@JesseJames Incline is pretty vital in getting that rounded strong chest look as well as being able to put up bigger numbers on a flat bench.
I try to do both flat and incline presses with dumbbells 8-12 reps for 3 sets on each exercise. It has made my bench press numbers better and aesthetically improved my chest. Would recommend.
Guys, I'm struggling to get through my workout and need some motivation!
Still gotta do some bent over bicep curls and incline curls...
It's not bad, but I still prefer my college's gym.
Strong lifts are more about conditioning your central nervous system not your muscles.
We need to make a real life Goys Gym like in the Chad nationalism video.
It also depends on what martial art / fighting style you use. If you're a wrestler, you expend energy in short spurts to slam someone or perform a takedown then you can rest by grappling with them and tying them up. However if you box, A LOT of cardio is needed.

Don't have enough money to buy a dedicated mining rig, I've seen some people rig up USB coprocessors. Any info on that?
I'm currently using a laptop and cooling pad to mine Monero but I think I'll get to work on building a dedicated mining rig over the spring and summer.
Of course it helps that I'm taking computer architecture this spring.
I think that if any other coin has a chance of increasing in value like Bitcoin, it's Monero as it offers something more of value than just "being like Bitcoin".
Namely it offers more privacy

Can some of you guys critique my workout plan? I've been lifting to bodybuild and get strong but want to see if I'm being excessive in certain areas, (especially on my chest and bis day). What would you add to certain days and what would you subtract? I do three sets of 8-12 reps on most exercises. Thanks in advance!

@ThisIsChris I'm In calculus 1 right now and there are no prerequisites however, it assumes a high school background in pre-calculus. The problem is that high school was over 10 years ago for me and I didn't do well in it. I'm going to post a scan of my latest homework and would like to know how to solve the problems in layman's terms. The scientific calculator I have is a TI-84 Plus.
Here's my current homework. It's due September 5th.

I'm a big adherent of the proverb "you can't reason somebody out of something that they weren't reasoned into to begin with". I think mercilessly mocking their "sexual preference" would lead to a big drop in this behavior.

I think the Scientific approach just gets bogged down in Talmudry and hair-splitting. That's why there is always this push to prove every point with an 8-page thesis cited in MLA format.
The direct, "you're being a problem and must be removed" approach is best.
