Nathan is a longstanding member, I don't want to get into it too much, but he has flaked in the past. He kept me waiting for over an hour a few days ago, but the part that irked me is that he came up with obvious lies and excuses. He thinks he's being targeted when he is confronted about backing out of commitments. He's overall a good guy, but he needs to address some issues. His Marijuana usage doesn't help him.

I don't think he'd do anything, you and him go way back. Remember, when we sparred I tended to get the better of him, he mostly focused on evading. I don't think he likes getting hit, unless he goes rage mode.

@NS - Jason TX has voiced his desire to be on a shield team. He is intelligent and operates well under pressure, and has been working out, though his stamina needs work. He also has an injury that he seems to have almost fully recovered from. I'd suggest using him as a backup, not on screens though.

@Billy Merse TX is a longstanding member, one of the founders. He has a medical condition that affects the joints, and cannot participate in heavy physical activity.
@Nathan TX has been absent from NW2 for over a year, just now returned. He has issues that need to be resolved, and may be placed on suspension if he does not sharpen up.
@George TX is a recently returning member, trying to get the days off work, somewhat short notice. Has family to tend to. Doing his best to attend.
I'll chat with @Wayne FL and see if he would be a better fit on screens, and then get yall swapped if so
