Hey Re. the posters. You mentioned that John WA (and possibly others) orderd "alot" of posters. Do you have numbers on that? Say for example if John WA ordered 5 poster kits, I can pack them up into a single box which will save space for me. LMK if there is anything like that I can do to save space for me and them on the way home.

I will have 20 sets of posters and 10 banner stencil sets, maybe more ready and all packed up for ya.

I see Billy somewhat often. I could certainly make an effort to see him not too long after December's event.

I would have to check on Ben. I could get you a tally of all the pending orders including posters but the safest bet is to just bring plenty.

Hey do you know the earliest time people will be at the camp for the event on Friday? I might be getting there pretty early.

I likely won't camp out but i do need to drop all the posters and stuff off.

Also you said something about a phone being sent to me. Just FYI i didn't receive it.

If it's sent Priority 2-Day it should arrive just fine.

The checkpoint address will be released 72hrs in advance.

I am leaving Tuesday because i have another stop beforehand on the way there. So if it isn't here by then it won't make it.

Vincent is confused as to how we're going to get you some physical items for the event.

You will need to visit camp at some point to deliver and exchange supplies, right?

Yep but i plan to do that during the day Friday. Will your group be there yet? Sometimes you guys arrive in the middle of the night.

You will have between 6 a.m. and 12 noon to visit camp on Saturday, does no time within work?

If that is the only way then sure. I was planning on getting hotel super close to the event location, renting a bike and being there most of the morning. See what changes and who comes / goes.

Ideally, you swing by early just after or at Roll Call at 6 a.m. I assumed you'd have a rental car and that would be emergency transport in case anyone had a medical emergency and needed to be transported from the march.

Another problem there. They have discontinued 1-way rentals. Or they want $1200+ for 4 days. It is insanity. But i will have my truck nearby.

I thought you were flying. If you have any vehicle present that is more than enough.

I have to deliver a car to NC. It has turned into one of the most F'd up plans i have had to do. But i promised to do it and i am gonna get the damn car there no matter what. So we are taking 2 cars down, and coming back with 1. Painful.

Canceling 1 way rentals is crazyland. But 3 of 4 companies have done it and the other wants to rape you on price.

So 2x the gas, 2x the tolls one way for us.

Anyway Wolf will be along too, maybe i can drop him off at camp in the morning if you can use him for something. He can't drive a truck but can do anything else.

So sure i will head up to camp on Sat. morning at 6:30ish.

I messaged Vincent a confirmation. We wi be good to go.

Here is the rough timetable of the day. Camp is 1.5hrs from the city.

Ok. I may get a hotel closer to camp then or just camp. Since i found out i have to bring my truck yesterday because of this rental stuff, i can pack a ton more stuff. I will talk to wolf and see what he wants to do.

Hey re. posters and stencils.

Prices on supplies are going nuts. I paid $120 for a cutting blade, that was $85 last year. Paper and Ink going up too, everything across the board.

So that said, if it was me, I would up the prices on this stuff. I do this for the org, I don't look to get paid, but trust me the costs and effort is significant and climbing.

So If I was you, I would look at a price increase after the event direct sales.

Standard Poster Kit - $50 without shipping
Stencil Kit - $30 without shipping

You should also look at your shipping costs, that is going through the roof too, but I will leave that to you.

Anyway just wanted to get that out there to you for you to think about. Hope you kids are having a great Thanksgiving holiday.

What is the averaged out shipping fee?

$14 east, maybe like $25+ west. But i am in small town WI so your rates from a big hub city will be different.

The prices going west have gone way up it seems.

Me and Mason stopped by Waukesha for the NJP picket protest of the courthouse, because Media 2 Rise is covering it, and Mason is my ticket to get to DC two or three days early for scouting since we're leaving on Tuesday.

So I helped M2R out and NJP by taking pictures video and questions of the protest.

Ha ha well you gotta give some notice. I have alot to do before i leave on Tuesday as well.

Well i hope you guys are enjoying yourselves down there. Just got cold here so hopefully you brought a coat. The Milwaukee area sucks, not much redeeming there to see. Good german food though.

If you are bored down there check out the Botanical Gardens, "the domes", they are peaceful and relaxing. That is all that is good in Milwaukee. :)

Plenty to see! I am going to try to visit the memorials in downtown, and do some activism, but the current tempo includes some media stuff regarding the two big stories to come out of the area.

Now that it is cold, the riffraff is mostly indoors so you should be fine out stickering.

To some people... lol. But you know what i mean. It is a rough town, depressing place.

Same with Kenosha, hopeless place.

Like many Midwestern towns that lost their big employer and nothing ever really returned. Milwaukee still has beer though.

If you drank, well it is the perfect town. But you probably aren't looking for that. Sprecher brewery has the best soda though, good food too. Check that out.

Already picked up some of that Maple Root Beer at the local corner store. Very nice.

Yeah Sprecher is good. Lakefront Brewery is good too, they have a restaurant too. Check that out.

Other than that, going to stop by the county courthouse, public library downtown, take some architectural pictures, sticker a bunch, and help Mason and Lucca with another day or two of videography before we head out. Then I'll take however much time we have in DC to run through the parking lots, walking route, etc. Not as fun, but necessary.

If you want to stir up trouble, Fuel Cafe is the local anarchist coffee shop. We stickered it when first joined, they cried on twitter for days.

Well scratch that idea, Fuel Cafe is now a huge and corporate coffee shop downtown. Lol how the anarchists change when they get money.

I worked a while at Starbucks yesterday, so who knows. I've got a strict timeline, we'll see.
