What if we made a big video that combined that M2R documentary for IDay and the official video? Cut them all together as if it was one big required viewing experience.

Right now I am in need of someone to monitor check-ins by certain members in a fitness program channel. Essentially, every week, anyone who checks in w/ proper format has a green box. Anyone who doesn't gets a red box. Towards the end of the week you'll start bugging people to check in. At the end of the week, you give the list of red box names to the coordinators for enforcement.

Likely less than two hours a week, and it will help those most in need be held accountable to getting the help they need.

Right now, we're really in need of those with experience in Photoshop. The specific style of many of our edits requires that. I can easily have all those matters taught, and if you want to create content for the org, it's a good investment.

Careful on placing stencils where no extant graffiti or evidence thereof exists. It's not our job to increase the total amount of painted public architecture, but to transform that which is already painted to our own.

Would you be able to commit to getting Photoshop (either formally or pirated), and editing a few sets of photos a week? It would take maybe 5-8 minutes per set maximum while you're getting started. 3-5 once you're in the groove.

Total 30 minutes a week. People spend twice that viewing memes on the toilet.

I only had one in mind as far as sheets go, and we will see if someone is there to fill it who has already reserved. I think you're already set with interviews. Don't want too many hats.

30 Second Opening Flashing Intense Highlights, Similar to The Trailer, Cuts Out and Starts with "X Number of Hours To Drop Site." This tagline can be a subtitle that shows during a few sections leading up to the main point.

Restrain heavy music from some sections and prioritize a minute or so of raw, clean audio. We can buy more mics for this. Intense music should be like a soundtrack that goes from Intro > Drop Site > Speech > Pick Up > Aftermath. In between there should be shots with light ambience and simple tones over crisp audio.

Starting shots should include clips of transit. Bags zipping up. Jackets being folded. Van doors sliding shut. Audio of organizers dictating schedule, conduct, pep talks.

After that, some short dark clips of the checkpoint, then straight into drilling. Audio of men instructing, cut to clips of shieldbearers hoisting their equipment, strapping on their protective gear, donning their dress code items. Final affirmations of plans and regimentation from instructors and team leaders.

Cute intense music during Drop Site Section. Include usual banter and sounds.

Music slows as march enters early tempo. Wind, boots on concrete, flags fluttering, anticipation ambience, builds as cops begin to flank the march. Crescendo as the formation enters speech grounds.

Then we can figure out a way to transition from the Exfil to the Aftermath.

I want this to be unlike a documentary like we did previously, the dialogue is all directed at people other than the camera. It's all candid (even if we give guys lines). This way we can capitalize on the additional cameras and equipment, provide a more high-fi experience, while not taking away from any niches that M2R may want to fill.

Can you get someone to record a drum roll at a distance of 50, 100, 150, and 200 feet? I want to try to get an idea of the audio strength, and if we'll need a second.

Also, be thinking of some cool rolls or beats to play during infil and exfil via the trucks. Something suspenseful, and fast could be really cool and be essentially a musical cue to get the lead out.

See about recording any ideas for something like that, something for marching, chants, etc. etc. so we can brainstorm. I want you to have some pretty big creative freedom here.
