Did NW13 vet him? What town is he

He is in Lewis County. I asked about him not too long ago to you and eric. He is kind of in the middle of nowhere. He was vetted by a guy in my NW who is in the farthest reaches of my nw

From Columbus OH to camp is 7 hrs. If you add a stop in Lewis county it's 7 hr 40. You could also ask him to meet you in Staunton VA which won't deviate you guys and get him a majority of the way to the destination

Thomas @thomas

Sam is correct.

Cool thx

What's the camping situation going to be like?

Thomas @thomas

@ND - Ryan OH A field with tents in it. Pretty standard.

ND - Eric PA @PF-950806

Legio X Pennsylvania

Thomas @thomas

@ND - Eric PA NW10 includes New York, and New Jersey as well.

ND - Eric PA @PF-950806

Those are all the auxiliaries lol

ND - Eric PA @PF-950806

Kidding

And we are to provide tents for our own travel party as always?

I am, but Thomas highly suggests we ask guys driving close by to help out with tents. Better safe than sorry.

As someone who is driving, should I bring extra tents?

In fact, I'll be sure that every member of nw16 and the SE brings a tent each to ensure we have enough for everyone

@ND - Lawrence FL you’re sleeping in my tent

Thomas @thomas

@ND - Ryan OH Yes.

@ND - John WA Everyone should know where their tents are coming from.

@ND - Lawrence FL Extras of everything are always a good idea.

Status of Camp Equipment for Dec. 4th Event:
@ND - Christopher AL has committed to bringing 2 folding tables, 1 big pot, 2 big garbage cans
@ND - Eric PA has committed to bringing 3 propane tanks (full), 2 big garbage cans
@ND - Samuel VA has committed to bringing 1 folding table, 2 big pots

Outstanding items:
3 folding tables
3 cooking burners

If I cannot find from anyone in my local network, or any leadership members that will be driving to the event, I will purchase these items myself. The deadline for doing this is going to have to be Saturday (possibly later if doing local pickup).

Leadership members in immediate vicinity: @NQ - Henry MA @ND - Johnny MN @ND - Carter MO @ND - Ryan OH @ND - Lawrence FL @Alan MI

@Thomas status update ^

@Thomas if that turkey deep fryer is still needed I can order it tonight. Otherwise, I have a one burner propane/ butane grill I was considering for my personal travel plans that i was going to get anyway.

I ordered the mini grill for my car so that means we have another burner. However, I am talking with Floyd FL about him getting a larger outdoor cooking setup before the event.

As for a folding table, I will speak with everyone from nw16 this weekend about who could acquire one and who could transport it.

Thomas @thomas

@ND - Samuel VA I would suggest more than 3 tables if we can handle it. We were tough on table space with a set of 4 of those huge picnic tables in New Jersey, and that was with 70 fewer people. You can put me down for one.

@ND - Samuel VA @Thomas I can bring one or two folding tables if needed.

I am planning to have 6 total; im bringing 1, Chris 2 - which leaves 3 outstanding

I didn't ask you bc it seems kinda unreasonable to ask you to lug equipment from Texas. I don't think it's necessary

The tent I purchased may not get here on time for the event. There a chance a extra tent might be available?

Thomas @thomas

Do any of the people in your travel party have a tent? May be easier to ask locally to start.

Still waiting on response. Most don't get off work for another hour.

@ND - Johnny MN Walmart always has tents by Ozark trail

@ND - Samuel VA just let me know if I need to bring anything more. I’ll be driving my truck so I have no problem packing it out to the max

We need 3 tables and 3 burners. Waiting for final says before I buy more

Thomas @thomas

NW1 hosted our third and final drilling session with a little over 30 in attendance from NW2, NW4, and some from NW12.

We reviewed vanguard, rearguard, and marching drills. Everyone is very proficient and things were picked up with very little delay. I am very confident in the abilities of everyone in the south-central region to attend and participate in the action.

Love this man

nice

NW9 hosted our first ever drilling session with 12 in attendance from NC, SC and NW9. We reviewed the basics of marching, vanguard, rearguard, line breaking and carries. Everyone picked up fairly quickly and despite not having actual shields to work with I am confident in everyone's ability to do the same with when the time comes.

Thomas @thomas

@ND - Samuel VA Make sure to fill out any remaining shield teams with those who showed themselves proficient.

I was more referring to the social events Thomas mentioned a while ago, or was I the only one who hosted one?

Thomas @thomas

@ND - Johnny MN Negative, my last drilling meet included us putting three big tables together and conducting Thanksgiving. I read a speech, we went around the table and everyone stood and stated their thanks, and then there was a short prayer before we passed out the food.

Thomas @thomas

Very nice. People I wanted at the drilling, specifically new guys, are sick, so that's been postponed. Thanksgiving gave everyone a chance to connect and bond over what we've built together thus far. Everyone was engaged and very cheerful the whole evening. We definitely had way too much food on hand despite how many people came.

I've referred Patrick nc to Paul TX and Ben MD to Anthony UT. Ben shows aptitude agility and good strength his only drawback is size (on the smaller side). During line breaking it was easy to pick him up off the ground but if that is acceptable then he should do well in rearguard

POST ACTION REVIEW:
NW15, SOCAL, NORCAL, and NW5 all picked up drill fairly quickly. Many of the members have had prior experience, from either drilling once before or military/marching band. Overall it only took maybe 15-20 min for everyone to finally synchronize. The only difficulties that the clusters/Networks came across were maintaining dressing to the right and avoiding obstacles. All of which significantly improved throughout drilling, especially in regards to turns. Shield tactics were performed almost flawlessly despite not having any shields, the same goes for the fireman carries and line breaking. Members who performed exceptionally were Josh CA and Nathan CA. Josh excelled at drill having prior experience and assisting with keeping the men in step. Despite the last minute drop outs being NW3 and two members of NW5 the western networks and clusters will be adequately prepared for the event. It is suggested that all parties continue to practice and train at least once more before the event if possible.
As far as accommodations regarding lodging and food, areas of improvement would be that next time I bring two pans rather than one for my gas stove. To the best of my knowledge everyone enjoyed the food and maintained hydration throughout the day. Lodging was fantastic, beautiful scenery all around with mountains and red sand, we had almost the entire campground to ourselves going undisturbed throughout the entire stay. Also Logan CA is an awesome photographer

Thomas @thomas

Looking forward to seeing the photos. Good recap, Jon.

Thomas @thomas

:exclamation:
You all should be finalizing your travel plans for the event now. Are there any questions I can help answer?

Security Checkpoint address will be released 72hrs in advance. General location is Mid Atlantic. Lodging is in tents. Temps are expected to be mid-30's at night and 50's during the day.

NWX Drilling Event in Hopatcong, NJ

11/20
09:00-15:00

Eric PA
Alan PA
Adam PA
Mark PA
Jason NY
Nick NY
Wayne NY
Sam NJ
Robert NJ

Objectives:
Review drilling standards of the drilling document
Review fitness test standards
Group activism

Sustain:
Pre-planning was made well in advance of the event, announcements of the event were made frequently and well in advance

Documents of the event schedule, gear list, and attendance list were prepared and printed out

Regular routine of arrival, gear check, phone collection, and transport to drilling spot was punctual.

Fitness test was conducted, activists were made aware of their scores to know if/how they needed to improve.

Drilling instruction and explanation was clear, activists rehearsed each drill multiple times and it was made sure the procedure and context of the drills were understood.

Activists were given multiple opportunities to ask questions about any aspects of the drilling or fitness test they did not understand.

Return to vehicles and phone redistribution was punctual.

Activists were separated into groups based on the direction they were heading home, and each tasked with putting up 2 posters.

Improve:

None. The event went very well, I saw no areas for improvement during this event.

We don't respond to current events as they happen, but maybe it should be addressed in the speech for the bake sale?

Thomas @thomas

That link is broken.

Sent it from in a private group my bad.

ND - Jon UT @PF-3354

I think we should focus on more propaganda regarding current events. Most of our stickers are advertisement toward the org (which is great) but it would be good to be flexible from time to time.

Thomas @thomas

The organization isn't really the best suited activist body to make it's central message about victims of violent crimes. Too much of our messaging which tells people vital things about us and the world we're trying to build would be lost.

We would unfortunately have to either cherrypick our tragedies or jump quickly from one to another, ending up with a laundry list of martyrs and no one viewing the message would know anything about our positive goals once the memorializing is done. Finally, as much as I understand the subject, I can't be certain that these families or injured individuals would understand and accept our use of their images. I know how difficult it can be to deal with matters like this without publicity.

Everything we do is already for the sake of those who have been victims, or those who have been disenfranchised, denied, and forgotten. The whole nation is in the context of our message.

@all I've reviewed with @ND - Eric PA and @Patrick TX that with Christmas coming up we should keep in mind that Ulysses NJ left behind a little brother - Logan, 8 years old. It is our intention to launch a large toy drive for the boy and deliver the haul a few days before Christmas.

Goal: Demonstration of our commitment to Ulysses in Death, and our intention to be available/present in the nurturing of his brother in continuance. Gifts are going to be numerous and good quality (do not buy him cheap/meaningless toys that he will not like).

What can you do: For the east coast networks, I believe we can transport gifts locally. NW9 and NW10 will have the direct access to deliver these gifts. For all other networks, please make arrangements for your guys to ship gifts directly to either @ND - Eric PA or myself. Each member should provide a gift, gifts should be not of an inexpensive/inconsiderate nature. For members who are tight financially, it is acceptable for multiple members to pool resources to get a substantive gift.

I will be following up with additional details about the boy and his likes in the near future.
@Patrick TX is the primary point of contact - whatever you buy, please check with him first so we ensure we aren't getting him duplicates.
Deadline date for all gifts to be received: 12/18.

NOW IS THE TIME TO PUT THE WORD OUT AND PUT YOUR GUYS ON NOTICE. EVERYONE IS EXPECTED TO PARTICIPATE, WE WANT TO MAKE A LASTING IMPACT, AND FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT FEEL COMPELLED THEY WILL BE VIEWED IN A LESS-THAN-COMPLIMENTARY LIGHT FOR BEING ABLE TO TURN THEIR BACK ON SUCH A CAUSE

Thank you
:PF-Flag: :santa:

Nice. Does anyone know what sort of stuff he likes?

ND - Jon UT @PF-3354

Will definitely be shipping mine to Eric.

Update on FL/ GA travel plans for Dec 4th:

Plans have been finalized, rentals have been placed, we are good to go.

ND - Eric PA @PF-950806

I would be careful not to overwhelm the family. A toy from every activist in every network is a lot. What’s more, we don’t know the storage situation they have at home for dozens of gifts.

I was thinking this too^

ND - Eric PA @PF-950806

Don’t want to be a downer, just we should consider those things, and maybe set a cap from each network

What kind of stuff does the boy like do we know?

ND - Eric PA @PF-950806

Sam said he will be looking into that

ND - Jon UT @PF-3354

Even if we just sent one from every network that’s 14-15 toys

ND - Eric PA @PF-950806

I think that’s good

Thomas @thomas

@all Reminder: If you have any extra megaphones :mega: to bring to the event, do so and message @ND - Samuel VA immediately.

@ND - Samuel VA give us a list of all the things he likes and then each network can pitch in for the best toy on it if overwhelming is going to be an issue.

Idk any kid that doesn't love getting a bunch of stuff seemingly from nowhere.

Thomas @thomas

@all Remember to ensure that every NNM in your region is reached out to about travel and carpooling for the event. Your travel plans should already be complete.

ND - Jon UT @PF-3354

Happy Thanksgiving Comrades 🦃

Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving guys :betsy: :turkey:

Happy Thanksgiving @all :PF-Flag:

Happy Thanksgiving!

Is there some sort of list or map with Network and Non network members to refer to to secure everyone knows about events? I recall upstate NY awhile ago missed an entire event once.

Thomas @thomas

@ND - John WA There's only three, and I believe that specific case had Mason contacted and forgetting. In this case, I've been continuously letting him know for weeks and it doesn't look like he's going to make it.

I cannot imagine any areas that are not under someone's influence so long as everyone has asked around.

Okay nice

I’m pretty surprised by the amount of guys in the organization who have their balls in their women’s purses. Anyone else having this issue? How do you convince a guy to dump his coom dungeon gf and better his life?

ND - Eric PA @PF-950806

Sorry what does it mean to have ones balls in a woman’s purse

ND - Jon UT @PF-3354

It means you’re a fag who can’t stand up to your woman @ND - Eric PA

It means she pegs you and controls everything you do @ND - Eric PA

ND - Eric PA @PF-950806

Hmmmm

I know a guy like that in PF. In his case I think he doesn't realize his own value mentally. He is a guy whose been slowly self improving, so he has yet to enter a different mindset about his abilities

Thomas @thomas

FIRST AID NOTICE
Report any members you have, know, or are aware of to message @Adam IN immediately if they have any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, medication requirements which may adversely affect them during our event. They will be given instructions from him.

Does that take into consideration the previously made list of unfit members?

Thomas @thomas

This is considering specific conditions, not just generally being out of shape.

Just got done sending out final travel action plans to all my guys and double checking gear list. Very excited to see you all again, and this time many of us with Network director roles. This organization has come so long compared to when I first joined January of 2019. Coming on almost 2 years now. Our hard work has not been for naught, and we will showcase that at this national event. I cannot wait to march alongside all of you. :muscle_tone1: :PF-Flag: :betsy:

Thomas @thomas

@ND - Eric PA This "group" says they're not affiliated with any other orgs, but our banner stencils got to them somehow. If you already know, I'd like to know how, and if you don't, I'd like you to look into it.

ND - Eric PA @PF-950806

Our banner stencils have been under lock and key in a storage area since before the events in waukesha. As of right now I am also the only one with access to this storage as I am the last one to have visited it and I changed the lock when I left. So that rules out our banner stencils being used for this. I will look into how they might have done this

I have a possible lead on how this happened and am currently inquiring

Thomas @thomas

@all

We are approaching the territory of last minute drop outs. I am asking you not to tolerate this activity. Many times I have found that men will hold true to their convictions and promises if we hold true to our demands for the best out of them.

Be prepared to FIGHT to not only ensure EVERY single one of your men attends this great event, but FIGHT harder to get LAST MINUTE ADDITIONS to your ranks. This is the time to ask the most of your men, to expect greatness, to be intolerant of weakness most viciously.

February 2020 I visited Kevin PA(Former member) and we made stencils for 3. Banners in the Pittsburgh area. He still has the stencils to my recollection in Pittsburgh

Thomas @thomas

@ND - Samuel VA I met him the other day. If he's going to use our stencils he has to come to the event. Simple as. That's the rules. Relay it.

I just asked him now
