I didn't study it, just in my down time.

2018-10-28 03:01:32 UTC

I'm the Nemets of nutrition.

NERD ALERT

2018-10-28 03:01:45 UTC

@Salo Saloson ๐Ÿ˜ข

2018-10-28 03:01:49 UTC

Nerds are awesome though

2018-10-28 03:02:02 UTC

It's just a good feeling to help people.

2018-10-28 03:02:04 UTC

GOMAD

2018-10-28 03:02:11 UTC

where's that X to doubt?
oh, here it is: X

2018-10-28 03:02:11 UTC

(just kidding, I don't advocate GOMAD)

2018-10-28 03:02:20 UTC

I was eating way less protein than I needed for a number of years.

2018-10-28 03:02:21 UTC

I disavow GOMAD

2018-10-28 03:02:31 UTC

wtf is gomad

2018-10-28 03:02:37 UTC

gallon of milk a day

2018-10-28 03:02:41 UTC

oh

2018-10-28 03:02:43 UTC

Sam Hyde...

2018-10-28 03:02:50 UTC

it's not a great idea tbh

2018-10-28 03:02:52 UTC

It's a meme on /fit/

2018-10-28 03:03:05 UTC

I eat like a dozen eggs every day

2018-10-28 03:03:07 UTC

Hey hey... David Duke... ๐Ÿค“

2018-10-28 03:03:09 UTC

Eggs are the best food ever

2018-10-28 03:03:15 UTC

ALso don't listen to the (((studies))) telling you that red meat is bad for you.

2018-10-28 03:03:16 UTC

@sigruna14 where are yooouuuuuu

2018-10-28 03:03:21 UTC

how do you people afford this much food?

2018-10-28 03:03:27 UTC

I do use whole milk (fairlife, so lower sugar higher protein) as the solvent for my protein powder.

2018-10-28 03:03:44 UTC

Eggs are super healthy and also cheap

2018-10-28 03:03:52 UTC

yeah but a dozen a day?

2018-10-28 03:04:20 UTC

Idk if I'd recommend it, but I feel great

2018-10-28 03:04:24 UTC

I love eggs, but I'm bad at cooking them the way I like.

2018-10-28 03:04:29 UTC

High fat diets are actually the healthiest in the world.

2018-10-28 03:04:44 UTC

Where my keto gang at?

2018-10-28 03:04:46 UTC

High fat and low carb.

2018-10-28 03:05:00 UTC

@Selma red meat is bad, bruh. Intestinal cancer be real

2018-10-28 03:05:02 UTC

In fact, your brain NEEDS fat to function.

2018-10-28 03:05:13 UTC

I make a huge omelette and a few strips of bacon for breakfast with a glass of carrot juice

2018-10-28 03:05:20 UTC

@John O - Bluepilled.

2018-10-28 03:05:20 UTC

I regret to inform you, John O. You have been duped.

2018-10-28 03:05:20 UTC

breakfast of detectives

2018-10-28 03:05:39 UTC

We evolved to be omnivores. Meat should be like 35% of your diet tops

2018-10-28 03:05:43 UTC

@Sherlock the carrot juice didnโ€™t cancel out that cholesterol bro

2018-10-28 03:05:46 UTC

I think a large part of the health problems of today is kids never play outside anymore. I drive a lot for work and almost never see kids out playing, riding bikes, etc like we used to

2018-10-28 03:05:46 UTC

Yes, I'm not saying exclusive red meat.

2018-10-28 03:05:58 UTC

Plus chicken has a lot of omega 6 fatty acids.

2018-10-28 03:06:06 UTC

Eggs have good cholesterol

2018-10-28 03:06:07 UTC

Seafood is what 99.9% of us need more

2018-10-28 03:06:09 UTC

Chicken is really good

2018-10-28 03:06:12 UTC

@Nicolas Meski True. Much of it is moms worrying about rampant abduction. Much of it is low-trust byproduct of diversity

2018-10-28 03:06:25 UTC

Paleo crew here, fam. Seven+ years.

2018-10-28 03:06:26 UTC

@Selma yeah i wish i liked seafood more

2018-10-28 03:06:35 UTC

I try to make myself eat fish at least once or twice a week

2018-10-28 03:06:39 UTC

Chicken is good for you, but like I said, if you throw off the balance of omega 6 to omega 3 for more than 2 to 1

2018-10-28 03:06:41 UTC

@Sherlock I've heard of excessive amounts of linoleic acid (found in considerable amounts in eggs,) have been linked to some health issues. I don't know much on the research but something I'd check out considering you eat 12 a day lol

2018-10-28 03:06:43 UTC

Red meat will give you heart disease

2018-10-28 03:06:57 UTC

@Mikolas ok i'll look into it

2018-10-28 03:07:15 UTC

raw eggs are surprisingly good too but obviously there's the salmonella risk

2018-10-28 03:07:20 UTC

2 years ago lobster was super cheap due to a huge bunch being caught. I was eating 3 tails a week. ๐Ÿ˜‹

2018-10-28 03:07:22 UTC

pescetarian life ๐Ÿค™๐Ÿผ plus bratwursts

2018-10-28 03:07:25 UTC

@โšกClarkโšก No, Sugar + Fat does. No sugar, no fat storage

2018-10-28 03:07:33 UTC

@Sherlock like I said only hearsay might be BS (I love eggs too, don't eat that often though) so don't mean to scare you from an otherwise functional diet

2018-10-28 03:07:44 UTC

They did a study and men who ate ANY chocolate, including the fake hershey trash, lived longer on average

2018-10-28 03:07:55 UTC

Half n Half Gang?

2018-10-28 03:07:59 UTC

What's the deal with chocolate?

2018-10-28 03:08:02 UTC

Yeah I am 18 so I can eat whatever I want forever and basically youre stupid. How? Just watch this one short video

2018-10-28 03:08:11 UTC

@DeusVolk This is a Heavy Whipping Cream neighborhood

2018-10-28 03:08:14 UTC

The world's older women eats a ton of chocolate each day.

2018-10-28 03:08:32 UTC

I don't even remember the last time I ate chocolate tbh

2018-10-28 03:08:37 UTC

@Wood-Ape - OK/MN Yes, why do people feel like its more dangerous for kids? Because we have lost the social cohesion that we used to have.

2018-10-28 03:08:41 UTC

Not much into sweets

2018-10-28 03:08:49 UTC

Add a tablespoon of cacao powder into your coffee every day.

2018-10-28 03:08:55 UTC

BOOM. chocolate with no sugar

2018-10-28 03:08:58 UTC

@Selma Interesting. Likely similar to the _wisdom_ many centenarians live by of "_one glass of wine with dinner each day...._"

2018-10-28 03:09:12 UTC

Chocolate is mentally benefiting

2018-10-28 03:09:13 UTC

Exactly, Phillip. Wine has tannins in it.

2018-10-28 03:09:14 UTC

@Selma cool i'll try it

2018-10-28 03:09:21 UTC

And not only that, but if you reduce stress in your life, you will live longer on average.

2018-10-28 03:09:31 UTC

That's certainly true.

2018-10-28 03:09:32 UTC

I do drink wine most days

2018-10-28 03:09:39 UTC

had a glass earlier

2018-10-28 03:09:41 UTC

Women should only drink tequila.

2018-10-28 03:09:45 UTC

How abou red wine

2018-10-28 03:09:48 UTC

Stress hormones do great damage to your health.

2018-10-28 03:09:57 UTC

I love that

2018-10-28 03:09:58 UTC

Oxidative stress from cortisol, yes.

2018-10-28 03:10:22 UTC

Where tf do you people learn all of this health mumbo jumbo

2018-10-28 03:10:23 UTC

Anyone ever had mead? It's awesome

2018-10-28 03:10:29 UTC

Wanna know something that reduces stress? Connecting with your IE brethren.

2018-10-28 03:10:29 UTC

Haven't eaten chocolate in a while either

2018-10-28 03:10:34 UTC

Wife likes it though

2018-10-28 03:10:35 UTC

There's a mead brewery like ten minutes from me

2018-10-28 03:10:37 UTC

Cortisol is your enemy.

2018-10-28 03:10:38 UTC

I don't get that stress levels stuff. It's literally impossible to avoid stress at some point in life.

2018-10-28 03:10:49 UTC

Which is why it's important to remain physically active throughout your entire life and exercise to the point of sweating and increased heart rate

2018-10-28 03:10:50 UTC

@Sherlock I work at one

2018-10-28 03:10:53 UTC

โ˜ฆ the real true diet is Orthodox fasting โ˜ฆ

2018-10-28 03:10:55 UTC

Exercising and running induces stress in your body

2018-10-28 03:10:58 UTC

but it's a healthy stress

2018-10-28 03:11:04 UTC

What? No way haha @Trashboat

2018-10-28 03:11:05 UTC

don't forget your spiritual health

2018-10-28 03:11:10 UTC

eustress

2018-10-28 03:11:14 UTC

Desk jobs wonโ€™t just give you back problems- youโ€™re going to have heart problems.

2018-10-28 03:11:19 UTC
2018-10-28 03:11:20 UTC

Yep itโ€™s a big brewery tbh they make all kinds of stuff

2018-10-28 03:11:25 UTC

@ExternalPepsi Acute stress and cronic stress are very different.

2018-10-28 03:11:27 UTC

Getting stressed mentally because you need to finish your assignment but you've been too lazy playing video games and now you have only 7 hours to complete it?

2018-10-28 03:11:33 UTC

Very artificial societal stress.

2018-10-28 03:11:43 UTC

My job can be pretty stressful

2018-10-28 03:11:49 UTC

But I try to manage it

2018-10-28 03:11:59 UTC

I don't want to be all wrinkly and gross

2018-10-28 03:12:00 UTC

@Natasha - PA Blessed & Bread-pilled

2018-10-28 03:12:25 UTC

The thing about "spiritual health" is connecting with people through religion or any rituals greatly reduces stress!

2018-10-28 03:12:30 UTC

ILL STOP TALKING, but it'll help you live longer.

2018-10-28 03:12:35 UTC

@Natasha - PA Very important!

2018-10-28 03:12:40 UTC

"Hey this program blew up for no apparent reason and we're losing tons of money every minute, fix it rn"

2018-10-28 03:12:43 UTC

not fun lmao

2018-10-28 03:13:25 UTC

If you sit all day than do an hour of cardio, youโ€™re not making up for the hours of time your cardiovascular system was idling and turning cholesterol into artery plaque

2018-10-28 03:13:28 UTC

Agree about spiritual health

2018-10-28 03:13:34 UTC

I need to get back into spiritual stuff more

2018-10-28 03:13:55 UTC

Even if you go to a church or whatever religious building or organization of your choosing, it'll reduce stress for you.

2018-10-28 03:13:58 UTC

@โšกClarkโšก That's why work outside. Poor aF, but it keeps me limber

2018-10-28 03:14:01 UTC

If you have a desk job you should be standing and no sitting

2018-10-28 03:14:14 UTC

I do desk exercises haha

2018-10-28 03:14:21 UTC

Which I recommend

2018-10-28 03:14:24 UTC

@Wood-Ape - OK/MN got to do yoga to stay limber tho

2018-10-28 03:14:41 UTC

That certainly is a good study. I wasn't referring specifically to it, but that applies.

2018-10-28 03:15:39 UTC

Just find ways to connect with people and feel part of a "'tribe" or community.

2018-10-28 03:15:50 UTC

This discussion tho...

2018-10-28 03:16:02 UTC

Spirituality is instinctive because it brings us together on a deep level, and strengthens the bond of the tribe.

2018-10-28 03:16:05 UTC

yeah sry

2018-10-28 03:16:09 UTC

im autistic lituraly

2018-10-28 03:16:52 UTC

You aren't the only one...

2018-10-28 03:16:52 UTC

How do I mute everything except conversation about diet

2018-10-28 03:16:57 UTC

Moderators working hard tonight

2018-10-28 03:17:06 UTC

go to the fitness server.

2018-10-28 03:17:30 UTC

Listen gentlemen and ladies, I'm sure you've learned some valuable stuff tonight, if you paid attention. So no complaints out of ye.

2018-10-28 03:17:43 UTC

I think most of the "alt right" is autistic in some way.

2018-10-28 03:17:51 UTC

We're just having an intelligent conversation

2018-10-28 03:17:54 UTC

It's not autism

2018-10-28 03:17:56 UTC

I had a very serious injury to my shoulder 7 years ago, requiring surgery to repair. I was very inactive and didn't exercise at all during the 1-2 years post-recovery. I still have bad pains associated with it and it didn't heal well. I then had an even more serious injury to my foot last year, requiring surgery with a plate and screws in it. I didn't "lolly gag" with recovery and exercised regularly to the point of exhaustion as soon as my surgeon cleared me to do so. I also work very hard outside all day long, and I have zero problems with my foot now. Long story short: serious injuries heal much better when you exercise regularly

2018-10-28 03:18:05 UTC

Soon I.E. will only eat our patented "Dragon's Meal" protein powder

2018-10-28 03:18:12 UTC

The tendency to label anything intelligent as autism is really stupid and counterproductive

2018-10-28 03:18:14 UTC

Bluh-blood flow helps heal injures...and pineapple does too.

2018-10-28 03:18:47 UTC

IE better start selling their very own everything

2018-10-28 03:18:50 UTC

i always take the "autistic" comments as jokes. although im sure some are actually autistic.

2018-10-28 03:18:53 UTC

Maybe autism is why we have such trouble getting "normies" to understand our ideals... ๐Ÿค”

2018-10-28 03:18:59 UTC

Weaponized.

2018-10-28 03:18:59 UTC

Yoga increases blood flow. And reduces stress.

2018-10-28 03:19:09 UTC

Certainly.

2018-10-28 03:19:12 UTC

I wouldn't mind getting into yoga

2018-10-28 03:19:17 UTC

Though I'd feel a bit gay tbh

2018-10-28 03:19:24 UTC

Donโ€™t be scared

2018-10-28 03:19:26 UTC

@Salo Saloson IdentityWay when?

2018-10-28 03:19:33 UTC

Need to get some sexy yoga pants

2018-10-28 03:19:33 UTC

I dunno

2018-10-28 03:19:34 UTC

"feeling gay" from yoga just affirms how truly straight you must be.

2018-10-28 03:19:46 UTC

@Sherlock It isn't gay if you don't look them in the face.

2018-10-28 03:19:47 UTC

but catch me branding my homebrewed soda as IE Cola

2018-10-28 03:19:52 UTC

Lmao

2018-10-28 03:19:52 UTC

Itโ€™s easy to get into and I can send you a great beginners session video thatโ€™s very well put together in explaining.

2018-10-28 03:19:55 UTC

unleash your inner Evropean

2018-10-28 03:20:17 UTC

If you wanna feel super gay (or straight if you're a lady) - take a ballet class for adults.

2018-10-28 03:20:20 UTC

I suspect I'd be looking at other things anyway if the class is as female as I'd imagine

2018-10-28 03:20:23 UTC

Pilates is good too.

2018-10-28 03:21:01 UTC

2018-10-28 03:21:42 UTC

So I don't really want another expense

2018-10-28 03:21:54 UTC

you leased your damn furniture?

2018-10-28 03:22:04 UTC

must be some good furniture

2018-10-28 03:22:06 UTC

@micbwilli What girl?

2018-10-28 03:22:07 UTC

Yeah dude lol

2018-10-28 03:22:18 UTC

I don't have that kinda money outta pocket

2018-10-28 03:22:35 UTC

2018-10-28 03:22:45 UTC

Or at least I wouldn't be able to eat a dozen eggs a day

2018-10-28 03:22:50 UTC

๐Ÿ˜‚

2018-10-28 03:22:54 UTC

2018-10-28 03:22:55 UTC

@micbwilli Oh shit, yeah. That. Damn.

2018-10-28 03:22:56 UTC

I don't know what he's going to say, but I'm gonna wait and see. I'm not even interested in the convos.

2018-10-28 03:23:16 UTC

I'm not renting it, I'm paying it off

2018-10-28 03:23:25 UTC

2018-10-28 03:24:29 UTC

2018-10-28 03:24:33 UTC

or maybe it's because I don't eat a dozen eggs a day

2018-10-28 03:24:38 UTC

only things ive bought that i couldn't outright buy are my car and my house

2018-10-28 03:24:39 UTC

@Asatru Artist - MD Yeah. You should check out her Twitter and YouTube accounts. They are a gas.

2018-10-28 03:24:41 UTC

2018-10-28 03:24:58 UTC

2018-10-28 03:25:00 UTC

Oh god yeah the black white supremacist @micbwilli

2018-10-28 03:25:11 UTC
