It is illegal to conceal carry a dirk, bowie knife, switchblade, machete, ballistic knife, darts, or any knife of a like kind. It is legal to open carry any type of knife. KEEP IN MIND: You should be perusing self defense tactics without weapons. Be strong without the use of weapons.

2017-06-07 02:54:23 UTC

No it.

2017-06-07 02:55:47 UTC

Only word of advice I have for yals is DO NOT GET ARRESTED IN VA. There are some shitty states to get arrested in VA is one of them. They will nail you to the wall any chance they get and many counties have over a 99% conviction rate.

2017-06-07 02:58:11 UTC

So I can't bring my katana/trench-coat/fedora outfit

2017-06-07 02:58:23 UTC

Jeez why even go

2017-06-07 02:58:48 UTC

Surprised antifa is even gonna be there with the no masks rule

2017-06-07 02:59:02 UTC

They don't dare show their face up here

@Johnny O'Malley @MadDimension
The question is, will Charlottesville PD enforce the no mask law again Antifa?

2017-06-07 03:00:04 UTC

2017-06-07 03:00:16 UTC

If not I become the Charlottesville PD

2017-06-07 03:01:07 UTC

@Aaron - VA It's hard to say when the city council is comprised of BLM and Antifa activist.

2017-06-07 03:01:47 UTC

If it happens that'd be a serious legal issue they would be going against. It won't happen.

2017-06-07 03:02:10 UTC

Unless they want to go to court

2017-06-07 03:02:59 UTC

I'm just not putting much faith in the city leadership for obvious reasons.

2017-06-07 03:03:47 UTC

Let them come with masks and it be okay with the PD .So we can fund millions to our movement

2017-06-07 03:04:20 UTC

It is legal to conceal carry a handgun (with proper permit) at the event location. It is also legal to open carry without a permit. HOWEVER, for anyone who plans to drink at a bar afterward, I would advise not carrying a firearm (with or without a permit).

2017-06-07 11:29:35 UTC

@Hand Banana Indeed.

2017-06-07 11:49:49 UTC

Does a glove box not count?

2017-06-07 11:50:05 UTC

Or a truck's toolbox?

Would aviators and black baseball cap violate mask laws?

2017-06-07 11:55:49 UTC

Nope, you're good ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป

2017-06-07 12:40:51 UTC

VA statute indicates a "sealed container" within a vehicle for lawful concealment. According to one state lawmaker I've conversed with (when the statute was being updated in 2010), a plastic ziploc bag qualifies as a sealed container. <:richard:321796916218167301>

2017-06-07 12:42:03 UTC

you can conceal a handgun in your glovebox yes. I do it every day.

2017-06-07 12:42:18 UTC

With out permitting that is

2017-06-07 12:42:19 UTC

Check the links I posted near the top.

2017-06-07 13:14:32 UTC

According to VA ยง 18.2-422, helmets are ok. Perhaps even gladiator-type ones, as long as they don't cover significant portions of the face.

2017-06-07 14:08:00 UTC

2017-06-07 14:43:17 UTC

1300's optics are in effect. Second amendment is irrelevant

2017-06-07 16:44:52 UTC

Random Reminder: Cops of all races are our natural allies; we should keep it that way.

2017-06-07 18:54:54 UTC

The optics of black southern cops gassing antifa is perfect.

2017-06-09 03:05:05 UTC

That's if you want cucks to think blacks have a place in our society

2017-06-15 00:49:42 UTC
2017-06-15 04:31:11 UTC

Nice. So it appears that if Antifa is acting overtly aggressive and you feel there is a threat of imminent unlawful touching or harm you can drop that faggot with a swift combo.

2017-06-30 04:45:55 UTC

I thought it prudent to ask. What kind of legal defense do we have on our side for if but more likely when antifa and the leftwing establishment in cville tries to fuck us

2017-06-30 04:47:50 UTC

@Furor_Tuetonicus we have Kyle Bristow. I believe we also have a couple other alt-right lawyers.

2017-06-30 14:14:26 UTC

Any for Virginia though

2017-06-30 14:14:28 UTC

2017-06-30 18:23:20 UTC

afaik Kyle does not have the license to practice law in VA.

2017-06-30 18:35:00 UTC

All I know if for Michigan and ohio

2017-06-30 19:43:56 UTC

VA Body Armor Laws: ยง 18.2-287.2. Wearing of body armor while committing a crime; penalty. Any person who, while committing a crime of violence or a felony violation, has in his possession a firearm or knife and is wearing body armor designed to diminish the effect of the impact of a bullet or projectile, shall be guilty of a Class 4 felony. "Crime of violence" applies to and includes any of the following crimes or an attempt to commit any of the same, namely, murder, manslaughter, kidnapping, rape, mayhem, assault with intent to maim, disable, disfigure or kill, robbery, burglary, housebreaking, breaking and entering and larceny.

2017-07-06 11:05:27 UTC

So basically body armor + defense ok?

2017-07-06 11:06:41 UTC

It's overrated anyway our here no one is going to do shit.

2017-07-06 11:15:30 UTC

2017-07-13 02:38:11 UTC

I make homemade torches with lengths of aluminum tubing. Does anyone know if it would be illegal to carry those in the rally and/or if it's legal to wield it in self-defense?

2017-07-13 19:33:03 UTC

What are the va laws on self defense? Of course we aren't going to start anything but at what point is it okay to react to the left's assaults

2017-07-13 19:36:33 UTC

If you reasonably fear death (gun pointed at you) or have been seriously harmed or injured, you are legally allowed to defend yourself by all means. Keep in mind that this will be a huge event and that it won't be as easy to make a case

2017-07-13 19:37:17 UTC

Also, VA is a stand your ground state

2017-07-13 20:19:38 UTC

Virginia is a stand your ground state .

2017-07-13 20:22:39 UTC

Virginia is a stand your ground state

2017-07-13 20:23:47 UTC

Thanks to whoever deleted that. Not your fault, Virginia can be weird with some laws

2017-07-13 20:29:39 UTC

2017-07-13 20:35:29 UTC

@Aaron - VA
Thanks when did that get changed? When I got my VA CCW a few years ago they told us that VA wasn't.

2017-07-13 20:47:12 UTC

Your article was mostly correct though. You more than likely can't just have a gun waved at you and you can then blast them away. But if you were violently beaten , or were shot at , you have the right to defend yourself by all means. Depends how much of a jew your lawyer is

2017-07-13 21:09:53 UTC

USCCA offers self defense insurance, buy it

2017-07-15 07:08:35 UTC

Is it legal to carry a club openly? Like a police baton?

2017-07-15 13:06:39 UTC

Don't carry anything that's explicitly a weapon. Flag poles and signs work, but openly carrying obvious weaponry is probably not a good idea. @Spaceman (DSB)

2017-07-15 13:41:50 UTC

Waving a gun at you is criminal menacing/brandishing (note that there's a difference between open carry and brandishing). Should be okay to defend yourself in that situation

2017-07-15 19:09:47 UTC

36" rattan flag poles okay?

2017-07-15 19:38:15 UTC

Not that I think any of us are felons, but:

It is **illegal** for felons in Virginia to concealed carry stun guns **except** within their own homes or after having their rights restored by a judge.

2017-07-15 19:42:03 UTC

This question doesn't pertain to Virginia specifically, but I've heard there are state laws which were created back in the Cold War to protect leftists from getting fired simply for their political affiliations. I'm wondering which states have these laws in case many of us get doxxed at this event.

2017-07-15 20:05:13 UTC

It's federal statute that prohibits discrimination based on political beliefs.

2017-07-15 20:05:21 UTC

-in the workplace

2017-07-15 20:06:28 UTC

The Civil Service Reform Act of 1978 (CSRA)

2017-07-15 20:09:26 UTC

Now of course that specifically applies to gov't jobs, but almost every state had adopted it to apply to private sector, too. EEOC would know which states don't. Can look there

2017-07-15 21:36:01 UTC

Anybody know if it's legal to open carry a baton? It looks like it's illegal to cc it

2017-07-15 21:37:57 UTC

I believe it is legal. Spring-loaded baton is illegal

2017-07-15 21:39:48 UTC

Gravity is good tho?

2017-07-15 23:58:05 UTC

@junker many many goys are carrying guns, I see no problem with carrying a billyclub, my question wasn't of optics its of legality

2017-07-16 00:00:26 UTC

Conceal carry is way different than walking into a crowd with a club, as far as optics go.

2017-07-16 00:28:35 UTC

Is bear mace acceptable defence in VA law?

2017-07-16 00:31:52 UTC

I wouldn't use bear mace, get standard OC spray. I personally use Fox Labs.

2017-07-16 00:40:27 UTC

2017-07-16 00:41:02 UTC

@Vice Commander Hunt To answer your question regarding batons; Carrying spring-loaded baton is illegal, but other batons are legal. But those batons that are legal I recommend that you open carry them as Virginia law is very vague regarding concealed carry of a baton.

2017-07-16 00:42:42 UTC

Its best to avoid batons in my opinion, I would just get hardwood dowel (that fits in your hand) from a store and cut it to size.

2017-07-16 00:49:53 UTC

For a flagpole

2017-07-16 00:50:09 UTC

32-36 inches is optimal flagpole soze

2017-07-16 05:08:56 UTC

anyoene know if burning antifa flags/LGBT pride flags/etc would be legal? or would they get you for arson on a public land

2017-07-16 05:09:00 UTC

my guess is theyd stop it

2017-07-16 05:30:15 UTC

You'd get in trouble

2017-07-16 10:10:58 UTC

@doglad flag burning is taking place after the rally. Don't do it at the rally you'll get arrested
