Their safeguards go way beyond the paper ballots which are printed out and each voter can check and then you verify the hand paper count vs the electronic tally but she refuses to explain how even those match. His document and others are what lead to their design of newer machines to not have the same security flaws.

Im also confused as to why in the kraken video he said the legislature is not supposed to "hand over" the power to administer the elections? As I understand it the legislature is supposed to write the laws which are followed to count the ballot by election officials in areas around the state. Once everything is tallied and handed over these cavassing boards total them all up and certify that they have all the results and then the states do the same. Then if there is a need to recount it follow the law. If there is a law making an automatic audit those are done. If candidates like Trump want to prove fraud its done in court where they prove evidence there was wrongdoing then vote totals are fixed or audits are done to check for further evidence of corruption. If they request audits or recounts outside of this its by the law.

Why is the legislature supposed to be able to change the rules as to how votes are counted after they see their guy lost? Why are they allowed to be the judge and award electorals to the loser of an election because they assume fraud? Why are they allowed to have sham hearings to trot out partisan witnesses and ask them no questions or verify accuracy or provide evidence? At least in a congressional hearing you get experts and witnesses from neutral and both sides and the opposing party can ask questions and if they lie its perjury. The legislative body should be providing the guidelines by which we decide who people voting choose electors not be deciding who the winner is and throwing out elections.
