I grew up in a farming community and lived there most of my life. Just recently moved to a city. It's always loud now
Can't wait for this next year. Grow in IE, have my property humming with the sounds of my labors and hopefully a woman to tend to the home.
>I'm too country for the city, and too city for the country
So you're a suburbanite then?
It isn't an opportunity most people get. Mine was gifted to me by my grandfather. He recently passed but it has incentivised me even more.

@PatrickAZ I'm sorry to hear that. It sounds like you will make him very proud
I am sticking by my conspiracy theory that Jews want total control of Twitter and Jack will be deleted. Loomer wants the hit.
@missliterallywho I was using my 2007 computer for school as recently as last year. Now it just sits around, but it works okay if I ever need a spare computer.
@CarletonJ thank you. I hope so. I am going to be building tiny homes and would reallly love to put guys I meet up here going to school or in IE and want to get control over their life/finances.
@Jacob I've probably used my laptop <10x in over a year tbh
That's a great goal to have. Likely lucrative as well.
So it seems like the top reason people my age have nice stuff is because most people's parents bought them *way* more stuff than mine did
I got a refurbished Thinkpad for my 18th birthday lol
y'all ni🅱🅱as are spoiled
I have about two acres laid out for that. Possibly another guest home. Build what an Identitarian group did in Washington.
@Jacob The life of a immigrant.🙁
lmao
They started with a plot of land then grew an entire community of linked identitarians.
I knew kids whose parents got them new or new-ish cars when they were 15 or 16
It's insane to me
I still maintain that new cars are a waste of money
Getting junky beater cars are an essential part of growing for any man. This is how you learn to fix them.
And then they all tell me "haha just get a car bro" as if I can magic wand a car into existence when I have college to worry about
My first was a 1990 Volvo 240
My first car was $600 and broke down every other weekend.
See, if I had family who knew something about cars, that could be an option
The Volvo always broke down in the bougie-est nearby coastal town, like it hated hipsters or something
I tried ordering something for Isabella's baby registry and I cannot find out how to complete the order. Anybody? I order stuff from Amazon all the time sooo...
My family doesn't know much about cars. It was just expected. You either fixed it or you didn't have transportation and had to ride the bus. Screw doing that
@hbutzer0511 Not sure, I added a few things to my cart, and checked out as normal.
Did they help you at all? @CarletonJ
@Asatru Artist - MD Weird. Diving back into it.
They helped me troubleshoot and would recommend how to fix it but it was my responsibility
@Asatru Artist - MD Thanks.
At the time this felt unfair. But looking back I'm very thankful
huh
idk how that would work out for me
knowing even the most basic car care can save tons of money
I'm an only child, not close with my parents, and don't really know any of my other family
even if you don't "have" to do it yourself (like oil changes and the like)
