2018-02-03 02:12:12 UTC

Yeah, it is

2018-02-03 02:12:33 UTC

Thing is people argue that leaked docs to wikileaks and whistleblowers are "anonymous sources"

2018-02-03 02:12:48 UTC

The people doing the leaking I mean

2018-02-03 02:13:14 UTC

Its more of a matter of how much you trust the publication.

2018-02-03 02:13:44 UTC

I kinda trust Wikileaks to rely on anonymous whistleblowers, but dont trust CNN for their anonymous sources

2018-02-03 02:16:13 UTC

Wikileaks doesn't do anonymous sources either, you do have to verify your identity with WL.

2018-02-03 02:19:33 UTC

Wikileaks has also built up a reputation of not publishing lies

2018-02-03 02:20:13 UTC

That too

2018-02-03 02:20:14 UTC

If you canโ€™t prove to them what you have is fact, they wonโ€™t publish it

2018-02-03 02:21:36 UTC

Sure Wikileaks may not publish everything, sure they may be biased and target specific groups with leaks, but you can be certain that anything they do choose to publish is true

2018-02-03 02:22:18 UTC

There may be more to the story than whatโ€™s published through them, but what is published is true.

2018-02-03 02:24:12 UTC

Itโ€™s up to the reader to determine if whatโ€™s left out is left out because of Wikileaksโ€™ biases or because Wikileaks didnโ€™t want to make a claim it wasnโ€™t 100% sure of

2018-02-03 02:26:42 UTC

๐Ÿ˜

2018-02-03 03:29:00 UTC

So its more of our trust of the publisher, not the presence of an anonymous source.

2018-02-03 03:29:23 UTC

My point is, that we all trust WL to verify them, files and the person doing the leak.

2018-02-03 03:33:47 UTC

And we all trust cops to cover their own ass at the expense of the people

2018-02-03 03:36:01 UTC

Honestly trust is the big issue. The mainstream establishment has pissed all over the peopleโ€™s trust, because theyโ€™re so use to the people trusting them blindly because whoโ€™s going to prove them wrong.

2018-02-03 03:37:39 UTC

Well, sometimes you need to rock the boat a little to remind them that it can still sink

2018-02-03 03:38:14 UTC

People get lazy in peace time. Same applies to people getting lazy with their sources.

2018-02-03 03:39:06 UTC

But with the advent of television & the internet itโ€™s become very easy to prove them wrong. If a corrupt Deputy Marshal showed up to your home and shot your son back in 1850 whoโ€™d ever believe you? Itโ€™s your word against a badge, and people had trust in the authorities. Today all you have to do is point a camera at the corrupt Marshal and bam, instant evidence that can be uploaded to the eyes of millions in a matter of seconds

2018-02-03 03:40:12 UTC

And well, we have the issue with the lie getting published first

2018-02-03 03:40:31 UTC

Like just publish the lie, and then the correction which will get alot less vieww

2018-02-03 03:42:33 UTC

For the first time in History the people can legitimately hold the establishment accountable for their lies

2018-02-03 03:43:54 UTC

Because the crazy inaccuracies and lies from the mainstream media have always existed, theyโ€™ve just been impossible to prove.

2018-02-03 03:45:39 UTC

Not arguing here though. Its just that the people are not using that ability

2018-02-03 03:45:48 UTC

And the media is taking advantage of that

2018-02-03 03:45:54 UTC

Sure more people are waking up

2018-02-03 03:46:11 UTC

Because that farmer whoโ€™s been misrepresented & Libeled in a big city paper. Who the fuck is going to have heard his side of things. He had no way of speaking out to as large an audience

2018-02-03 03:46:12 UTC

Actualy, I mean, people are waking up. So thats good.

2018-02-03 03:46:34 UTC

And well... We might be seeing a shift here

2018-02-03 03:46:46 UTC

Shift away from MSM to more independant news outlets

2018-02-03 03:46:49 UTC

But today that guy can get on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and speak out

2018-02-03 03:47:19 UTC

And if enough people care his voice will be heard by more than the 20 people he knows personally

2018-02-03 03:47:33 UTC

He could reach an audience of millions

2018-02-03 03:48:09 UTC

Thing is, that is the potential, what Id like to see more, is the awareness of that potential.

2018-02-03 03:48:41 UTC

ANd well... Even then, the person cant rely on the internet alone. FB and Twitter do censor shit.

2018-02-03 03:50:18 UTC

Who knows how many people got censored like Lindsay Shepherd did 90 years ago, but today, all it takes is a social media post getting into the correct hands and all of a sudden boom

2018-02-03 03:51:58 UTC

Ah that is true, we still had to depend on well... Commentators commenting on them

2018-02-03 03:53:31 UTC

But well, future seems brighter than it was a few months ago

2018-02-03 04:00:17 UTC

According to Chairman Nunes that memo was just part 1

2018-02-03 04:00:25 UTC

Another one on the State Department is in the works

2018-02-03 04:01:05 UTC

Oh fuck, electric boogaloo?

2018-02-03 04:01:08 UTC

Like #MeToo has blown up so much that some extreme feminists are finally giving a voice to Bill Clintonโ€™s accusers. Even CNN employees were retweeting an article that his accusers werenโ€™t just right wing nutjobs.

2018-02-03 04:03:25 UTC

You mean people doubted them in the beginning?

2018-02-03 04:03:29 UTC

Oh fuck you meant Clinton

2018-02-03 04:03:37 UTC

For some reason I saw Cosby

2018-02-03 04:04:26 UTC

Well, to be honest, most of the accusers are now already quite successful in their own right, they will stand to loose alot if they were proven to be liars.

2018-02-03 04:05:54 UTC

Social media has given the people an incredible amount of power. 2016 was the first year where a majority of the kids who grew up with social media were eligible to vote and look what happened. The most popular Republican candidate was a complete outsider and the Democrats had to cheat to prevent Bernie, an independent, from winning their primary.

2018-02-03 04:06:45 UTC

To be honest, Trump was an outside to the party, but not to the people.

2018-02-03 04:06:57 UTC

I mean, people knew him, he had alot of brand recognition.

2018-02-03 04:07:04 UTC

Shit like what happened to Ron Paul in 2012 canโ€™t happen again

2018-02-03 04:07:21 UTC

Was he the independant from that election cycle?

2018-02-03 04:08:14 UTC

Yep. Because everyone I knew in High School wanted Ron Paul, but most of us werenโ€™t 18 until after the primaries ended so we couldnโ€™t vote. He got super railroaded by the media, and smeared as a joke

2018-02-03 04:08:50 UTC

The Demโ€™s did the exact same thing to Bernie in 2016 on a larger scale that the Republicans did to Ron Paul in 2012, only in 2016 it didnโ€™t work

2018-02-03 04:09:14 UTC

๐Ÿ˜

2018-02-03 04:09:44 UTC

Say. In your prediction. Who will be in the 2024 election representing the independents?

2018-02-03 04:09:59 UTC

Because the newest generation got around the media blackout by getting news updates from Facebook, Reddit, twitter, ect

2018-02-03 04:10:10 UTC

Honestly itโ€™s anyoneโ€™s game

2018-02-03 04:10:20 UTC

Thing is the blackout is already affecting FB, Reddit and Twitter.

2018-02-03 04:10:25 UTC

YT not too much

2018-02-03 04:10:36 UTC

Twitter screws with their trending list.

2018-02-03 04:10:52 UTC

Reddit is well, astroturf galore. Tims Bro specializes in that.

2018-02-03 04:11:01 UTC

Literally anyone who can platform themselves well enough can run now.

2018-02-03 04:11:33 UTC

Reactor is proof of that. If you know what youโ€™re doing you can manipulate these social media sites easily

2018-02-03 04:11:34 UTC

Thing is, its an issue there

2018-02-03 04:11:43 UTC

The most famous will be the ones with a chance.

2018-02-03 04:11:58 UTC

Not nessassarily the most skilled or trustworthy

2018-02-03 04:12:15 UTC

It doesnโ€™t matter if people try to censor you anymore, hell Reddit certainly tried to censor the_donald

2018-02-03 04:12:22 UTC

Could argue that yeah it may be easier to give anyone a platform

2018-02-03 04:12:37 UTC

But then its an issue of getting people to listen

2018-02-03 04:12:52 UTC

All that requires is charisma

2018-02-03 04:13:36 UTC

Hmm, would you consider Trump Charismatic?

2018-02-03 04:13:37 UTC

Donald Trump is one of the most charismatic personalities out there. Heโ€™s great drumming up attention and getting people to look where he wants them to look

2018-02-03 04:13:55 UTC

Theres Obama charismatic and Trump charismatic

2018-02-03 04:14:05 UTC

Honestly I dont even think charisma is a 2d scale anymore

2018-02-03 04:14:23 UTC

Feels like social awareness is the thing here.

2018-02-03 04:14:38 UTC

Knowing how to get attention

2018-02-03 04:14:45 UTC

And well, knowing what to say

2018-02-03 04:15:11 UTC

Obama was more eloquent, but yes. Trump is more in your face. Heโ€™s been playing the mainstream media like a fiddle for decades. He knows how they work and how to manipulate them

2018-02-03 04:15:40 UTC

And they let him, because it makes them money

2018-02-03 04:18:22 UTC

If the mainstream media were actually being honest in their criticisms of Trump weโ€™d be hearing stories about how heโ€™s carrying out Obamaโ€™s legacy as the Drone Ranger, or issues of the surveillance state infringing on our privacy, but no, instead theyโ€™d rather cry about his Twitter use and blame him for our current North Korean relations

2018-02-03 04:19:29 UTC

How much you reckon that its more of them knowing how they can get alot of attention and clecks, or their hatred of Trump?

2018-02-03 04:19:48 UTC

Its kinda popular to bash Trump, well amongst the lefty crowd.

2018-02-03 04:20:02 UTC

But how much of the liberal left is the crazy leftists?

2018-02-03 04:20:13 UTC

I mean I bet alot of the people who side with them are decent folks.

2018-02-03 04:20:39 UTC

Because obviously Donald Trump is the reason for impending nuclear war, and definitely not that guy who threatened to Nuke America over a Seth Rogen & James Franco movie back in 2014

2018-02-03 04:20:40 UTC

There has to be enough of them if even the MSM is dediecating entire pages to the most innoculous things. Like Two Scoops and Covfefe

2018-02-03 04:21:43 UTC

Yep, clearly Donnie is the cause of all this nuclear tension

2018-02-03 04:22:21 UTC

Obvious /s

2018-02-03 04:22:52 UTC

Well, I cant say anymore without questioning my own well, soundness of mind

2018-02-03 04:23:06 UTC

Its kinda.... Biziarre to say really.

2018-02-03 04:23:18 UTC

I guess it is kinda true, piss off a conservative by lying to them

2018-02-03 04:23:33 UTC

And it pisses me off crazy when I see blatant lies passed of by the news.

2018-02-03 04:23:39 UTC

I still see them lying about GG to this day

2018-02-03 04:25:57 UTC

Gamer Gate was basically the Jordan Peterson interview on a mass scale

2018-02-03 04:26:26 UTC

โ€œAre you saying.....โ€

2018-02-03 04:29:02 UTC

Gamer Gate was so utterly absurd in my eyes because the two sides in that argument werenโ€™t even arguing against one another. One side was arguing against the disgusting sexist behavior you see in the average Twitch chat, and the other side was arguing against fake news in gaming journalism.

2018-02-03 04:30:12 UTC

What made it so absurd is most people on both sides of the fucking debate actually all agree on everything, but for some reason are arguing with one another

2018-02-03 04:30:12 UTC

You need meme format there

2018-02-03 04:30:23 UTC

We want more ethics in journalism

2018-02-03 04:30:39 UTC

Are you saying that women should be harrased out of gaming?

2018-02-03 04:31:24 UTC

Probably just journalists, alot of them stand to gain more from well, having no ethics.

2018-02-03 04:33:50 UTC

"GingaBomber - Today at 10:20 PM
There has to be enough of them if even the MSM is dediecating entire pages to the most innoculous things. Like Two Scoops and Covfefe"

Don't forget he eats stuff like KFC and Pizza with a fork and knife

2018-02-03 04:34:05 UTC

Steak with ketchup?

2018-02-03 04:34:09 UTC

And well done

2018-02-03 04:35:54 UTC

Jesus its like the tabloids all over agin

2018-02-03 04:36:11 UTC

Like who the fuck cares what the Kardassians were doing

2018-02-03 05:48:25 UTC

๐Ÿ˜

2018-02-03 05:48:30 UTC

I CARE

2018-02-03 08:26:45 UTC

Hello lads!

2018-02-03 08:27:05 UTC

anyone on?

2018-02-03 09:07:14 UTC

they awaken

2018-02-03 09:24:26 UTC

2018-02-03 09:24:38 UTC

who ideas was it for the server icon

2018-02-03 09:35:35 UTC

the beanie itself

its sentient you know

2018-02-03 09:35:52 UTC

holy shit

2018-02-03 09:35:56 UTC

what a twist

2018-02-03 20:44:40 UTC

Everyone knows the Beanie is the source of Timโ€™s power

2018-02-03 20:51:38 UTC

Tim only has the beanie of courage tho, he still needs to find the beanie of power and beanie of wisdom to combine them into the Beanforce, which will let him make his wish to destroy fake-news

2018-02-03 21:16:49 UTC

I thought the Beanforce just lets you fart so bad it can literally kill people.

2018-02-03 21:21:52 UTC

This needs to be a shirt now, the three beanies of the beanforce.

2018-02-04 03:21:45 UTC
2018-02-04 03:44:59 UTC

Btw @Good tagging is not enabled. Well the everyone tag.

2018-02-04 03:46:19 UTC

Ever wonder why these guys only appear in groups? Give them the stage, well just one person, not the whole group, and then they will shrink back.

2018-02-04 03:47:43 UTC

Its either them not having enough experience with speaking in general, or loosing confidence due to being alone, or knowing how they will make the movement as a whole look silly.

2018-02-04 03:51:25 UTC

Thank you kind of figured that out when I didn't highlight yellow just didn't care enough to change it back

2018-02-04 03:55:34 UTC

Nah man, just be aware why that was the case.

2018-02-04 03:56:26 UTC

Alot of people spamming links, we aint here to read news, we all already do that. Give something we cant already get from the news, some calm nice discussion.

2018-02-04 07:35:51 UTC

Just some advice about the subreddits singled out; if you want to know more about KIA then contact either the hatman or netscape. Both individuals know a lot; Hatman was an admin for that subreddit.

2018-02-04 07:48:06 UTC

Whoa what

2018-02-04 07:48:11 UTC

did they purge KIA?

2018-02-04 07:48:36 UTC

oj, no

2018-02-04 07:57:38 UTC

they were called out as problematic and I'm just saying KIA is the kind of community that would love to offer up their perspective on it. The hatman is really my top suggestion for any kind of follow-up; he is no longer on the admin team, but he was their early enough and long enough to be able to offer historical context as to how the subreddit operates.

2018-02-04 22:49:43 UTC

Tim Pool with Bret Weinstein and Heather Heying discussing Evergreen

Keynesian economics

2018-02-04 23:00:03 UTC

Save, save, save during economic boom, spend, spend, spend during economic bust.

2018-02-05 17:04:21 UTC

I think this was already discussed somewhere but. https://www.theguardian.com/technology/2018/jan/25/ai-face-swap-pornography-emma-watson-scarlett-johansson-taylor-swift-daisy-ridley-sophie-turner-maisie-williams

I'll go full tinfoil: Imagine. You've been to the amazon store, and because of all the cameras there they now have a perfect image of you: how you walk, what you buy, what you usually wear, how long you usually stay there, how you behave, and your face from every angle imaginable. But you said something that upset a corrupted institution, and now they are out after your blood. A week later, the police comes to detain you, they have video proof you killed someone in another state, where you looked into the camera and how you behaved there etc. It's definitely you, even if you didn't do it. All because of this algoritm.

As far as I know, the algoritm is self-learning, and I've seen the first versions of the porn subreddit related to porn from this algoritm and the latest ones - the latest ones are almost perfect. I'm definitely sure someone will use this AI to frame someone in a bad way - whether it would be a government or a jealous ex who would send your SO a fake clip of you having intercourse with them - this will end so badly.

2018-02-05 17:13:43 UTC

Oh please, that's just the start.

2018-02-05 17:13:53 UTC

yes i brought this up in the technology channel, its a small scroll up right now there,

but it ended with people talking about self driving quantum computers :P

and yes me and grenade discussed this, this tech will make video evidence unreliable

2018-02-05 17:13:56 UTC

You can't trust anything being said about politicians now

2018-02-05 17:14:15 UTC

'see, here's a vid of them saying they hate white/black people!'

2018-02-05 17:16:17 UTC

to be fair, you can't trust politicians ever, even if they're in the flesh saying what they're saying, i.e. modern democrats

2018-02-05 17:19:21 UTC

Read again.

2018-02-05 17:21:04 UTC

i know what you meant, i was refering to the fact that a politician generally will say whatever people wanna hear, and that they in general hate/don't care about anyone else

it was a joke ๐Ÿ˜ฆ

2018-02-05 17:24:49 UTC

but back on the subject, this tech will make video footage unreliable as evidence, and until the world realises this tech is already here, fake news is gonna boom soon

2018-02-05 17:47:39 UTC

@Rain deepfake is not the end all solution for faking something, i've been over this

2018-02-05 17:48:10 UTC

it's more of a step back if you are looking for perfect replication

2018-02-05 17:55:44 UTC

it is currently not even close to being on the level that you get it accepted as evidence in court

2018-02-05 17:58:40 UTC

too high quality and it's blatantly fake
too low quality and it's not good enough to prove a murder

2018-02-05 18:01:56 UTC

you can prove if a photo was photoshopped 99% of the time... and you only have to prove that for a single frame of a faked video...

2018-02-05 18:07:58 UTC

you two are right,

But these days next to a court of law

you can also get a bad conviction in the court of public opinion, which in certain careers is a death sentence, just look at metoo, or other such tainted witch-hunt events, that coolest monkey in the jungle incident at H&M

2018-02-05 18:11:19 UTC

court of public pinion... watch orville episode 7... we are getting there...

2018-02-05 18:27:17 UTC

"bad conviction in the court of public opinion" ๐Ÿค”

2018-02-05 18:27:37 UTC

oh no

2018-02-05 18:28:04 UTC

the people that autistically screech with completely unfounded opinions

2018-02-05 18:39:55 UTC

i wish i could agree they're just harmless screechers,

but people have gotten their reputation damaged, got fired and such over just allegations, imagine if theres even a "video proof" claim

2018-02-05 18:41:44 UTC

i mean this shit has been going on since humans existed

2018-02-05 18:49:17 UTC

the difference is that in the past you could ask if they have evidence, and they have none, and some will actually then realise it might not be real

with this it'll simply guarantee gullible people will buy whatever you serve them,

and with CNN peddling stories like Two scoops of ice cream, fake forged videos won't be off their realm of narrative telling

2018-02-05 19:03:59 UTC

They already can fake video.

2018-02-05 19:04:13 UTC

Well to an extent.

2018-02-05 19:09:19 UTC

Can combine it with this to make it seem even more realistic https://youtu.be/I3l4XLZ59iw

2018-02-05 20:17:48 UTC

Tim Pool died in malmo and someone behind the scenes is representing him now

2018-02-05 20:23:25 UTC

must be his evil twin brother, Tom Pond

2018-02-05 20:29:52 UTC

not even a lookalike is used now

2018-02-05 20:30:06 UTC

The technology exists currently for very fluid wax masks

2018-02-05 20:30:33 UTC

The only way to really know for sure is to make the ambient temperature above 88 deg F

2018-02-05 20:31:14 UTC

You see; back in the early 80's there was a hacker conglomerate out of El Paso

2018-02-05 20:31:48 UTC

They had been researching Facial recognition as part of a larger DARPA project

2018-02-05 20:33:13 UTC

They were attempting to figure out what the larger purpose of the project was; and eventually they'd stumble upon it in 1991. Mass surveillance; gathering everything possible from 24/7 cameras around the world.

DARPA, in league with the NSA had been essentially backdooring every DVR and every associated piece of hardware to stream what data it could directly to sites all across the US.

2018-02-05 20:34:13 UTC

It was a large distributed system, much like the one that currently exists today.

2018-02-05 20:35:04 UTC

So in 1992; knowing that their faces were already registered, mapped; and they were being tracked everywhere as they were research assets, they decided to take matters into their own hands.

2018-02-05 20:35:23 UTC

First, they put eye protection on

2018-02-05 20:35:40 UTC

Then they put 70/30 mixtures of sufuric acid splashed onto their face

2018-02-05 20:36:18 UTC

melting it, as it were; to prevent any unique facial signs from appearing

2018-02-05 20:37:30 UTC

Once they healed from the burns, about 4-5 months down the road, they began to don 'masks' of this wax

2018-02-05 20:38:39 UTC

it was temporary at first, but the scarring and nullification of their facial features added a good place for the wax to keep a hold on what remained of their skin

2018-02-05 20:38:47 UTC

They took up new faces

2018-02-05 20:39:17 UTC

Facial recognition was useless when they could change their facial features pretty much at will.

2018-02-05 20:40:09 UTC

To test this; in 1993 there was a large robbery at the first national bank building, in El Paso

2018-02-05 20:41:15 UTC

6 members of the group went in, threatened to blow the place up if they were not presented with a million dollars.... All with the face of David Duchovny.

2018-02-05 20:41:47 UTC

The bank quickly caved.

2018-02-05 20:42:13 UTC

When the feds began to look into it; the only real piece of evidence was a DNA sample and some of the leftover wax

2018-02-05 20:43:17 UTC

It wouldn't be until 2010 that the sample would be linked to a large string of corporate fraud at tech companies around the US; and one from a DARPA research lab.

2018-02-05 20:44:37 UTC

Since they had ALL dropped off the map; all 16 members of that conglomerate were put on a fbi watch list; but there was no way to know which was guilty

2018-02-05 20:45:46 UTC

In early 2011 there would be an incident at a computer store in New Hampshire during winter. A customer walks in and he quickly runs to the bathroom; escaping the snow

2018-02-05 20:46:02 UTC

but the heat in the building is on overdrive. Everyone's sweating

2018-02-05 20:46:20 UTC

He comes back out, grabs some items and then walks to the counter.

2018-02-05 20:46:46 UTC

The cashier notices peach colored droplets falling from his face

2018-02-05 20:47:27 UTC

The customers face becomes distorted, and suddenly the customer runs out after noticing his predicament.

2018-02-05 20:48:02 UTC

Before his exit though, a large chunk of wax falls, revealing to the security cameras a scarred cheek.

2018-02-05 20:48:41 UTC

Initially, it's treated as a strange occurrence; but an hour later they get a call from the FBI

2018-02-05 20:48:53 UTC

They are told to close up for the day

2018-02-05 20:49:09 UTC

The workers were told not to speak of the incident ever again.

2018-02-05 20:54:58 UTC

how do you know this if they were told to never speak of it again

2018-02-05 20:55:30 UTC

especially if they got a call an hour after the incident

2018-02-05 20:57:07 UTC

I thought he was writing some kind of fanfiction about Tim.

2018-02-05 20:58:56 UTC

would be more interesting if it was a story about secret government programs to create mind control beanies, but the lab exploded and a sentient beanie took control of one of the lab assistants and decided to dedicate its new life as a journalist

the plot twist being that its the beanie that is Tim Pool all along

2018-02-05 21:00:36 UTC

It is

Not too sure where to put this. But man are they really trying to hurt him.

2018-02-05 23:48:49 UTC

The hilarity is that they try to get him with everything Newman tried to get him with, except he's not there to destroy them in turn.

2018-02-05 23:51:16 UTC

"how awful is Jordan Peterson"
"Not as awful as you"

2018-02-05 23:58:19 UTC

I think she's pretty neutral on her stance on him after reading it but it's gonna blow up like every other news. Next one will be " jbp IS an awful person"

2018-02-05 23:59:48 UTC

I'm annoyed by clickbaity titles but it was the first thing which popped when I googled him

2018-02-06 00:27:02 UTC

Will anybody really go to jail for refusing to use someone's preferred gender pronouns? I think not.

2018-02-06 00:27:09 UTC

Why do they always use that argument?

2018-02-06 00:27:21 UTC

"Noone will be fined"

2018-02-06 00:27:30 UTC

"Well, OK, but noone will be jailed!"

2018-02-06 00:27:49 UTC

uhhh what

2018-02-06 00:27:49 UTC

"Well, OK, He will, but he was a nazi"

2018-02-06 00:28:04 UTC

how about

2018-02-06 00:28:07 UTC

we make a bill

2018-02-06 00:28:25 UTC

that makes it illegal to dissagree to the passing of such bill

2018-02-06 00:28:56 UTC

Yes

2018-02-06 00:29:09 UTC

is necessary for our communist--er socialist state

2018-02-06 00:50:04 UTC

2018-02-06 00:51:26 UTC

That's a dumb thought.

2018-02-06 00:51:40 UTC

Like, did we forget the empire they managed to lose?

2018-02-06 00:53:12 UTC

everything that has maintained them for the last few decades is being undermined from the top down by idiots

2018-02-06 00:53:54 UTC

but i'm not an expert on UK politics

2018-02-06 00:56:08 UTC

Well, it seems a lot like the banking crisis of 2008

2018-02-06 00:56:16 UTC

Everybody thought those were "too big to fail" as well

2018-02-06 00:56:36 UTC

And then they brought the world down.

2018-02-06 02:16:53 UTC

public opinion courts are fucking garbo

2018-02-06 03:52:43 UTC

I should release my own memo

2018-02-06 03:52:51 UTC

Everyone can have their own memo
