it's an old meme, but it checks out
normies would still get it
and the ADL/SPLC could run another hundred articles about the racism underlying whole milk
W's all around
^
True that
Based @Goose
@Sam Southern - TN nice Star Wars ref
ty
Milk: it does a body good
Any of you southern boys see War of Rights? Its a new civil war game on steam
Hate to break to you guys, but we're not going to do any "milk-centric" propaganda campaigns.
Yeah
That one
<:sad:366743316475281408>
it's just weird and completely unserious.
fine, let's go with something more like "AIPAC is gay"
Now we're talking!
But how else will all the fashy goys and wheat field maidens know we're hip to the memes? @Papa Pizzagate
That banner is not see-thru enough. Even the font needs to be more transparent @Papa Pizzagate
the Nord server I made is called "Skyrim is Ours" @Papa Pizzagate
MOLOKO NATIONALISM
FELLAS Company of Heroes 2 Master Collection is only $7 right now
On steam
>thinking Skyrim belongs to the nords
The new youtube rewind is so degenerately awful, already has more downvotes than likes
base game company of heroes 2 is free, and it's a multiplayer game
!!!
I didn't understand that. Try 'help' for more info.
I sincerely believe that IE members should play more vidya together. I think it's justified if it's social, and especially so if it's good for IE
That's cool
What games?
Anything reasonable, although it's easier to get people together for it if it's free and whatnot.
Civ, Company of Heroes 2, Planetary Annihilation, Ring of Elysium, and Total War are all good by me
@NateDahl76
Group Sparring๐
Group Weightlifting๐
Group Vidya๐ณ๏ธโ๐
Fortnite meetups
lmao, thing is that you don't need a very active chapter to play vidya with other members. Good way to develop social bonds and get people to go to national events in order to meet one another
I sincerely believe that IE members should drink more alcohol together. I think it's justified if it's social, and especially so if it's good for IE
lmao, thing is that you don't need a very active chapter to get drunk together. Good way to develop social bonds and get people to go to national events to meet one another
I support the idea of IE gaming groups as long as you're still READING and it isn't in the summer time.
Gaming does create a bonding experience and some games require great teamwork and communication
Like Rust. But that also requires no life haha
I'm telling you: competitive gaming group to go to tournies and make money
Lol yeah you need a lot of time to play rust. Online board games are also a thing
Online board games would be lit haha
Gamers rise up
A realistic and diplomatic game of civ would be amazing
MOBAs are a great way to bond too
@CarletonJ I didnโt realize you were a gamer
We should game together brother
PC [redacted] race
Best way to play ^
I used to game a ton before i joined IE. I haven't played so much as of recently
think about it: Fortnite has so much money behind it that the devs are throwing dollars around just for kicks
imagine winning pro tournaments and you just flash a dragon's eye at the camera
Company of Heroes is a MOBA @TylerHess
free atm
https://lichess.org/xazAm2KI hop in fam I'm pretty bad so you'll probably win
Warcraft 3 Reforged would be fun too
Spearhead mod is needed for Coh2
Y'all need to go outside
Or blitzkrieg rather
@NateDahl76 nice im downloading it atm!
@DairyMaxx lol to use your analogy "everybody who drinks is an alcoholic"
@NateDahl76 Nerd
@fgtveassassin sorry dude. I started to play, but I'm on my phone and the format 9s awful
already on it
COH2 is a fun game
Fun to play comp stomp on there
I really enjoy strategy games
Age Of Empires ๐๐ป
I loved Age of Empires and Age of Mythology when I was a kid
IE Uno nights
I tried to set up a local board game night but venue was an issue
Nah, I can play uno with my kids. Would rather shoot something
Age of mythology sadly died on steam. Age of empires is still going hot though
I live near a place where al the Magic the Gathering and DnD people go to play that is usually poppin off and has regular tournaments
I like Settlers of Catan a lot
Age of empires actually taught me a ton about history through video gaming lol
Never tried settlers of Catan
You should check it out, but ya need a couple/ few others to play
Is it on steam?
It's a board game
Oh haha
I'll download age of mythology when it goes on sale again just for the throwback
Rise of Nations
I remember my Dad telling me I couldn't play Civ until I learned to read ๐
He got to obsessive about video games, had to quit them
Particularly Civ
Gaming unlocks certain experiences you would otherwise never have in the modern world. The book Generation Identity briefly but correctly points this out.
It is not so surprising when folks get addicted
If you guys start playing games make it one that isn't too demanding. We don't all have super elite gaming pcs here.
And no gsg's plz
Damn. So Ark is out of the question.
@ChippedStones got me to download Sins of a Solar Empire when it was free on Humble Bundle, is from 2008 so it doesn't take much but I haven't played it yet
Gamer Poasting
woah
Minecraft should be the game.
Yeah it's fun and casual
Just checked my profile. last time I played a steam game was on Aug 26 for 1.3 hours lol.
And it's creative. And most importantly everyone can run it
And it's cross platform I think @ExternalPepsi
Last time I played a video game on Steam was over a month ago
No idea how everyone my age seems to have these gaming computers
I bought mine with a work bonus one year
I have a Thinkpad that's like 5 years old and desktop that's about 11 years old
I have a Helios 300 laptop, great bang for the buck. Was a compounded gift, skipped a Christmas and got it for my 18th birthday lol
Great bang for the buck
I would recommend buying parts for your PC and either learning or hiring someone to assemble it. You will save lots of money.
@CarletonJ it's still a bit costly tho right?
Yeah. You won't find a good PC under 700
I mean, you can build one for cheaper. Just won't play games at high settings.
I lost my mouse and I think my life is better for it. No vidya.
Read books and shitpost on Twitter
Haha this
The thing about Minecraft is it doesn't really involve the teamwork aspect that a strategy game would have.
I built a pc that still plays most games on high or ultra + renders video well for around $850 perhaps 3 or so years ago.
I use it every day (not for vidya) one of the best investments I have ever made.
I had a buddy build me a custom desktop that lasted almost 4.5 years, it had a gtx 970
The two screen thing would be helpful for work.
@TylerHess that's breddy good
I still have a 970.
I feel no need to upgrade
I can watch my church videos, IE propaganda, and view the news on my 780 just fine, thank you
I got Fallout 76 to play with friends and itโs not a good game
Itโs just a game
I still use my MacBook Pro from 2011 am I doing it right
>Apple
@NateDahl76 I told you
Yeah you did <:sad:366743316475281408>
>Buying a Bethesda game its first month of release
@Papa Pizzagate same price and same time frame. Only had to replace my GTX970 as the fan blew out or something. Got the MSI 1060 and it's been amazing. Need to replace my CPU though as it bottlenecks games. Its pretty old
Maybe theyโll do an overhaul via online update
*...let me check out IE general.*
wait...am I in a gamer Discord? ๐ค
*rechecks that its IE general...*
Yep, it's IE general.
<:pepe:359012488920039424>
Gamers rise up
Fallout 76 needs a nuclear blast to fix that game.
Lmao @Asatru Artist - MD was the first guy to post about vidya today though <:really:453005408064241674>
Ring of Elysium screenshot
<:nervous:359009898115104770>
Busted
snitches get stitches.
Nate!
@NateDahl76 Ya, I'm disappointed with F76 too. Been an avid fan since the first one back in the 90's. This was unfortunately a money grab.
in Minecraft...
Lmao
I only have my galaxy 6s
I started to get sketchy of fallout when 4 was released. I added like 25+ mods just to make it playable
ouch
I have really no technology in my life. Not even a computer.
@PatrickAZ that is the best life
^
I wish I could do that and just live in the woods.
But I'd probably die of dysentery
lol, same
12 acres of land and 10 garden beds. About to get some bees.
<:chad:359013583469805568>
that sounds amazing honestly
and i couldn't farm to save my own life...
I'm too country for the city, and too city for the country. <:sad:366743316475281408>
I grew up in a farming community and lived there most of my life. Just recently moved to a city. It's always loud now
Can't wait for this next year. Grow in IE, have my property humming with the sounds of my labors and hopefully a woman to tend to the home.
>I'm too country for the city, and too city for the country
So you're a suburbanite then?
It isn't an opportunity most people get. Mine was gifted to me by my grandfather. He recently passed but it has incentivised me even more.
Check out @Trump454545โs Tweet: https://twitter.com/Trump454545/status/1070713028021288960?s=09
@PatrickAZ I'm sorry to hear that. It sounds like you will make him very proud
I am sticking by my conspiracy theory that Jews want total control of Twitter and Jack will be deleted. Loomer wants the hit.
@missliterallywho I was using my 2007 computer for school as recently as last year. Now it just sits around, but it works okay if I ever need a spare computer.
@CarletonJ thank you. I hope so. I am going to be building tiny homes and would reallly love to put guys I meet up here going to school or in IE and want to get control over their life/finances.
@Jacob I've probably used my laptop <10x in over a year tbh
That's a great goal to have. Likely lucrative as well.
So it seems like the top reason people my age have nice stuff is because most people's parents bought them *way* more stuff than mine did
I got a refurbished Thinkpad for my 18th birthday lol
y'all ni๐ ฑ๐ ฑas are spoiled
I have about two acres laid out for that. Possibly another guest home. Build what an Identitarian group did in Washington.
@Jacob The life of a immigrant.๐
lmao
They started with a plot of land then grew an entire community of linked identitarians.
I knew kids whose parents got them new or new-ish cars when they were 15 or 16
It's insane to me
I'm a fan of the gifted old vehicle. Learn to maintain something before you get anything new.
I still maintain that new cars are a waste of money
Getting junky beater cars are an essential part of growing for any man. This is how you learn to fix them.
And then they all tell me "haha just get a car bro" as if I can magic wand a car into existence when I have college to worry about
My first was a 1990 Volvo 240
My first car was $600 and broke down every other weekend.
See, if I had family who knew something about cars, that could be an option
The Volvo always broke down in the bougie-est nearby coastal town, like it hated hipsters or something
I tried ordering something for Isabella's baby registry and I cannot find out how to complete the order. Anybody? I order stuff from Amazon all the time sooo...
My family doesn't know much about cars. It was just expected. You either fixed it or you didn't have transportation and had to ride the bus. Screw doing that
@hbutzer0511 Not sure, I added a few things to my cart, and checked out as normal.
Did they help you at all? @CarletonJ
@Asatru Artist - MD Weird. Diving back into it.
They helped me troubleshoot and would recommend how to fix it but it was my responsibility
@Asatru Artist - MD Thanks.
At the time this felt unfair. But looking back I'm very thankful
huh
idk how that would work out for me
knowing even the most basic car care can save tons of money
I'm an only child, not close with my parents, and don't really know any of my other family
even if you don't "have" to do it yourself (like oil changes and the like)
Oof.
Yeah. Much different situation
I had brother and stuff who would help
only child here too. I learned car stuff mostly from friends tbh
honestly I'm glad I didn't buy a car in high school
would have been a waste of money
I'm an only child but I have a large family with a ton of cousins and we all live in walking distance, ranging from the same street to 5 blocks over etc. I grew up around them and we were all raised as brothers and sisters so I don't really feel like an only child
nice
Feels good to have a family that's lived in the same radius of like 10 minutes for 3 or 4 generations
I could never imagine moving far
im stuck in MD because my wifes family is nearby and she wouldn't leave them
my parents moved to Kentucky a decade ago.
i would love to move to the country somewhere.
@Kingfish That's kind of how my cousins live. They're pretty close with each other and I think some of them are only children. Some of them also live in a big multi generation house.
It's a great experience. It also means your family is big and is pretty well known locally
oh ya they basically own the street that they live on
a lot of their other neighbors are like second cousins or something
the road I lived on when I was younger had a family like that. Tons of the same family on the road.
kinda cool
my dad just had to be contrarian though ๐
I'm glad we have the god of minecraft with us
What do you all enjoy for studying music or focus tunes?
@PatrickAZ Depends on if I am reading or writing.
classical
no vocals, they are distracting
Writing I can use more intricate or distracting stuff.
What vein of classical?
If I am reading, I actually like [non lewd!] ASMR.
@PatrickAZ depends on what I'm doing. Or what I'm focusing on
when i was studying, i usually had heavy metal on though... <:nervous:359009898115104770>
@PatrickAZ Nothing because it distracts me
@Asatru Artist - MD lo-fi ๐๐ป
@Asatru Artist - MD that's what I may have to switch to.
Probably nothing. Dead silence in the still of the night. Maybe a fire place crackle @PatrickAZ
@CarletonJ lo-fi metal? Black metal or just low-fi music.
I don't understand people who *freak out* when someone has a conversation in the library, but they're perfectly fine doing their homework with music blaring
But anything physical rocks always a solid go to
Funks good too
I'm the other way around. I don't really really give a shit if you have a reasonably volumed conversation in a public place, but there's just no way I can do anything productive with music on.
@PatrickAZ lo-fi hip hop. I'll link you. That or piano music. Ludovico Einaudi is absolutely amazing
Though, to be fair, I have a very hard time studying in libraries in the first place
I basically need to be alone
