Naruto
I'm just imagining Ron Perlman in the makeup and costume shouting, "BELIEVE IT" as he shoots at some monster
"Frasier" is my favorite anime
Dude that anime is epic
So many mechs
Stahp
I am sure someone could point the way to a server for such conversations
Maybe we should get rid of general for April.
In support of the cause.
Press "F" for "Adios. mi General".

I'm gonna need more than a month for this autism
@Current Ronin You are Captain Autismo, and I am your loyal sidekick.
Oosh
We wanted Gen Z, I guess we got them. ๐
Is the group chat not usually this lit?
I'm so stupid I didn't know what the puzzle emoji was until right now
@DixieBoy76 - KY @Current Ronin Friday nights are pretty hard to predict. Sometimes everyone gathers here to talk and other times it is a ghost town.
One of the changes that IE is going through right now that you will experience more than recent waves of new members is the shift away from internet memes. This is for two reasons:
1. It proliferates the image of ourselves as outsiders and it proliferates the unrelatable language that isn't useful in winning people over.
2. older members are getting sick of the "based and redpilled" and "over 9000" memes and are pulling their hair out.
I'm not sick of the memes personally but we are trying to challenge each other to maintain a higher level of discourse.
Apologies
* this kills the discussion *
@DixieBoy76 - KY not at all. How would you know? My goal is to let you know what the game is we are playing because it is not always clear.
Besides, it seems like everyone was just talking over everyone else anyway.
Although is silliness worse than post-TrumpCuck disappointment?
@Loganthats fair I respect that
I felt uncomfortable myself.
that can be part of the fun. I have a lot of trouble knowing where to draw the line between dead memes and awesome productive conversation because I like the dead memes
Still trying to figure out the dynamic here. Iโve never been in an organization like this.
I told myself Iโd just watch from a distance but that didnโt work out.
yea. An organization like this has never really existed which is the hardest part. So many of us came from YouTube or Twitter and we want to have a professional movement but we all have in common the unprofessional fun parts.
That was one the things that brought me to the Internet alt right. The humor made the black pilling tolerable.
I prefer a professional atmosphere if Iโll be honest. I only do well in group situations if itโs professional. Is that weird?
@Current Ronin have you heard of Guillame Faye's "Why We Fight" ?
I have heard about it but never read it. Assuming it's a book right?
@DixieBoy76 - KY I can understand that
The G.I. book is good too.
@DixieBoy76 - KY that makes sense. Just a week ago I was on the memester side but I want IE and myself to grow so I've done some thinking about how to best implement and share with others the changes going on
@Logan I get overwhelmed and try too hard if the atmosphere is too silly.
@DixieBoy76 - KY It's valuable to be comfortable in a professional atmosphere
@Current Ronin the best thing about it is the terms he uses. It is a translation from French so really it is the translator doing a lot of the work. He has words for "cuck" and "blackpill" which are actually clearer and less vulgar although I don't have my copy with me right now. That's my homework.
@ThisIsChris If Iโm honest with myself Iโm pretty sure that I thrive in such an atmosphere
@Logan okay cool I'll check it out
I like to be solution oriented. Maybe if anyone has an off-site meme server for our young members, everyone can be happy. Just remember good OpSec and optics!
@DixieBoy76 - KY that makes sense, in a professional atmosphere the objectives are usually clear. In social situations it's more "make it as you go"
Dude im not even a zoomer I just turned 30 haha I just have a stupid sense of humor
Iโm a zoomer
Iโm 20
@DixieBoy76 - KY Although a good social situation will have something to focus on, at least so everyone has something in common to discuss
@ThisIsChris I do well in social gatherings like hikes and goal oriented socializing
But in free for all? No
@DixieBoy76 - KY I think you'll like IE then!
Alright guys I'm heading into the gym I'll holler at you later
Have a good night brother. Iโve been trying to go myself when Iโm able. Now that school is back in session itโs more sporadic
Tbh I wouldn't recommend "meme servers" anymore. I used to enjoy one myself, but I think such participation actually holds us back from developing a less esoteric, more mature culture.
If you need that sort of outlet, a Twitter sock might be your best bet.
theres some really dank subreddits that havent gotten nuked yet
@missliterallywho And yet we want to recruit young people. no?
@Nic-AL there was this guy Jack London who had some epic content back in the day. Was forever ago, maybe as far back as 2014.
http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/310
I think it's important to stay on the cutting edge of the memes. There's a time and place for such things though. Twitter socks(multiple) is a good recommendation.
Key words *cutting edge*
I can post a good wojak. But Fortnite is a bridge too far for me
Yeah, saying "goy" every other sentence is passe. Need to stay current
We don't want to recruit your *average* 18-year-old
It had its day
Ugandan Knuckles was DOA
Lol definitely
If only it had erupted closer to February...
Even (((echo's))) are setting yourself up to get yeeted on
In what sense?
Stale meme
I guess, but that seems like ceding ground
Yeah makes you look like your stuck being a 2016 epic fashy goy
echoes had utility
There's a difference between ceding ground and being funny
And relevant
in the way other terminology didn't
"Guys did you know famous people are Jewish"
Wow an incredible tool that will never be replaced
It was about helping people notice patterns among anti-whites
Memetics, like genetics, is all about adapting
My take is, memes are incredibly useful tools, but only when they're fresh, and only when they remain in their place (the internet). If you can't stay on that cutting edge or keep it online, just don't use them.
I don't think people respond well to naming the Jew. It triggers too strong of a anti racist response
I never suggested using them offline.
The point isn't to do it unprovoked
Anti white does/says something Anti white
2. post story, add echoes
3. walk away
Dude, how many people do you think would respond negatively to you if you just went up and mentioned that a prominent figure was Jewish
Not to mention the association that echoes has with unsavory types, which will associate you with those unsavory types right off the bat
In real life? Yeah that would be weird. Anon accounts? That's how people start noticing
Echoes ran their course. Time to find a new way to get people to notice.
Okay, so to trace and close up the discussion. Memes bad unless memes good but memes bad. Roger!
I guess my view is it isn't broke
Wignat memes bad, relevant memes good
It is broke, it's associated with 1.0 freaks
in my experience, once you get someone thinking in a pro-white way, they mostly figure out the JQ for themselves
"Everyone I don't like is a Russian bo-, we, wignat"
Enoch invented it. I think it is uncharitable to call him that
and - this is key - they do it without becoming spergs about it
It's uncharitable to call a guy who runs "The Daily Holocaust" a wignat?
IE has members who are former/current TRS people.
I truly doubt even Mike Enoch is still using echoes
One can laugh at shock jock humor without trying to become a shock jock themselves
TRS people as in TRS audience or content creators?
Big fan of FTN
@Nick_Knight I know of 2 content creators formerly, none currently
the way I see it, TRS has parts I like and parts I donโt like, but the TRS people Iโve met in person have all been pretty cool
@Lawrence of Eurabia I like their deep dives
Point missed. The Point of the title (which is changed, and if all orgs are doomed because of past mistakes remember, Mike was exonerated from the same lawsuit that plagues IE) is that the usual suspects kvetch about Everything and compare Everything to certain things
definitely learned a lot (civics) about how the government works from FTN
<:whitepill:439924104406106113> https://www.rt.com/usa/449757-trump-wall-plan-21-days/
@Nick_Knight both
I don't care what the inside joke is, I care about how it looks from the outside
I think TRS is insulated enough from the public that itโs not a big deal
although I agree that the title is way excessive
My point is that if you use echoes, people dive into what echoes mean, and they see people like the TRS guys using echoes, then associate you with the TRS guys @Alex Kolchak - NY
At some point you need to figure out that anything white-centric is going to be deemed excessive by someone and just own it.
Think about the "It's OK to be white" slogan
oh ok, fair enough @John O -
It does not get any less excessive than that.
There's a difference between being an upstanding representative of your ideals, and being edgy to piss people off
And I think TRS is fine for anonnstuff not tied to IE. But I accept if IE doesn't want any ties to TRS in IE-obvious cyberstrike, circumstantial or otherwise, sure I will abide by that.
We need to be above reproach.
Iโd be very wary of the โtheyโll just call us X anywayโ mindset, @Nick_Knight .
2018: The public optics wars
2019: The private optics wars
I am not advocating for "screw the optics"
โJust own it?โ
Or am I reading too much into that?
Just for getting into the mindset that EVERYTHING is a hate symbol for some people once it becomes a visible threat. Optics matter.
It's all so tiresome. Forget I said anything about memes. I will hand out old Pat Buchanan books. Should work. After all it did in 1992
I think I was not as clear as I wanted to.
I think as long as thereโs no public overlap between IE and TRS, thereโs nothing wrong with people liking both on their own
Let me give you an example, Alexander
I mean IE did in the last 24 hours admit a new member who was a regular guest on Mark Collett's show. (who I like but any criteria to scorn Mike & Sven's past intemperence goes triple for Mark) So the anti-TRS pearl clutching is funny
Yeah, I have no problem with people consuming TRS media, however, using their terms in any kind of public forum, online or otherwise, is self destructive
my parents would use my full name when I did something bad ๐ณ
not that this is my name lol
Years ago, during my "I can never be a racist Republican" phase, I discussed affirmative action with my then g/f. I argued that in today's day an age it was not a fair proposition.
So I got called racist.
You can only spend so much time explaining, and if "they" have you giving explanations at every single turn, they've won the argument.
I don't think anyone here is "anti-TRS pearl clutching." We just don't want to act/speak like we are trying to become TRS hosts.
@Nick_Knight I understand what youโre saying. As far as Iโm concerned, โopticsโ matter when talking about our potential audience, not our enemies
LOL agreed
agreed with both of you.
but for example, Iโd guess that there are plenty of white people who could be motivated to be pro-white, but would still find TDS distasteful
But also recognize that different people have different styles of communicating.
I think in past conversations I have seen anti-TRS rhetoric posted here, but currently not so much.
FTN and, to name another I listen to, Third Rail, have their "OMFG why go THERE, THAT way," but you can't deny they are effective communicators.
my dad is a great example. Very smart guy, disillusioned liberal, has all but said he supports IE. But he still has this fear that thereโs a secret [ideology redacted] undercurrent among people like us
evening Nemets
I have always been vocally against TRS, not as a media company, but as an advocacy group
@Nemets ะะพะฑััะน ะฒะตัะตั, ะฟะฐัะฐะฝ!
But opticswise, @rising_serpent or @cursedsalad from Twitter are much better at making arguments while using comfortable language.
@John O - a delicate distinction that unfortunately many cannot seem to understand
whoa whoa Nemets is not a ะฟะฐัะฐะฝ
heโs a ัะตัะฟะตะบัะฐะฑะตะปัะฝัะน ะผะพะปะพะดะพะน ัะตะปะพะฒะตะบ like all of us
Well John seemed a bit scandalized. But yes I am not advocating IE change at all.
I just think echoes isn't a dead meme. Difference of opinion.
TRS pool parties have a good use. Where do people who don't make the cut for IE go to make sure they don't become too isolated? Jayoh is really making a good effort at helping members improve. That is valuable
@Nick_Knight FTN is the only source I know of for some of the really important but unsung developments.
I found out about the Stephen Miller and Chris Christie article from them and I don't think anyone in IE who doesn't listen to them caught those developments.
I'd be interested in making a podcast that does a similar thing to FTN. The trick is being entertaining without sounding like a crank. I don't think they sound like cranks but their name and platform comes with too much baggage.
@Alex Kolchak - NY ะะฐะปะฐะฝ. ะะฝะฐัะธั, ยซััะฒะฐะบยป ๐
yes I know lol
I did go to Russian elementary school
If Paul Nehlen embraced the meme, it is a wignat meme
Re: echoes
thatโs where they recruited me
Lol
I can feel all of my youthful vitality being sapped from this discussion
If he started calling himself Identitarian, what would we do?
That's what happens when you stop anime posting
@Logan You are probably right.
Past actions have future consequences. Some baggage you can't just put down.
Echos are a wignat meme?...okay
From what Iโm gathering here, memes in general are wignat
fun is wignat and also degenerate
Not with you on the degenerate, but the stuff isnโt useful
Iโm joking
@missliterallywho No, I would like to hear your answer. If Paul Nehlen or Cantwell or other person that people understandably would prefer to stay away from, started referring to themselves (however incorrectly) as Identitarian, by your own logic, what would you suggest?
What should we do if SPLC brands IE as a hate group?
(maybe IE should trademark "Identitarian," unironically)
@Nick_Knight I assumed they already had.
(they have)
I donโt think thatโs likely because their audience wouldnโt like it
The SPLC puts pro-life Christian groups on there though
โidentitarianโ puts you in a category with AmRen, GI, etc
โalt-rightโ puts you in a category with... well, you know
When they lost that suit to the Muslim guy the DoD cut ties with them. Pretty sure the events were related.
โidentitarianโ puts you on the far end of the nationalist movement (which is where we should be, to pull nationalists towards ethnonationalism)
but the hardcore wignats have decided that any nationalist that isnโt fedposting is a cuck
This is sort of what I was alluding at before. Some thought needs to be put to ensure that the national conversation happens on our terms with our definitions.
That's what I meant by "owning it"
Sorry it came across as something else.
that makes more sense and I agree
From the SPLC on IE:
"Rather than denigrating people of color, the campus-based organization focuses on raising white racial consciousness, building community based on shared racial identity and intellectualizing white supremacist ideology."
*intellectualizing white well-being
there, i fixed it.
that actually doesnโt make us look so bad (if you filter out the standard โwhite supremacistโ smear)
oh no, theyโre raising consciousness and building community!
what normal people even know what the splc even is?
White supremacism means whites having ANY political power or wealth in any capacity
@Lawrence of Eurabia The issue is every MSM uses SPLC/ADL as "sources" for smearing groups like IE.
Doesn't matter if others know who they actually are.
yeah
Lawrence, the FBI uses the SPLC as their source of info for hate groups, for their civil rights protection group
@Lawrence of Eurabia Tucker readers know. He did a whole bit on them in Ship of Fools.
Ship of Fools should be mandatory reading. Going to play the audio book again and get hype.
Plus, just read it out Southern Poverty Law Center, you can just see them marching with MLK. (they were actually founded in the early 70s way after the civil rights movements)
I will drop it, as I do not wish to talk in circles. I just think echoes aren't dead (but accept IE doesn't want to use them), I respectfully contest disavowal of TRS, and I worry that the logical conclusion of dropping anything that "WigNats" sniff at means something actually important (like the word "Identitarian," should it catch on) could hypothetically be dropped later
@Nick_Knight thankfully they are too busy harassing Roger Stone.
we need to get normal conservatives to see the triple letter agencies for what they really are
I was at an outreach program with them last year and they mentioned that.
(Disclaimer: I do not work on any type of Law Enforcement)
Thereโs a time and place for the shock jock approach. We just need to understand that we have a different role to play.
@Wood-Ape - OK/MN as a long time fan of TRS I think disavowing them or supporting them is the wrong question. The question should be how do we create our own content. Looking forward to making an honest attempt at this.
Granted I kind of misrepresent what you said
I made it into my own thing.
I referred to Nehlen only to illustrate what a wignat looks/sounds like.
I am going to turn in, but it was a pleasure chatting with you all for a bit!
Nehlen is just an idiot
TDS is shock jock. FtN (whether you are scandalized by the name which is a parody of a CBS show) is practically reactionary NPR.
@Nemets subcons?
I mean, I know who youโre referring to, but how are they particularly bad? apart from being another non-white group competing for political power, of course
@Wood-Ape - OK/MN it would be hard for them to do but if FTN changed their name ("cucks!") and followed Ethnarc's request to stop swearing, they could be even bigger
@Nemets Nemets if you recorded a "SubCon Recon" bit, I am sure some show will play it.
wait so is that just what weโre calling Asians now?
Omg if FtN would stop swearing ๐
or is it because SE Asians make up the group disproportionately
makes sense
Subcon, nice
and honestly, apart from the occasional Sarah Jeong type figure, Japanese and Korean immigrants are probably our least concern
very skeptical, but how do you figure that?
If Trump implements merit based immigration, then we'll be flooded with Asian immigrants
true, but what about the resources we expend trying to contain black/hispanic dysfunction?
I'm not saying East Asian immigration is desirable - of course not - but it's immigration from the global south that will really screw us
though I could be wrong
So what happens if we get a wall, and most immigration stops? What's next? In the 1920s Americans were successful in stopping immigration, yet just 40 years later it resumed in an even worse form. We can't just pack our bags and leave if we get immigration stopped. What's the long term solution, and is it possible?
I guess that's true. Well, at least Nick Land will be happy
how do you think the establishment left will deal with their new batch of non-white insurgents in Congress? they seem to be much closer to power than anyone anticipated
I just donโt understand why White people are plagued with this stuff and nobody else is.
Because we let it happen tbh
Why canโt we just remain homogenous and safe? No conspiracy theory responses please
I wonder if there are any good historical examples of that (not just among white people.) I mean elites developing ethnonationalist sentiments because of competition
Have any of you read โThe Rising Tide of Colorโ?
reading it rn
I got it from the AmRen bookstore
the tension between Han Chinese and Manchus, maybe?
@Nic-AL How do you like it so far?
And how far are you?
its very dense a lot of it goes over my head, but its actually really interesting. not very far
I think the wall is a physical embodiment of immigration reform. There should be a strong united voice against immigration from the people of the US. Or a change in the White American family. Has anyone thought of having more children? Growing larger families? Additionally I think the Bible puts it well in saying โraise up your children in the way they should go, and they shall not depart from it.โ Thereโs a strong presence of the home views in the child, if I were to raise a child to know of his history and to be proud of it, he may think differently later, but that same view will hold a part of him. Similarly if we teach our children the dangers of drastic demographic changes or mass immigration and multiculturalism I believe there is a strong chance for future generations. The only impediment being that of the media, which plays a major part in indoctrination.
@Nemets Borzoi would be my bet. You could be a guest on the show he does with Striker
The media wasnโt always bad.
Borzoi and Ethnarch are both interested in China, IIRC
@Nemets I talked to Borzoi before the 504um was deleted. Borzoi has a Twitter and YouTube.
@Lawrence of Eurabia we need to educate people on why immigration sucks so it doesn't happen again
ideally, children would be taught in schools about the problems caused by immigration
