cool wine aunt meets cool chew uncle
Some rad new balances on with Nike socks
Kashubians (my esoteric ethic group) snorts tobacco
need plenty of cool IE uncles for the IE babbies
Working the grill like itโs his day job
*sip*
just want to gotdang grill
mid calfs
@Jacob snorts tobacco? Are you kidding me?
it's called snuff here
@VinceChaos required
@William Russell#2915 bad average Russian metrics may be same reason the south does poorly: diversity! In the south it's the blacks and new arrivals, in Russia it is the various 'Stans
Friggin Stanโs
I didnโt expect ethnic Russians to be as low as 81%
My uncle let me have some when I was younger and he said that my grandpa and his grandpa and bla bla bla did it
dress socks with house shoes or slides
@Wood-Ape - OK/MN ehhh to be fair some Slav areas are pretty poor
But is it IQ related?
I have a fascination with Kyrgyzstan.
Ukraine is probably the worst Slav country right now and it's whiter than Russia
Invented apples!
Obviously itโs a mixture of things but IQ is to me the most important factor in wealth
I wouldn't be surprised if part of it is just IQ
i think its the most predictive
Ukraine has legitimate economic issues as well
So do a lot of the small Eastern European countries
Lack of natural wealth within your borders what can you do
Eastern Europe's development was stunted for a long time because of monarchy
And poor geographical location
I think the monarchies were a good thing to some degree
James fields verdict just came back guilty 1st degree
official word
i assumed, even in the absolute hysteria and sham of a trial that he was subject to, that he would still at least be able to get it down to involuntary manslaughter
No surprise there. It was always in the cards, for obvious reasons........
Blacks will still burn their own neighborhoods down.
Not to provoke conversation but he idled for over a minute reversed and decided to go that direction willingly so it seems
I wouldnโt recommend anyone get caught up defending this man. Thereโs no winning
Get your popcorn.
well thats that
murder is the unlawful killing of another with malice aforethought, malice can be express or implied
@William Russell No dude it was really bad. Russia had no incentive to industrialize because the nobles could just make the peasants do whatever.
Kind of like how slavery held the South back.
Socialism was necessary for the peasants to recover from that. Now, if it wasn't marxist socialism, that would have been better.
there was no malice, idling and reversing a car is not malice
we can't even trust the courts for fair trials
Just opened up a can of beans. Wtf is this at the top? Mold?
he still has a free appeal!
@Sacramento That's congealed fat
Grease
I guess I'm not surprised. We won't see an Antifa riot now.
Congealed fat
@Sacramento All I see in the pic are your pale hobbit feet! ๐
@William Russell From my understanding he freaked out after his car was hit
all i'm gonna say is dwayne dixon is a fed
@William Russell the texts to his mother and the call to her from jail did not help his case
Poor it off the beans
@Goose Fed, Authoritarian Marxist, what is the difference?
Just try to stay open to both sides from different perspectives
circumstantial evidence should not be enough to establish premediation and deliberation and express malice aforethought which are elements to first degree murder
>expecting competent lawyers and true justice in a court in 2018
i hope this backfires in kaplan's fat disgusting face on appeals
I think manslaughter wouldโve been more appropriate
hopefully so
I was wondering about appeals
everyone seemed to agree on that @William Russell
i'm more peeved about dixon ONCE AGAIN escaping justice
Yea heโs obviously going to prison I never thought a complete acquittal possible
he's already planning on toppling a statue in Raleigh
the show trial is done, now it's time to appeal and get him a true trial. the monitor in cars that records acceleration and braking shows him decelerating from 30 to 25 mph as he was escaping from the violent communists attacking his car before he regrettably ran into the counter protestors
Even if it was self defense thatโs just too much harm done to go without consequence
What a sham.
@TylerHess right how often do people who threaten something not go through with it? idk what the legal threshold for preplanned and deliberation is
@William Russell disagree completely. that line of defense could be used against someone defending themselves from home invasion if they blow away the invader but they "caused too much harm"
well his lawyers were friends with antifa members
If there were 13 other people that were in the wrong place at the wrong time and suffered lifelong injury I could see prison time needed
the literal judge was facebook friends with known antifa commies lol, this was a soviet show trial and nothing more
Yea no doubt about that
Kritarchy = (((our democracy)))
Itโll lose publicity during appeals as well
@VinceChaos they need to have a calculated plan, although the time needed can actually be very short, perhaps even moments although that will mean evidence of planning will be harder to find
@Sacramento nice beans
Beans are underrated bigly
They are great for pregnant ladies
So, what can be done now? Appeal?
Do beans not have phytoestrogens?
Guilty on *all* accounts, and 30 federal hate crimes...
@NateDahl76 thank you
Idk just all the doctors have recommended beans to her
He may not fare so well in prison with hate crimes
This is utter nonsense
hate crimes and pedos get the worst treatment in prison i hear
20 years to life ...
woman beaters
Only took 7 hours for a jury.
For something that could have happened to anyone
I bet they spent most the time trying to out virtue signal one another
dude was following directions on his phone to his house that he pulled up, imagine seeing the full body of evidence and still moving to convict, it's an absolute travesty
Should've moved the trial to Middle of Nowhere, USA and filled the jury with boomers who don't have internet access tbh
You think any public figures will speak out?
You guys are acting like you didn't expect this
Like Montana @missliterallywho lol
expected it? yeah. disgusted with it? yeah
I hope. This is an absolute travesty. This isn't some internet stuff, these are people's lives
Absolutely destroyed
I think involuntary manslaughter would even be a stretch, he was scared and perhaps drove with gross negligence, but even that could be defeated with an instruction on responding to emergencies and the contributory negligence of the police
@William Russell lol like Montana and boomers like my mother, yes
dude was literally following directions on his phone, not some premeditated path into protestors. involuntary would be the absolute max
Anarchists celebrating in the streets during a state of emergency encacted because the local government conspired to incite violence and shut down the rally goer's rights
incompetent lawyers?
judge that supports antifa
"I was following the instructions on my phone" isn't a great defense when there were hundreds of people in front of him
its more a matter of treason and subversion than incompetence
The real lesson here is, if you're gonna be an anarchist protester, don't be 300 lbs
dude was driving away from people pointing rifles at him and trying to break into his car w bats Nate ffs
Antifa even harassed a defense witness into not showing--and the witness is now in trouble with the judge.
Just from another angle if a family member of mine were injured by his car because someone else hit it or scared him or whatever Iโd still want him to face some sort of prison time.
yeah it's really unfortunate
Complete and utter anarcho tyranny
he didnt look up from his phone? idk id like to hear from a semi unbiased lawyer. we're armchair quarterbacks
Watershed moment for the US justice system
Iโm talking about one of the other dozen plus innocent bystanders
>"justice" system <:really:453005408064241674>
@William Russell I'd want the people intimidating and threatening the driver punished, not the driver himself
Maybe so
But someone needs consequences
no, the reason the phone part is important is because it proves that the commonwealth's attempt to prove premeditated intent is bogus and backed by nothing. that prevents the legitimacy of most of the charges they have on him.
JEWstice system
Horrific things donโt happen then everyone just gets to go home
Obviously the justice system is occupied by a hostile class of foreigners
It confirms what we already know about the Justice system of *Charlottesville*
@William Russell actually no, sometimes in negligence claims losses happen and nobody is to blame and the loss must unfortunately remain upon the plaintiff because nobody is a substantial factor. In order to shift the loss from the victim/plaintiff to a defendant they must be held liable via duty, breach, causation (actual and proximate) and damages. The police are arguably liable for negligence if not outright reckless behavior since they knowingly disregarded a substantial risk. I would say that the government of cville even acted purposefully.
F!!! the police's boss
Yes Cville is not the place
Jefferson is rolling in his grave
The govt of Cville absolutely acted purposefully.
I understand what youโre saying @TylerHess
Iโve kept up with the case through a couple of commie journo type twitter accounts there in Cville to see both sides I think the prosecution just outperformed the defense entirely as well
Did he have a public attorney?
He probably didnโt qualify
I dont think the defense even tried ):
Idk but I imagine the prosecution had quite the legal team
Thatโs sad. The left wing folks seemed to be confused by the lack of defense
Most lawyers are globalists (of all ethnicities).
The type of people who become public defenders were either really bad at law school and/or are bleeding heart commie scum
Emily G and others were tweeting that the defense attorney didnโt have any type of coherent defense at any point
yall remember MADtv? commentary on black crime and physical differences between men and women https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cWn2uMphYN4&t=0s&list=WL&index=34
Even the closing statements were nothing
I know feelings on him are understandably mixed, but isn't Augustus a lawyer? Why wasn't he in the defense?
These same public defender types will burn the midnight oil trying to get savages like kate steinle's murderer off of the hook
Has he been pretty outspoken for fields?
Better than a willing saboteur.
@Wood-Ape - OK/MN he took Aaron Eason's case
@TylerHess ah
I pray for Solar Flare every day.
(to non violently, through act of god, disable globalist electronics systems)
Dude cmon
This blackpilling is gay.
โA guy got unfairly convicted of murder, apocalypse whenโ
There's the black pill and then there is a realistic take on our situation
It would solve more than one problem ๐
Oh really? @Wood-Ape - OK/MN
This verdict just confirms everything we already knew and thought about that town.
This was hardly about JAF and almost entirely about dissuading any form of dissident rally goer from attending any public display of protest
Kicked off the internet, kicked off the streets
Contained, chastised
I donโt think this coulda happened to just anyone though. Very specific sh*t show that lead to this happening
Traitor Trump unwilling to anything his THOT daughter's merchant husband disapproves of.
Blackpills everywhere
It was a show trial. He'll appeal and hopefully they can get a decent lawyer this time. The court assigned him this lawyer. They said his first choice was a conflict of interest.
I donโt feel blackpilled
Shouldn't be a black pill. It played out how it always does
Me neither @NateDahl76
Angry, not black pilled
Indignant, disappointed, bewildered
maybe tucker will bring this up eloquently, he keeps getting edgier
I just feel bad for the poor, idiot. Not blackpilled
I guess you really never know.. but Iโm not driving my car through a crowd of bystanders regardless of how much I feel like my life is at stake.
Until armed people start hitting your car
It didn't happen in a vacuum
I am mad that this will be precedent that pro-white personal positions will mean illegal intent for future accidents
True, it absolutely sets a precedent
Pro white isn't Hitler memes @Wood-Ape - OK/MN
I feel bad for his mom right now
Such a sham will be used as a club
I donโt think there is room for precedent
The started hitting his car after he made the decisions (?) to drive down that street
His mom seemed like a sweet lady
He couldn't have turned, one way streets
It was anarchy
He can still appeal
So if he lost because of his lawyers being shitty, he still has hope in the appellate court
If there were a tiger and grizzly bear in my back seat Iโd let them eat me before I drove into a crowd of bystanders.. or thatโs what Iโd like to think anyhow
If y'all need a whitepill, just had another midwife appointment today. She said little Henry is measuring exactly where he should be, heartrate 140 bpm โค
Congrats
Ours is due Jan 7th
The worst thing we can do right now is treat this as "expected" or business as usual. That leads to learned helplessness and the battered wife mentality. Go one social media and voice you're discontent
Babies are great
My first is a month away and it doesnโt feel like my life is about to change completely yet
@Papa Pizzagate I am not advocating for Hitler memes. But it is disingenuous to say the *activist enemies* see a difference, even if the normies we advocate for and try to recruit do. Anything other than eternal white guilt and white suicide is "white supremacist" to the liberal. This is not a critique of optics. I agree good optics are important.
He faces 20 to life for that murder conviction
Congrats William
And 30 other federal hate crimes
Yeah, congrats brethren
Unless somebody is firing a stinger missle a missle at your vehicle, there really isn't a justification for hitting a crowd of innocent people with your car
Thank you
@Isabella Locke-MT this is your first right?
Blacks would be rioting in the streets while whites wont even write their congressman a letter
Yep
He is due Jan 31st
Even then I may would take the stinger
A little after your baby
we should use this outrage to motivate our people
Haha Iโll send you a pic when she gets here
>innocent.
Not saying they were or weren't, but that's murky ground--especially monday morning quarter backing it 18 months later. He was afraid, he was surrounded, he acted. Not ideal--but not murder
@TylerHess Absolutely
@Wood-Ape - OK/MN need to be above and beyond reproach in everything that we do. Fields objectively wasn't. Of course I feel bad for the guy. But calling him and the things he believed as Pro White conflating that with us and our views is simply wrong
The only way it could be justified to ones self would be by considering them the enemy. Which he did in the phone calls
JAF is going to do time--but not *one single protester*?
I had worded that poorly
@Papa Pizzagate Obviously the enemy does equate us, regardless of whether or not we do. Or has IE been exonerated of all lawsuits yet?
Goddamn......
The people who show up to *your* legally permitted rally with the intent to do you harm and infringe on your rights could be referred to as your enemy
He's fucked.
The people with urine in bottles, rifles, pistols, metal bats, and clubs of all kinds are not not the enemy
Weโre not in any criminal lawsuits
He defended it on the phone โsheโs literally the enemy momโ
Fields was no angel, but many of us feel bad for him.
The bigger issue imo is the courts constantly protecting trash like dixon and his ilk
@Wood-Ape - OK/MN Evermore the reason to remain above reproach in everything we do. We clearly aren't going to be afforded benefit of the doubt so why give our enemies any ammunition
@Goose That is what I am trying to say.
I say the same about her, it's not criminal. Plus he *did* sob and cry after--did you hear about the officer's body cams?
@William Russell he broke down crying when the cops told him someone died
@William Russell I think he even told them to help the people who were hurt
I believe that was sincere then
His poor mom
Fields was non-discriminate in his ramming. His attorneys seemed to argue entirely mentally, that what he did was spontaneous rather than premeditated. They should have focused on objective threats to his immediate safety, which I suppose were lacking. I guess trying to reduce 1st degree was all they could do
Would you put any weight into his statements after that on the phone with his mom or text messages before?
This should be seen as a learning experience for everyone why IE has it's rules
He was a scared young man on a day when the system collaborated with anarchists to shut *you* down who was lead down a one way street
(In the military, we'd have called that an ambush)
@Papa Pizzagate When did I say we should? The enemy obviously sees all "people who express concern for whites" (or whatever way of parsing it is acceptable to you) as a list to be dealt with and a judgment significantly informed by ideology is bad for anyone "who expresses concern for whites"
@Wood-Ape - OK/MN using terms like "enemy" is ammo for lawyers trying to nail you
There will come a day when we have someone worth rallying behind facing prosecution.
@Flint Doesn't matter, he still commited the act, you can't ram a vehicle into a bunch of people. Regardless of how scared you are or how confused you are.
Okay "people who don't like us and intend to do us harm" ๐
@William Russell what were in the text messages.
So and So did nothing wrong!
Hitler memes and such
When the city tried to shut it down from the beginning was a clear sign to me that things were going to get messy. Every time they tried that with other rallies that is what happened
It's only reported, the videos are not public, check this twitter somewhere: https://twitter.com/AltRightTruth
Good point @Sacramento
