Yes. Around 9 months or so now, and appetite has increased dramatically but I have a high metabolism. I eat about every 2-3 hours all day, protein shakes, full meals, etc. Have gained about 10-12 lbs but would like more.

My wife makes these little powerballs as a cheaper alternative to protein bars. She makes a big bowl and then rolls them up into little spheres about the size of a donut hole. I think Iโ€™m getting this right:

- Steel cut oats
- Peanut butter
- Protein powder (we use combat powder)
- Wee bit of honey
- Wee bit of cocoa powder
