Update on @Victor IN

He's wanting to move down south and has been saving his money working a 9 - 5 job while living with a priest (Billy's house was a very poor environment). He's in an area where Mumble isn't viable so we've been communicating over text the past week. Since he is looking towards the south I'm hooking him up with @ND - Christopher AL who I just had a meeting with about the shield team (if I cannot attend who my replacement will be) and on Victor. Expecting to help him find a reliable pull behind camper and send him south. We've been in constant communication and I believe he will be reliable enough to accomplish his goals. @ND - Christopher AL has also mentioned the ability to provide him with a construction job.

Very good. I was with Norman AL this weekend at the Amren event, and we discussed his situation. I think we're on the same page regarding the desire to help, but the need for concrete assurances that he can receive help. He's been like this for years, barely getting by, on one hand he hasn't had good influences, on the other he's not much of one himself.

I think finding some way to hammer down a verifiable improvement metric would be a good prerequisite to him moving anywhere and becoming reliant on others.

It's good we just put two new batteries on her to make sure that issue is out of the way. I've got to replace one tire, change the oil / transmission fluid, and a few other things. We're also painting it this weekend a nice dull grey with all the network coming over. Lots of room inside we're able to bring two 8' tables with us and haul close to 14 members. The caravan is looking close to 30 men.

How many could that grey bus hold with all the seats filled and some people standing in the isles?

Proposal, a man is left at the Vehicle Exchange with keys to that bus, and in the event the box trucks are taken from us, he will drive the grey bus to pick up as many drivers as possible, and then return after one drip with nearly all the vehicles.

Second point. Do you believe Alan MI effective to be formally appointed as Director in Michigan? He has effectively fulfilled all aspects of the role on paper, and in general outward function. Even if his weight loss is much in progress, the progress so far could stand as testimony itself.

This event will be, with all hope, a very large and uplifting moment for us. Pairing it with key announcements does well to amplify the spirit of the day.

The bus holds 13 men sitting including a driver so factoring in the area where people can stand (if you take all our luggage out) we're talking 20-25 men per trip minimum. Yes the bus can absolutely be used for that purpose. We're in the final stages of getting it's temp tags in time for the event. If it's not possible I'll be throwing dealership plates onto the bus, the final emission and safety tests are tomorrow morning and the results will be given end of day.

On @Alan MI he only has two current flaws. His weight of course and the ability to discipline his men needs improvement. In my honest opinion when I look at who should be a network director I don't think anyone overweight should be representing our leadership. On one hand yes he deserves the position looking at his efforts. The other hand shows an image that even the unhealthy can hold our highest positions. I would say no, not until he is fit. If we preach fitness then our leadership needs to be the embodiment of fitness. That's my opinion.

I'll plan for the grey bus to be used in that capacity then. Make sure Jason NY has the keys once people file out at the Vehicle Exchange.

I don't know the specifics on how much Alan has lost thus far. Will review.

The travel party is being lead by @Randolph IL currently. I'm planning to have my child this weekend and cannot attend the event. He's been given the new address to meet at. When planning the road trip and factoring in all the stops they should have arrived at the latest being 9:00 PM EST

There was a valve stem replacement that took some time to fix on the route and at the first Walmart location we couldn't get ahold of some of the OK / AR members because they were sleeping in their cars.. They are 45 minutes away from the checkpoint currently.

Yes, it took the brunt of the damage considering it as a high profile target. Other vehicles were not exempt. All towing, cleaning, repair arrangements have been made.

Yes, a full investigation will be conducted to determine the precise path that was taken to allow the events, and every piece will retroactively be fixed to ensure this never happens again. Future events will have those aspects bolstered to remedy this.

Since I cannot say for certain I fully trust either of these men fully they need to remain on the list for now. @Sean KS and I are having a discussion this Sunday on his bad attitude and rule breaking. @Leo MO has been able to follow all these events very closely updating @Sam MN on all of their tweets as they're released. He is very new to Western MO and @Mark MO interviewed both men in my place.

As for @Ethan IN I've got a strange feeling of this man. He's consistently online every night in the interview server under Interviewee-219169 which is strange considering most members don't return to their interviewee accounts upon making the cut. He is in university until the springtime and then will be heading back to California. Always joining meetings first thing (if cleared a positive trait) and traveled with @Adam IN to DC. Adam is also new, unlike Ethan I have very little suspicions of him once meeting at the Michigan Hike.

Hope some of this information to my reasoning helps in the investigation. Godspeed to our efforts.

Robert is on our list of high concern. Can we find out more about him? Sean's issue is less malicious but still a separate concern.

Interviewee-737963 has completed an interview with @Sam MN and I. All new interview procedures were followed exactly as written.

He's out of the age range being 37 but an exception was made for him. Honestly I'm glad it was considering has the chance to become very useful within the organization. Very fit (4 times a week workout), military experience (Army 4 years), disciplined, honest (all questions correct), knowledgeable, family man, and has great leadership potential for the recreation of a Northern Illinois Network. Only an hour from Chicago I can have him working with @Joseph IL and @Robert IL very quickly. He followed the full procedure of emptying his pockets, phones face up and off, then lifting his shirt for the chance of concealed objects. We went on a sticker run around the Capitol of Illinois, Springfield. One of the best interviews in recent months without exaggeration.

Conversation with @Adam IN ** ( @Alan MI joined me)

We asked Adam a series of questions on @Robert IN including if he has ever suspected him of being an infiltrator, his activism, any irregular behaviors, his ideology, and more. Robert claims to be a student at Notre Dame University. He's actually from California and travels there when school is out of session. Robert is an extremely traditional Catholic who Adam claims has immense knowledge of the faith, Adam is also a very devout Catholic since we talked on his religion during the Michigan Hike. He was also the man to interview Robert which is unfortunately a conflict being both new.

On the trip to DC he saw no issues with him and they were together the entire time - tent and all. We concluded that Adam needs to work with Robert one last time before he leaves for California. @Michael IN should be joining them. I've advised that they ask him take all the photographs, casually mention the infiltrator, and look for any recording devices on his person. To be hyper critical but disguised in conversation then to finally report any findings. If both Michael and Adam clear him then I'd be confident he's legitimate.

Interview:**

The new interview procedures are simply excellent. The interviewee being older had no problems with what we asked but it did effect his psyche as his nervousness increased. This is a positive all around as it allowed us to see if he could handle slight pressure. After about 10 minutes he returned to a confident attitude once realizing it's a protective measure. @Sam MN agreed with me on the importance of the new measure. Great call Thomas.

I am on board with the plans regarding Robert. The concern is that he shows up on a few of the lists in the investigation, and is relatively unknown. Right now, there's no direct cause for concern but caution suits us well.

Interviewee-575367 was met with early this morning.

Very nervous - he wasn't wanting to sit at the pavilion upon meeting him at the park. Worried of a car across the street I assured him the situation is under control. Using a stern voice that the interview must be conducted under my discretion the man followed without anymore questions. We sat down and about 5 minutes later I had two more activists follow me in, this was done to protect myself. At that point we asked for him to empty his pockets, deactivate his phone, lift his jacket, and unbutton his shirt to look for anything suspicious. The questioning went on for an hour and fifteen minutes practically non-stop due to his actions at the beginning. Ended the talk with a sticker run and a motivational conversation on why activism is important.

In conclusion:
His nerves were simply shaken from the idea of being approached by a stranger. We dug into every single thing we possibly could. @Sam MN questioned him further on any points he found suspicious. @Mark MO joined us as a learning experience (potential leader of #KCArea ). Claims to be new to the "movement", regardless I believe him to be a family man with real concerns and moral conflictions towards the current state of our nation. Sam, Mark, and I all agree that he has proven himself an honest individual.
