Disc golf is a great activity that involves skill, getting outside, and lots of activity. Yeah it has people that smoke but that doesn't mean the acitivty itself is dumb. Maybe some of those "degenerates" just need a group like IE to show them the way and change their life.

@Gaius Mucius Scaevola I would say do it before you jog at the end. You can go all-out with your punches and kicks and use up any energy you have. If you do it (and go hard) before lifting, your lift will probably not be as good.

I would say get right to the point of asking her to hang out again. If she ditches the second date-she's out.

I stay away from any of those sugar free sweeteners. I used to sell an energy drink called “zipfizz”, which had no sugar and claimed to be healthy. It had sucralose which is bad. The owner/creater ended up dying at 44, didnt say the cause.

@Gaius Mucius Scaevola it's all about reading their body langauge man. If you get eye contact or smiling that is very good. If she positions herself near you or so you can clearly see her that is good too. And if she touches you in any way that is a dead giveaway.

@ThisIsChris Whenever you have slow or hard eccentric contractions, that can lead to soreness. I was deadlifting and let the bar down slower than I usually do and was much more sore than usual.
