The claim: all people have same access to God and equally likely to choose moral behavior is the root of protestanism, liberalism, neo Christianity and America. It's actually a claim of the statistical representation of human behavior. As such it's falsifiable. If everyone is equally likely to be moral then you should observe equal morality between population in average.

But this is not true. Therefore it must be justified which is the seed of socialism and cancerous social engineering attempting to remove the non existent obstacles to equal moral behavior.

These theological frameworks give independent agency to the “believer”. In that a spark of the “likeness and image” are present and available to the adherent. I concur that it isn’t the statistic or scientifically accurate description of mankind. Well built arguments can be made for Arminian TULIP, but it lends itself to a more progressive vision on mankind.
