Protein shakes are good but stay away from “mass gainers”
And for the love of god only drink whey protein isolate immediately before or after a workout

Protein shakes have gum additives that really mess with your stomach and the protein can become degraded to a certain degree. GOMAD imo 🤣🤣🤣 gallon of milk a day!
I take 3 tablespoons of braggs applecider vinagear to help break down and digest any "problematic" materials
pretty good results so far been doing that for the last 5 months.

I got two NY Strip steaks I cooked last night that I'm gonna tear up tonight

@noobpocket grind up pepper corns in a mortar and pestle, coat the steaks with the pepper and coarse sea salt and let them rest for 30 mins before i throw em on a cast iron skillet. olive oil in, sear the fat on the rim of the steaks then 2-2 1/2 minutes on each side , finish it with a small amount of garlic butter and Worcestershire sauce. Rest the steaks for 5 minutes then enjoy
