I drink almond milk. I have a taste for it since for a very long time, even as a baby, I hated cow milk. I’m not a meat eater. I know it’s good in moderation but I’ve never really been big on it and I deff don’t eat it everyday but only here and there lol

Protein shakes have gum additives that really mess with your stomach and the protein can become degraded to a certain degree. GOMAD imo 🤣🤣🤣 gallon of milk a day!
I take 3 tablespoons of braggs applecider vinagear to help break down and digest any "problematic" materials
pretty good results so far been doing that for the last 5 months.
