To be fair, at this point there isn't much of a benefit to being explicitly pro-White in America at this point. If anything it's a crutch politically, it's not profitable, in fact being pro-white is actually costly. In order for things to truly change, there needs to be infrastructure and networks developed that would make being pro-White profitable instead of costly. So I don't exactly blame people for not wanting to rock the boat to much, especially early in their careers.
