@sigruna14 where are yooouuuuuu

2018-10-28 03:03:21 UTC

how do you people afford this much food?

2018-10-28 03:03:27 UTC

I do use whole milk (fairlife, so lower sugar higher protein) as the solvent for my protein powder.

2018-10-28 03:03:44 UTC

Eggs are super healthy and also cheap

2018-10-28 03:03:52 UTC

yeah but a dozen a day?

2018-10-28 03:04:20 UTC

Idk if I'd recommend it, but I feel great

2018-10-28 03:04:24 UTC

I love eggs, but I'm bad at cooking them the way I like.

2018-10-28 03:04:29 UTC

High fat diets are actually the healthiest in the world.

2018-10-28 03:04:44 UTC

Where my keto gang at?

2018-10-28 03:04:46 UTC

High fat and low carb.

2018-10-28 03:05:00 UTC

@Selma red meat is bad, bruh. Intestinal cancer be real

2018-10-28 03:05:02 UTC

In fact, your brain NEEDS fat to function.

2018-10-28 03:05:13 UTC

I make a huge omelette and a few strips of bacon for breakfast with a glass of carrot juice

2018-10-28 03:05:20 UTC

@John O - Bluepilled.

2018-10-28 03:05:20 UTC

I regret to inform you, John O. You have been duped.

2018-10-28 03:05:20 UTC

breakfast of detectives

2018-10-28 03:05:39 UTC

We evolved to be omnivores. Meat should be like 35% of your diet tops

2018-10-28 03:05:43 UTC

@Sherlock the carrot juice didn’t cancel out that cholesterol bro

2018-10-28 03:05:46 UTC

I think a large part of the health problems of today is kids never play outside anymore. I drive a lot for work and almost never see kids out playing, riding bikes, etc like we used to

2018-10-28 03:05:46 UTC

Yes, I'm not saying exclusive red meat.

2018-10-28 03:05:58 UTC

Plus chicken has a lot of omega 6 fatty acids.

2018-10-28 03:06:06 UTC

Eggs have good cholesterol

2018-10-28 03:06:07 UTC

Seafood is what 99.9% of us need more

2018-10-28 03:06:09 UTC

Chicken is really good

2018-10-28 03:06:12 UTC

@Nicolas Meski True. Much of it is moms worrying about rampant abduction. Much of it is low-trust byproduct of diversity

2018-10-28 03:06:25 UTC

Paleo crew here, fam. Seven+ years.

2018-10-28 03:06:26 UTC

@Selma yeah i wish i liked seafood more

2018-10-28 03:06:35 UTC

I try to make myself eat fish at least once or twice a week

2018-10-28 03:06:39 UTC

Chicken is good for you, but like I said, if you throw off the balance of omega 6 to omega 3 for more than 2 to 1

2018-10-28 03:06:41 UTC

@Sherlock I've heard of excessive amounts of linoleic acid (found in considerable amounts in eggs,) have been linked to some health issues. I don't know much on the research but something I'd check out considering you eat 12 a day lol

2018-10-28 03:06:43 UTC

Red meat will give you heart disease

2018-10-28 03:06:57 UTC

@Mikolas ok i'll look into it

2018-10-28 03:07:15 UTC

raw eggs are surprisingly good too but obviously there's the salmonella risk

2018-10-28 03:07:20 UTC

2 years ago lobster was super cheap due to a huge bunch being caught. I was eating 3 tails a week. 😋

2018-10-28 03:07:22 UTC

pescetarian life 🤙🏼 plus bratwursts

2018-10-28 03:07:25 UTC

@⚡Clark⚡ No, Sugar + Fat does. No sugar, no fat storage

2018-10-28 03:07:33 UTC

@Sherlock like I said only hearsay might be BS (I love eggs too, don't eat that often though) so don't mean to scare you from an otherwise functional diet

2018-10-28 03:07:44 UTC

They did a study and men who ate ANY chocolate, including the fake hershey trash, lived longer on average

2018-10-28 03:07:55 UTC

Half n Half Gang?

2018-10-28 03:07:59 UTC

What's the deal with chocolate?
