2018-01-06 02:56:08 UTC

it's almost gone

2018-01-06 02:56:13 UTC

That's funny lol

2018-01-06 02:56:38 UTC

I have when that happens cause then I forget what it is

2018-01-06 02:57:31 UTC

Good thing it's easy to remember a tub of powder as big as your torso

2018-01-06 02:58:04 UTC

yea, don't put it near the laundry detergent

2018-01-06 02:58:33 UTC

Lmao!

2018-01-06 03:00:04 UTC

Was gonna look up the macros for the six star thing but there's like 100 different versions of it of course

2018-01-06 03:01:54 UTC

yea that might help, I'll use a generic one and then buy the vegi

Meal prep is fun they said.

2018-01-09 04:42:54 UTC

When you have to ice your tendons but you forgot to make ice. Frozen broccoli, bodybuilders best friend

2018-01-09 04:48:55 UTC

Something something, of it looks stupid but works something something

2018-01-09 16:15:50 UTC

Your prepped meals look like you shoved two containers of pretzels into a model fridge at a home depot

2018-01-09 16:19:21 UTC

haha

2018-01-09 17:17:47 UTC

So I bought a giant bag of flaxseed from Costco to put in my smoothies. It wasnโ€™t until I got home that I found out that flaxseeds have phytoestrogens, but they are lignans and not isoflavones.

2018-01-09 17:18:00 UTC

Yes :/

2018-01-09 17:18:24 UTC

I have removed most nonanimal fat sources

2018-01-09 17:18:35 UTC

I'll eat mixed nuts but flax is not ideal

2018-01-09 17:19:12 UTC

But is flax ok to consume?

2018-01-09 17:19:22 UTC

Yes

2018-01-09 19:19:03 UTC

Lots of Omega-3, which helps with Testosterone production, among other things.

2018-01-09 19:39:41 UTC

I believe the whole phytoestrogens thing is extremely overblown. Like Praetorian said, theyโ€™re actually a great source of omega 3s.
But if you *really* care about avoiding phytoestrogens that much, chia seeds are almost identical in nutritional profile.

2018-01-09 19:56:02 UTC

Check out this video if you want to see what soy does to men. Soyattle is full of these manginas.
https://youtu.be/SqlfHbH55W0

2018-01-09 20:43:43 UTC

Chia seeds are the ideal food

2018-01-09 20:58:27 UTC

http://www.fertstert.org/article/S0015-0282(09)00966-2/fulltext Interesting read.

"The results of this meta-analysis indicate that neither soy protein nor isoflavones affect reproductive hormone concentrations in men regardless of age or cancer status. These results suggest that consumption of soy foods or isoflavone supplements would not result in the adverse effects associated with lower T levels (31, 32, 33)."

Vegan master race @Ekdromoi

2018-01-09 20:59:44 UTC

All I want to say is Iโ€™ve been vegan for 2 years and eat soy products semi regularly. No negative health effects, no problems with test levels, and I have been lifting 5 days per week over that same period - you can ask anyone from the Northeast who all know me IRL for reference.
Itโ€™s likely the Try Guys eat a standard omnivorous American diet and are betas by nature - not as a result of phytoestrogens.

2018-01-09 21:00:23 UTC

BUT ITS OK IF YOU DISAGREE AND ARENT VEGAN THATS FINE YOU DONT HAVE TO EAT SOY IF YOU DONT WANT TO

2018-01-09 21:06:05 UTC

They have no more arguments, they need to go vegan

2018-01-09 21:06:51 UTC

Iโ€™ve seen too many friendships die this way.

2018-01-09 21:09:59 UTC

Agreed, but if they have can't formulate an argument against it or any argument they have doesn't hold water logically or in terms of health, then they should go vegan. It's definitely not a pressing issue right now, but when we have our future secured, it'll be a talking point then.

2018-01-09 22:24:27 UTC

I go full cod liver oil for fats

2018-01-09 22:24:32 UTC

Omega 3 I mean

2018-01-09 22:24:51 UTC

My system is very sensitive

2018-01-09 22:25:13 UTC

Would rather avoid all possible sources of estrogen

2018-01-09 23:50:59 UTC

Yeah, the soy argument for whatever reason can get pretty heated.

2018-01-09 23:51:38 UTC

It is not de wae

2018-01-09 23:52:07 UTC

We had a new IE member flip out in here a while back -- he told someone who was arguing that soy wasn't that bad that he was a Jewish shill and should get killed by antifa.

2018-01-09 23:52:12 UTC

Needless to say, we let him go.

2018-01-10 00:03:51 UTC

Lol

2018-01-10 00:39:51 UTC

what do you guys think of the ECA stack?

2018-01-10 00:40:05 UTC

Are primatene tablets a good way to get ephedrine for pre-workout?

2018-01-10 00:41:04 UTC

It works but the A is now considered unnecessary

2018-01-10 00:41:13 UTC

Bronkaid is the common go to for ephedrine

2018-01-10 00:41:40 UTC

Can be bought behind the counter at Walgreens.

2018-01-10 00:42:14 UTC

Just be careful because it can get your heart rate really high if you do HIIT or any high intensity cardio

2018-01-10 00:42:52 UTC

want to do it in combo with intermittent fasting

2018-01-10 00:43:06 UTC

i don't do HIIT

2018-01-10 00:45:03 UTC

That's the best way to do it I think

2018-01-10 00:45:21 UTC

And definitely don't do MMA while on it

2018-01-10 00:47:37 UTC

What's the pro/cons of that vs a traditional pre workout powder like no explode or c4? I'm trying to start working out before work but it's hard for me to get going

2018-01-10 00:51:34 UTC

ECA is primarily used for fat loss

2018-01-10 00:52:14 UTC

It's not really a pre workout but it will definitely give you energy

2018-01-10 00:54:14 UTC

Ya I knew it gave you energy. I thought the fat loss just came from working out with the energy it gave you. I am definitely not wanting to lose any weight so I better stay away. I guess I'll try a good pre workout. I've used a couple different ones in the past being the two I previously listed.

2018-01-10 00:58:45 UTC

Fat loss occurs on ECA by increasing your resting heart rate. Studies show it helps decrease bodyfat while retaining significant amounts of muscle mass

2018-01-10 00:59:13 UTC

I'd just go for a preworkout... my favourite is nitraflex from GAT or Bang

2018-01-10 00:59:36 UTC

Ok thanks man I'll check them out.

2018-01-10 01:00:54 UTC

I'm never going vegan ahaha stay mad soyboys check 'em โ˜๐Ÿปโ˜๐Ÿป๏ธโ˜๐Ÿป๏ธ (I'm only being slightly ironic)

2018-01-10 01:03:20 UTC

@JesseJames i workout before work and NOxplode is essential

2018-01-10 01:03:29 UTC

cant get up without it

2018-01-10 01:03:42 UTC

It's like crack

2018-01-10 02:31:47 UTC

ECA is pretty over rated, but I might just have a degenerately high tolerance to stims.

2018-01-10 02:32:08 UTC

The first few weeks of taking it it will definitely supress your appetite though so that's a bonus if you're cutting.

2018-01-10 02:32:26 UTC

Make sure you are still getting enough protein though.

2018-01-10 02:40:30 UTC

@Zyzz ya I've used noxplode before as well. It seemed to do great. It's a different ball game going in the gym before work though lol. I'm not a morning person.

2018-01-10 02:42:28 UTC

@JesseJames first thing i do when i wake up is take it. in literally a minute or two i start to feel it wake me up. i am not really a morning person either but the powder helps gets me going better than any cup of coffee i have ever had

2018-01-10 02:44:40 UTC

Good to know. Where is the best place to buy it? I think I had gotten it off amazon before. You don't know any big box stores that may carry it do ya?

2018-01-10 02:45:36 UTC

i am sure your local GNC or vitamin shop would

2018-01-10 02:45:42 UTC

i buy mine off amazon

2018-01-10 03:20:52 UTC

I'll try gnc.

2018-01-10 04:37:56 UTC

I don't know if I've ever felt as good as I have this past week and the only thing I've done differently is get my 5 servings of cruciferous greens in a blender every day for the last two weeks

2018-01-10 04:38:11 UTC

Cannot recommend this highly enough atm

2018-01-10 05:52:42 UTC

So I hear

2018-01-10 05:52:46 UTC

You wanna know

2018-01-10 05:52:56 UTC

Bout some supplements

2018-01-10 05:53:06 UTC

Whelp ya boy works at GNC

2018-01-10 09:30:37 UTC

While I'm no expert, you might want to be careful drinking cruciferous shakes.

https://www.thehealthyhomeeconomist.com/how-green-smoothies-can-devastate-your-health/

2018-01-10 09:31:01 UTC

Uncooked cruciferous vegetables can damage your health.

2018-01-10 09:31:48 UTC

Particularly your thyroid.

2018-01-10 14:00:02 UTC

God damn guys is there anything you can eat?

2018-01-10 14:00:25 UTC

Eggs

2018-01-10 14:00:38 UTC

meat

2018-01-10 14:02:26 UTC

absolutely nothing wrong with a gallon of milk a day

2018-01-10 14:03:21 UTC

(I'm being satirical of course. I just type "is x bad for you" into google).

2018-01-10 14:13:52 UTC

@Reinhard Wolff very interesting read, thank you! Maybe I'll switch to a different vegetable every couple days

2018-01-10 18:49:15 UTC

Irish potato and turkey stew Uber Alles.

2018-01-10 18:49:25 UTC

๐Ÿฅ”

2018-01-10 20:42:30 UTC

@Deleted User I eat 4 eggs for breakfast every day. Eat eggs

2018-01-10 20:48:58 UTC

The diet plan the Golden One gave me suggested a 6 egg omelette post workout

2018-01-10 20:49:31 UTC

Not eating eggs might be heresy, in all actuality

2018-01-10 21:17:46 UTC

@Mark Vandal we get three cartons of eggs per week from the guy up the road. I have more eggs than I know what to do with

2018-01-10 21:18:03 UTC

I sometimes throw them at friends

2018-01-10 21:18:16 UTC

I want my own chickens one day. As many eggs as I want

2018-01-10 21:18:44 UTC

Heโ€™s got dozens of chickens

2018-01-10 21:18:48 UTC

I have 9 chickens and in warm weather we have more eggs than we can possibly use

2018-01-10 21:18:59 UTC

Yeah theyโ€™re so prolific lol

2018-01-10 22:33:50 UTC

Seems like it's time for chicken soup.
