I've actually taken notice of this before with a Jew that I know, very subtle features like that. Jews are tricky to identify, too, because many of them have intermixed with Europeans and other racial/ethnic groups, so they take on those physical characteristics. But the Hebrew genes definitely tend to shine through...I swear I know people who are Jewish who don't even realize they are Jewish themselves! haha.

I'll check both of those out. I'd like to do a video of some sort about the Jewish phenotype, as well as behavioral characteristics, but first I definitely want to learn more about them as a people.

@SamanthaM Mostly because I'm fascinated by the way the language is used in their folk/trad music. A few years ago I started to immerse myself in Irish & Scottish history, and that's actually what initially caused me to take an interest in ethno-nationalism.

@SuperTomPerry -RI It's difficult, I think, because it's not very similar to other Indo-European languages. Personally, I doubt Gaelic will ever be revived as a national language, but it will survive through music, poetry, lore, etc. It certainly is beautiful.

Ossian was also a favorite book of Napolean and many other notable figures...it's one I've been meaning to read for awhile

This girl, as well as many others, has allegedly changed her eye color from brown to green/hazel through her diet. Some might call this pseudoscience, but I personally believe that adequate nutrition is necessary for genes to be fully expressed...I've noticed significant changes in the color, quality and vibrancy of my hair, skin and eyes when I consistently eat wholesome, natural foods. The conventional American diet of fast-food/junk-food/processed food is repressing our European genes from being fully manifested, turning us into dull, ugly versions of our ancestors.

@peytonT There are plenty of white people who do eat trash but also have blue and green eyes. Yours might not turn brown, but it's likely that they would become dull-looking and much less vibrant.

@BigBadSaxon - ID I feel the same way about someone like Elliot Hulse, who is mixed-race but gives incredible advice on fitness and well-being. Folks like Mark Sisson and Jack Lalanne, however, are great White fitness gurus.

@Algrin "Bailey" Bagley - PA Wow, thanks for the info. I knew fermentation was supposed to solve the issue of phytic acid, but thought it would also reduce the presence of estrogen. And yea, the soy-estrogen question is still up for debate...as far as I know nothing is proven. But I'd still like to keep my intake of soy to a minimum. According to another user on this server, cauliflower is an effective estrogen blocker...

@StrawberryArmada I've been learning some Irish and Scots Gaelic through music and poetry. I can't converse in the language, or really form a sentence on my own, but have mostly memorized phrases. Listening to the music really helps with pronouncing the words.
