5th precinct station in Minneapolis. Mohamed Noor, who shot Justine Damond was assigned to this precinct. Only a few days ago it was announced that no charges would be filed against him.

It was tricky doing it because they decided to snow plow the sidewalks just as we got there and the guy kept coming back and the place had a lot of ambassadors walking around.
