Coming from experience with the discord channels of a few non political youtuber channels and streamers, they tend to get a really large inflow. one or two mentioned having one massive burst coming in a few days after creation, one blamed it on 4channers well, due to the nature of the spam. It got shut down due to the spam getting reported.

Then again, just trolls really, smaller channels are easier to spam. And tend to have less mods, so they have freer reign.
