Nice nice nice

2018-08-13 17:31:27 UTC

๐Ÿ‘Œ :

2018-08-13 17:31:30 UTC

Nice

2018-08-13 19:01:10 UTC

That looks so nice...

2018-08-13 19:01:46 UTC

the only meats I'm good with cooking is chicken and fish, steaks and stuff I'm unsure about maybe it's too man for me idk

2018-08-13 19:03:11 UTC

@PastPresentFuture how much of acv do you take like a shot? I had a nutritionist before that told me to always put just a teaspoon 8 ounce cup of tea or water bc that stuff is so strong

2018-08-13 19:03:52 UTC

But if you like acv I would also recommend epsom salt, those two go together nice

2018-08-13 19:04:40 UTC

I always drink my teas with 1/4 teaspoon epsom salt, you can't even taste it at that point but it gives you the good salts your body needs and also helps to clean out

2018-08-13 19:33:04 UTC

I drink roughly 2 fluid ounces of it every evening (about 3-4 table spoons)

2018-08-13 21:13:15 UTC

Hmm normally I would think that could be dangerous but you said you wash it with water right after so that probably dilutes it

2018-08-13 23:28:27 UTC

Yea I canโ€™t pre-dilute and take it down the taste is too rancid for me to handle

2018-08-13 23:29:07 UTC

So I just shot gun it and flush it with a cold bottle of water. Donโ€™t breathe through my nose for about 10-13 seconds and I wonโ€™t even taste the ACV

2018-08-13 23:29:50 UTC

Ah I totally understand that. I always say donโ€™t taste just swallow for stuff like that lol

2018-08-13 23:31:10 UTC

Yup

Favorite healthy carb - Fruit

I like a good burger once in a while.

2018-08-20 18:26:34 UTC

2018-08-20 18:26:36 UTC

2018-08-20 18:32:41 UTC

2018-08-20 18:36:00 UTC

2018-08-20 18:36:17 UTC

anything with sugar makes me sick

2018-08-20 18:45:38 UTC

@TheSatireGames I need to lay off the sugar. My body craves it constantly. That is why I just use stevia.

2018-08-20 18:47:20 UTC

what is stevia?

2018-08-20 18:49:05 UTC

@TheSatireGames it is a plant that has sweetening properties. Alot less sugar than regular sugar. Diabetics consume this because it doesn't spike their glucose levels through the roof.

2018-08-20 18:51:57 UTC

thats interesting. ill have to read up on that

2018-08-20 18:54:49 UTC

2018-08-21 14:27:53 UTC

don't do crunches / sit ups. It's bad for you

2018-08-21 14:38:16 UTC

bad for your back

2018-08-21 15:05:38 UTC

Ok

2018-08-21 15:35:02 UTC

Crunches deff would hurt my back

2018-08-21 16:34:45 UTC

sittups are good if u keep ur back strait and strong. crunches tighten upper abdomen but most people do it poorly and bend just their backs lol

2018-08-21 16:35:00 UTC

gotta remember to work the back just as much as the front ๐Ÿ˜›

2018-08-21 18:36:56 UTC

If you have perfect form those exercises arenโ€™t harmful. But that goes for all exercise. And perfect form is hard to come by

2018-08-21 19:20:26 UTC

that technique is critical

2018-08-21 19:20:28 UTC

I agree with @Maester. Also the wiper twists are putting torsional stress on your spinal column.

@PastPresentFuture, you can only have perfect form if you do exercises that follow the direction of the muscle fibers within the finite constraints of skin, tendons, and ligaments. They are there for a reason: to prevent injury. If we overwork or deviate away from proper motion/movement, we will be prone to injury.

2018-08-21 19:20:55 UTC

if your limber than hardly any movements are painful

2018-08-21 19:21:00 UTC

then**

2018-08-21 19:21:09 UTC

Again, @TheSatireGames not true.

2018-08-21 19:21:16 UTC

riight

2018-08-21 19:21:32 UTC

xD

2018-08-21 19:22:08 UTC

I'm not trying to be a know-it-all but I am speaking from experience. I am a NASM certified personal trainer. I studied anatomy & physiology along with it.

2018-08-21 19:22:45 UTC

๐Ÿ˜›

2018-08-21 19:23:15 UTC

You could be the most limber but little by little, you could make the irritation much worse until it gets chronic.

2018-08-21 19:23:21 UTC

๐Ÿ˜ฌ

2018-08-21 19:23:25 UTC

2018-08-21 19:23:26 UTC

2018-08-21 19:24:43 UTC

its possible to be hurt by anithing if ur doing it silly

2018-08-21 19:25:43 UTC

@TheSatireGames True, but most rent-a-buddies out there don't have proper training. I don't listen to YouTube gurus or anything either.

2018-08-21 19:26:24 UTC

But how much do you bench Sasha

2018-08-21 19:26:26 UTC

My goal is to get a doctorates in physical therapy.

2018-08-21 19:26:31 UTC

Thatโ€™s the real question

2018-08-21 19:26:39 UTC

Lol ๐Ÿ˜›

2018-08-21 19:26:48 UTC

Bruh....

2018-08-21 19:26:55 UTC

2018-08-21 19:27:01 UTC

DYEL?

2018-08-21 19:28:01 UTC

Lolz! My highest while I was bodybuilding was about 75lbs. I don't focus to much on the amount of weight. I used to squat close to 200lbs.

2018-08-21 19:29:46 UTC

Let me tell you this: I worked out with a buddy a couple of months ago at the gym. I told him to show me his lateral raise on the cables.

2018-08-21 19:30:40 UTC

He was about to raise 20lbs of weight. I said, "Okay. You know tha you can only lift 10lbs."

2018-08-21 19:31:24 UTC

He asked me what the heck I was talking about. I said, with the proper technique, you will find 10lbs just as heavy as the 20lbs.

2018-08-21 19:32:25 UTC

As I anatomically readjusted him and made him work in the correct posture, he found that he could only lift 10lbs. On top of that his deltoids were sore the next day.
