@TheSatireGames Lolz!! π The App is MyFitness Pal. I used to use BodyBuilder.com.
hmm what is your fav food?
Once I get my deployment date, I will start shredding.
Hmmmm good question.
Favorite healthy carb - Fruit
Favorite complex carb - rice, beans, lentils
Favorite plant protein - hazelnuts (make homemade nut milk), Garden of Life Raw Meal
Favorite Protein - Broiled salmon
hmm quite the variety there
Favorite fat - hazelnuts, avocadoes
And in between, I eat alot of junk! π
I like a good burger once in a while.
lots of good ones in those favorites. ive never had avocado hazelnuts lentils or nut milk
xD
burgers are good. but the process of it i dont really condone. esp since its manufacturing food
i eat mostly vegies. a fruit every now and then. a steak or burger every now and then
anything with sugar makes me sick
@TheSatireGames I need to lay off the sugar. My body craves it constantly. That is why I just use stevia.
@TheSatireGames it is a plant that has sweetening properties. Alot less sugar than regular sugar. Diabetics consume this because it doesn't spike their glucose levels through the roof.
thats interesting. ill have to read up on that
@Deleted User yea lol I go light on Monday Tuesday Wednesday and then heavy on Thursday Friday Saturday
@Deleted User nice!
don't do crunches / sit ups. It's bad for you
bad for your back
Ok
Crunches deff would hurt my back
sittups are good if u keep ur back strait and strong. crunches tighten upper abdomen but most people do it poorly and bend just their backs lol
gotta remember to work the back just as much as the front π
If you have perfect form those exercises arenβt harmful. But that goes for all exercise. And perfect form is hard to come by
that technique is critical
I agree with @Maester. Also the wiper twists are putting torsional stress on your spinal column.
@PastPresentFuture, you can only have perfect form if you do exercises that follow the direction of the muscle fibers within the finite constraints of skin, tendons, and ligaments. They are there for a reason: to prevent injury. If we overwork or deviate away from proper motion/movement, we will be prone to injury.
if your limber than hardly any movements are painful
then**
Again, @TheSatireGames not true.
riight
xD
I'm not trying to be a know-it-all but I am speaking from experience. I am a NASM certified personal trainer. I studied anatomy & physiology along with it.
