have perfect form those exercises aren’t harmful. But that goes for all exercise. And perfect form is hard to come by
