Daniel has booked a flight, Scott is looking like the earliest flight for him is 8 pm friday
No one is flying into the DC airport because of security reasons, and also because of the nature of the action, people going through that airport may have concerns as they fly out.

Sure. I know he has a very unique situation, don't know the details, but it should clear up next year. He does have MMA skills to bring to the table but it's moot if he's never involved. He does meet with the other 3 guys in East cluster on a regular basis. But if he came to you about leaving, he's already checked out.

But a psychoactive substance weed can exacerbate paranoia or delusions in someone who has it. We were supposed to meet up last night. At first, based on his responses, I thought he was giving me poor, illogical excuses as to why he couldn't make it. If he isn't lying, it's worse. I know he has some mental issues from a motorcycle accident and some other trauma, but I'm not sure what he says is true.
For sure. Just try to hold him to the same standard as everyone else and see how he handles it. Be nice, but don't cut slack where there isn't any to cut.

Yes, I've known about it for a while. Got a close look today. One of the "FBI - report hate crimes" boards. It's off a frontage road, in a field with barbed wire fencing around it. Seems pretty safe if done at night, but parking is tricky. There are plenty of places to park down a side road, but there's one entrance/exit via the frontage road.
I wasn't able to look for weaknesses in the fence, that'll have to be done. It has a ladder ending 10 feet or so above ground level, and another ladder of the side of the two opposite boards at the top. The main ladder is opposite the one we want to cover, this works to our advantage
