Let me or any of us know if we can help in some way. I believe you're trustworthy, I don't see why you should be excluded from info on the event if it might help you know if you can make it.

Nathan is a longstanding member, I don't want to get into it too much, but he has flaked in the past. He kept me waiting for over an hour a few days ago, but the part that irked me is that he came up with obvious lies and excuses. He thinks he's being targeted when he is confronted about backing out of commitments. He's overall a good guy, but he needs to address some issues. His Marijuana usage doesn't help him.

The only thing in my way is my job and unfortunately I don't have enough power to really sway my boss. I'm in management so I'm viewed as "essential" I am going to talk to HR today about it though. I'll keep you posted.
