Twist it so it's fat and has some give to it. Smooth zip-ties on smooth metal can slip, fat squishy adhesive tape won't let it slip and rotate.

Cheapest places to get building materials: Resturaunts often get produce in plastic crates/trays. You can get a ^4 pack of 12" zip ties sttach them and make a raised bed.

@Taylor TX I bought a smaller tarp. 9 x 12. It was $17.50 each. 11 for fast drying spray can w/ $5 narrow nozzle attachments. $5 for heavy duty zip ties. The stencil packs are $15 per a size. So about $55, but most of this can be reused or applied to additional banners later on.
