@TheSatireGames it is a plant that has sweetening properties. Alot less sugar than regular sugar. Diabetics consume this because it doesn't spike their glucose levels through the roof.

don't do crunches / sit ups. It's bad for you

2018-08-21 14:38:16 UTC

bad for your back

2018-08-21 15:05:38 UTC

Ok

2018-08-21 15:35:02 UTC

Crunches deff would hurt my back

2018-08-21 16:34:45 UTC

sittups are good if u keep ur back strait and strong. crunches tighten upper abdomen but most people do it poorly and bend just their backs lol

2018-08-21 16:35:00 UTC

gotta remember to work the back just as much as the front ๐Ÿ˜›

If you have perfect form those exercises arenโ€™t harmful. But that goes for all exercise. And perfect form is hard to come by

2018-08-21 19:20:26 UTC

that technique is critical

2018-08-21 19:20:28 UTC

I agree with @Maester. Also the wiper twists are putting torsional stress on your spinal column.

@PastPresentFuture, you can only have perfect form if you do exercises that follow the direction of the muscle fibers within the finite constraints of skin, tendons, and ligaments. They are there for a reason: to prevent injury. If we overwork or deviate away from proper motion/movement, we will be prone to injury.

2018-08-21 19:20:55 UTC

if your limber than hardly any movements are painful

2018-08-21 19:21:00 UTC

then**

2018-08-21 19:21:09 UTC

Again, @TheSatireGames not true.

You could be the most limber but little by little, you could make the irritation much worse until it gets chronic.

2018-08-21 19:23:21 UTC

@TheSatireGames True, but most rent-a-buddies out there don't have proper training. I don't listen to YouTube gurus or anything either.
