@Kevster25 I've heard a lot that what you eat matters more than how much exercise you do. Not to downplay the importance of exercise, you need both. Problem is most of the stuff we like to eat adds weight and we can't exercise it off fast enough ๐ฆ

Fasting is healthy and it's literally impossible to fail unless you break the fast
Working out is for gaining muscle or keeping them at least in shape. It won't help you much in losing weight unless you have some sort of daily routine where you're working out for 8 hours a day or something.
I lost 10 kilos from just counting calories; if you want to lose weight just keep your intake at about 1400 calories (1300 if you're a wamman) or slightly below and you should be set; best practice to keep track of calories is to not eat homemade mixed foods e.g. salads, soups, or anything fried in oil, because you have no idea how many calories are in there, though you can eat such things from sold containers because they usually put the calorific value in there. Also you need to take into account other nutrients when you're composing a diet, making sure you eat the right amount of protein, carbs, fat, and fibre. Count carbs and fibre separately, because fibre, unlike other carbs, adds absolutely nothing of calorific value into your system, it just helps you process the stuff you've taken in through the day
Here is a rough diet plan I followed, I don't remember the quantities but it went roughly like this:
Breakfast: Oats (with water and cinnamon (which helps calorie burning somewhat), no sugar (((also don't do raisins that shit is packed with sugar)))) and some plums
Lunch: A salami sandwich composed of solely salami and bread, and an apple/pear
Dinner: a carefully measured piece of chicken with cucumber, bread, and a slight bit of ketchup
It all came down well below 1300 calories, and you do feel hungry throughout the day, so it's not very convenient, but for the most part it doesn't make you tired or unenergetic; I didn't exercise for the most part (apart from a few morning jogs which ***don't help***) and still lost weight. It's all about not taking in more than you burn throughout the day
To find out how much weight you'll lose, you'll need to know the calorie consumption for your weight necessary to keep you at that weight (there are calculators online for that), subtract it from what you expect to eat in a day according to your diet, and multiply the difference until you get 3500 calories, which amounts to 1kg of fat
in that amount of days you'll lose a kilo

@O. paxarbolis Reduce caloric intake, especially eliminate all sweets, 1 hours workouts 5 days a week, 1 day 30 min 1 day rest so -> Mon/Tue -> medium/ hard, Wed 30 min medium/ easy, Thur/Fri -> hard/ medium, Saturday 2X1 hour or simply 1 hour, easy.
Major thing is reduce how much you eat, only eat when hungry, NO SWEETS OR JUNK FOOD, for women light weights or cardio is great women respond differently than men to different excercise but hte same rules apply, mmix strength and cardio (martial arts workouts, such as kickboxing are GREAT for bburning fat.) You have no excuse because calisthenics are a thing (plenty of resources online, I have never lifted weights in my life and i keep myself fit only with calisthenics, im too poor for a gym).
So yeah thats a very general kind of plan, only heavy days should leave you feeling somewhat sore the next day, a gentle good sore not a painful sore, any sore of painful soreness is reason to take a break

Human bodies adapt, you gotta shake it up all the time. I go for 70% protien 15% carb +fat monday/tuesday, fasting wednesday 24 hours then a double meal of any macros. Thurs/fri/sat is 40% protien, 40% fat, 20% carb days, then a cheat day sunday.

Yes fasting is a good thing, this is popularly taught at least in my uni, biochem and physio profs tell us regularly and generally looking at the mountain of data that we have its evident rather regular fasting is good for you. (especially gut health). Also a cheat day is really good for helping you curb idk if you have a sugar addiction. Generally speaking its good to not eat at least 2 hours before going to bed, by the time you wake up you are fasting, ghrelin is released and when you become hungry and feel legitimate hunger, you have released ghrelin and that is pumping growth hormone like there is no tomorrow. Thanks yo this you will, suprisingly, recover faster and better and feel better. After fasting for a day or two (so eating once or twice a day, or generally just eating when hungry until you arent hungry) the false sensation of hunger generated by pleasure seeking behaviour vanishes.
However cravings for sugar etc. might persist for 2-3 days more. However fight throug it and that will also vanish. (Eating mostly meat is also a good idea, and having some carbs is necessary. You will not grow without carbs, makign growth hormone useless and you will start to degenerate rather than grow)

That is more than likely, generally speaking you can do meal prepping where you make dinner for a few days, there are really easy soups to make that are filled with meat and veggies and will give you everythign you need. Fat is rather essential and healthy, particularly animal fat btu dont suddenly overdo it, your liver wont be happy. Your lack of appetite is rather worrying id check my TSH levels and get your thyroid checked out. You should be producing ghrelin when you fast inducing hunger etc. Otherwise this could be indicative of anorexia in which case eating a cheeseburger or some mcDonalds will induce hunger as they add stuff to the food to promote hunger

I try to debate them and have a conversation but it's useless.
They refuse to listen to my points and would rather dismiss them completely and make my time inside the class a living hell.
I can barely focus because everyone's so loud, and I can't work outside the classroom there's no where else to work.
I tell them to be quiet over and over, and I try to have conversations with the other's in class, but they're so vaguely RW themselves that I'm beginning to reconsider my original views on them.
I feel as if I'm stuck, and that i'm slowly falling behind because of my inability to remain focused and to get rid of the distractions.

@Griselda I used to live in the US, not my kind of country i got different blood in me. Thing is the process isnt that simple and the process costs 2X what the gun costs which is absurdly high. I think some 2k for the gun, so 4-6k for the process itself which can be denied at any time.
