@Lycurgus My first redpills were seeing self segregation in high school and realizing the important of ethnic identity, followed by hearing basic arguments related to self determination. What motivated me to ultimately join IE was seeing how harsh some of the anti-white sentiment is getting.

Growing up in SoCal, and the final straw was Obama and Soros

It was a stepping stone for me.

Red pill for me was working with a black that didn't like a verdict that led to blacks burning their own neighborhoods and a brief conversation leading to the admission, by him that blacks deserved better treatment.

If I had to point to one video that "redpilled" me, it would be "how whites took over America"

Also not finding a job unless your bilingual for 6 months.

The Mexicans in SoCal argue that they have absolute claim to California. That's a big redpill.

Also on Islam, European countries being forced to accept large numbers of people who live by an ideology that does sit well with western values.

Looking for the truth. Intellectual honesty. Identitarianism is a natural path for all people who are honest with themselves.

I’m reading Macdonald’s first book. A fascinating and awesome white pill is simply forming a counter strategy against Jewish economic dominance. Our own ethnocentrism and economic networks along ethnic lines could preserve us.

So far it’s talking about . . . . even if we are separated for 3,000 years from other populations sometimes the selective pressure can be 100x stronger so effectively it can be 300,000 years of evolution compared to other rates of change.

Well the book is more focused on replicator self interest rather than all cells as self interest. I'd also watch his debate with Vegangains(iirc) about vegetarianism. It's actually a good primer to his way of thinking

@apronandlace That's a really cool study. I'm pretty close with my friends' family, and I recently found out that my grandpa was from an area where their last name is very common. He was also an orphan so we don't know who his parents were. Based on what this study says, that people on average make friends with people who are related enough to them to be 4th cousins without even realizing it, I wouldn't be surprised if I subconsciously ended up making friends with some long lost distant cousins.

started listening to A Troublesome Inheritance audiobook. I've known this stuff for a while, but hearing them talk about evolution at the forefront really makes it hit home. Groups really have diverged quite a bit. Cool to realize much of the evolution has been recent.
