The person writing this claims to be a Director or similar, and has likely attended the NJP conference since they have access to the new flyer. The Columbia stencil is from Ohio but that doesn't really match up considering they're not that likely to be proselytizing right now.
This doesn't sound like any of the network directors; not sure about cluster leaders who are big strong and served on shields in Philly
It sounds 100000% like me, it's scary
The Columbia stencil was also sent to ND John WA.
Those are the only 2 that ever got that. Jeffrey OH and John WA.
I would ask John, then.
I already asked John

Re. the Image of the Columbia Stencil. File name is 20201230_203402.jpg so that is definitely a pic from Jeffery OH's stencil. John WA got his this summer.
That should narrow it down then @ND - Samuel VA . People that went to Poland.
Also note they are very familiar with 4chan, because they knew the thread would be ending soon.
This has to be Jeffrey OH.
Sure, someone should ask him.
Was Jeffrey a shield in p^jilly ?
Not that I know of.
@Thomas I asked him and will let you know.
It was Jeffrey OH, he admitted it. What should I tell him @Thomas
What exactly did he say?
He just admitted that he was that user on the 4chan thread (which is gone now)
Here is the archive thread: https://archive.4plebs.org/pol/thread/347479747/
From what I read in that thread there wasn't anything crazy, just maybe someone getting a little overzealous and confirming they are a member. Maybe a guides refresher for that person.
In general, I don't hear "read the guides" at all anymore. The old NNM meetings it was pounded into our heads at the start and end of each meeting including where the guides are accessed from, etc. Maybe that needs to start again and examples of why reading, understanding and FOLLOWING the guides is good for them, good for the org, and good for humanity overall.
Might be worth asking the ND's to go over some of the more critical points too for the network meetings. Never a better time for people to understand the guides than right now IMO.
PF is all that is left and it will be top of conscious for them i am sure.
Feds will be working both sides of the coin: external sources (ex. the door knock video a couple weeks back) and trying to create a crime to investigate from the inside.
This is why i feel a heavy focus on the guides is warranted right now.
I would also search everyone before all events to make sure they don't accidentally have anything that could be construed as a weapon on them.
Infiltrating fed goes to march, starts fight, is arrested with a weapon. That is all they need really imo.
Anyway we are in a good spot overall i think. At this point we might be looking for just one bad apple.
@Benjamin WI Could you do some opposition research for us regarding the event? Look into the basics of the BLM event happening the following weekend, how the cops have been behaving with any recent protests, anything else pertinent.
Sure i will do some googling. Unless you guys know of any recent protests in that area.
There was the J6 prisoner support rally, and some recent rallies as the BLM Plaza has been completed.
@Benjamin WI Does that sound good enough to kickstart the research?
Yep will try to get it done tomorrow. At the print shop currently for the 3rd time today. Max effort here bro.
@Benjamin WI I'm max effort too. Trust me. How does the research go? I only need the key details. Quarter page of condensed info.
@Thomas Do you know if the fencing around the capitol is still up?
As of most recent scouting, no. Only those small, waist high barricades that are present around the Capitol's inner circle. Mostly in array in some piles and corners ready to be deployed if need be.
Justice for J6 Rally
- 700 expected, 450 people attended
- More police than attendees
- Police lines established between counterprotestors and rally, 7ft black fencing around capitol
- 4 arrests, 1 was an undercover cop with a gun
- "Biggest test of security" since January 6th
- Bike police, riot gear, regular cops, cops with dogs, Nat. Guard on standby
- Major camera upgrades are in place all around the capitol area
I don't know if any of these protests are necessarily relevant to this upcoming event. With all these events they were well publicised for months, they got permits, etc. I think it is safe to assume that if the police know we are coming, the situation will be even more secure than Feb 8th where they obviously outnumbered us. I would also assume they would not let us get anywhere near the capitol, and I would suggest that your route not try to end up where the speech was given last time.
If they don't end up knowing we are coming and there are no leaks, then there won't be any couter protestors and I would expect them to do alot of the same as Feb. 2020. I would imagine they would quickly erect police lines near the capitol that we are definitely not going to be crossing. I doubt they will be as welcoming as last time and invite us right up to the lawn. I would probably plan on doing a speech elsewhere.
With this said, what is the plan for the speech?
March is the same. We proceed down the Natl Mall, but this time we go around the north side of the Capitol. On Constitution Ave. Sticking to those main 4 lane roads. No closer.
So basically from the Lincoln memorial, to what is imaged above and back?
Yes. Drop off and pickup are across the Potomac. Technically in Virginia. Where passengers in cargo compartments is not explicitly illegal.
Got it.
Trucks will be stationed right on an on-ramp to the highway. No delays once we get rolling.
That is a long march round trip. What is the distance?
Six miles.
We can't afford to bring the trucks into the District.
With marching drills we should be able to keep a quick 3mph pace.
I would say that the picture you posted is clearly the highest risk area. I would make sure everyone is on their best behavior, in a nice positive mood, etc. The last march some people were getting cranky by the time they got to the end, which would be roughly 1/2 the way of this march. The last time we were bumping into the cops, etc. and I think it was just super tight quarters and everyone got along. I think the attitude of the police may be a little more serious this time, and if someone bumps one, they might pull them out or something. I would definitely try to avoid any pinch points, and pre-scouting will do that.
We will have screening shield teams on all sides of the march. Twice as many as we had in Philly. They will be on strict orders to make no physical contact with police.
The march will be able to stick to the wide open causeways or take the full street.
No more pinches going through downtown to a parking garage.
I would try to stress to these guys before leaving that these cops are just there doing their job, same as last time basically. If we don't have an antifa escort this time I think it will be even calmer.
Their job can very well include harming us. Their job is to prevent harm. They won't speak, or interact, or make any approaches to police.
Yep I get it, l don't think there will be any planned escalation on their end, especially if we don't have antifa calling the cops on us this time. Also this time we are going to know exactly what we are going into, well beforehand. I am gonna find antifa in the trees if they are hiding, I know their faces and what to look for.
I am set to arrive in the city on Wednesday morning. I will have two full days of scouting.
The morning of I will be down there on a bike. I will be in contact with whoever I need to be for on the ground updates. If I see hundreds of cops and a bunch of antifa, would anything change?
Doubtful that you would, and any hypothetical responses would be based on the hypothetical presence of the oppo. Yes, something would change. I cannot say what.
Could you find parking for a vehicle somewhere along the middle of the march? In case we need to evac someone. Keep a vehicle somewhat nearby wherever we are in the process.
Yeah, I definitely feel like we don't have the same problems we did 18 months back. Has there been any uptick in antifa chatter, PF mentions, twitter "hints", etc? I haven't seen anything but I don't keep up on it like I used to.
Nothing that fits the bill, no.
Re. the car. I can have one available if needed. I may rent one for the day and ditch my personal car somewhere.
Circling back, the main area of concern is the image you posted. Tighten things up there for sure. Also absolutely make sure everyone is searched and tell people if they "see something, say something" to the shield / security team. Anyone acting really weird at camp, anyone super highly agitated or agitating during the march, anyone wandering around alone at camp or caught with a phone, etc. You are going to want to clamp down hard on this for everyones good.
We will have a patdown before departure, for sure.
And have security patrols all the time looking for suspicious behavior.
Sounds like everything is getting done. Is there anything you guys need me to bring at all? Since I will have my truck I have more space than expected.
If you think of anything LMK.
Ask @ND - Samuel VA , he is handling camp and demo equipment.
I want you to brainstorm any things that we haven't thought of and inform me if anything comes up.
@ND - Samuel VA I sent thomas my camp list from Feb 8, if you want it LMK. I had stuff for emergencies on there like jumper cables, and a few other things. Also outlet strips for charging up cameras and stuff like that.
I am heading to bed so I will check all this tomorrow.
Can't think of anything at this time
Ok well let me know before tomorrow afternoon if you do think of anything.
There are supposedly active protests of the Supreme court going on.
Not sure where that is in regards to the route, or if they will continue this weekend but wanted to let ya know.
If they are still protesting this weekend the number of police down there could be huge too.
Strong families strong nation
Our route goes near the SC. What is the protest motive and strength? Police response?
@Thomas Check the vid i posted, maybe a few hundred people but now that there is media coverage it will likely grow.
I will obviously scout it myself on Sat. to get you a lay of the land but won't be up there until Friday late afternoon.
Just scouted everything. Tiny protest full of Christian types.
Decided the sidewalks and traffic on that side of the Capitol is a no-go. Mixing route up to end sooner at the Capitol Reflecting Pool, and include a longer element at the start. Safer, quicker, more visually impressive.
I am heavily concerned about the police response to our new equipment. I did some research.
PB's have successfully (subjective) marched through DC wearing plate carriers, helmets, hardknuckle gloves, and thick/short flagpoles.
Courts found in 1999 in DC that a man guilty of firearms related crimes while wearing body armor, found that his wearing of body armor alone was not in itself evidence of any crime or motive of wrongdoing. It is notable that nothing of our wear is rated for any ballistic value.
[defense counsel stressed in closing argument that a bullet-proof vest is “legal [in DC] and the Court will instruct you, the law is, it's perfectly legal to wear a bullet proof vest.” Likewise, the government noted in its closing that “carrying a shield,” without more, is not illegal.]

Charges From J6 Notable on Weaponry:
Using a Dangerous Weapon
- Entering and Remaining in a Restricted Building with a Deadly or Dangerous Weapon
- Engaging in Physical Violence in a Restricted Building with a Deadly or Dangerous Weapon
- Assaulting, Resisting or Impeding Certain Officers Using a Dangerous Weapon
Notable in that none of these laws relate to the simple carrying of anything deemed as a weapon, but use, or specific locational proximity within a building. No charges appear to relate to body armor in any way. No reference to the word "shield" is found in any of the 600+ cases.

@ND - Samuel VA @Benjamin WI Please review and respond with your thoughts.
Just reading what you posted it appears legally there's no precedent for law enforcement to arrest because we have shields
Discipline is key. A single punch could throw the whole column into danger.
The Rules of Engagement are: Do not engage.
The heavier equipment is so that our activists can safely take heavier attacks without injury to either party, and that's after the deterrence aspect, and the planning aspect of avoiding conflict in planning.
I spoke to a number of officers around the Supreme Court, Capitol Complex, and Park Rangers around the National Mall. They all seemed pretty relaxed, of course there was no march, but they spoke of protests as a common nuisance, not a legitimate danger. Many were meandering aimlessly set to guard certain areas. Not alert, and not on edge. Some around the capitol building itself seemed more tight, but I did not investigate closely.
I think that once we're in camp drilling and doing our last minute stressing/reminding of our rules priorities and assignments we will meet a less adverse environment than Philly with greater discipline than Philly, which will result in a safer outcome than all members getting in and out safely
That is my interest.
The equipment we are bringing is certainly more than is required, but just as the DC police did a huge show of force at the first right wing demo after J6, with lots of unnecessary riot cops, we too have to show that we are capable and disciplined. Exhibitional.
My biggest concern is whether or not we're going to have 500 screeching feminists and various assortment of leftist undesirables within blocks of our demonstration
