unless it gets to you on a daily basis.

2018-09-08 00:24:50 UTC

Self improvement huh? Any advice on how to kick a codeine addiction?

2018-09-08 00:50:24 UTC

Realize that you have a life that'd you enjoy more if you didn't to it and did other things that are lest destructive

2018-09-08 00:50:31 UTC

try cocaine instead @Queek

2018-09-08 00:50:35 UTC

If you don't want that then why would you want to stop

2018-09-08 00:51:10 UTC

I want that but the process of stopping is the issue

2018-09-08 00:51:30 UTC

It's not really something you can suddenly go *ah not for me* and leave

2018-09-08 01:46:53 UTC

Well that's what you *have* to do.

2018-09-08 01:47:29 UTC

Unless you can somehow ween yourself off it, and control your cravings during withdrawal.

Yes fasting is a good thing, this is popularly taught at least in my uni, biochem and physio profs tell us regularly and generally looking at the mountain of data that we have its evident rather regular fasting is good for you. (especially gut health). Also a cheat day is really good for helping you curb idk if you have a sugar addiction. Generally speaking its good to not eat at least 2 hours before going to bed, by the time you wake up you are fasting, ghrelin is released and when you become hungry and feel legitimate hunger, you have released ghrelin and that is pumping growth hormone like there is no tomorrow. Thanks yo this you will, suprisingly, recover faster and better and feel better. After fasting for a day or two (so eating once or twice a day, or generally just eating when hungry until you arent hungry) the false sensation of hunger generated by pleasure seeking behaviour vanishes.

However cravings for sugar etc. might persist for 2-3 days more. However fight throug it and that will also vanish. (Eating mostly meat is also a good idea, and having some carbs is necessary. You will not grow without carbs, makign growth hormone useless and you will start to degenerate rather than grow)

(or so my physio lectures and biochem lectures say)

@Deleted User @Deleted User No bully in self improvement

2018-09-13 21:57:21 UTC

my muscles are T H I C C

2018-09-13 23:30:50 UTC

stationary body-weight exercises

2018-09-13 23:31:04 UTC

and wear a backpack when your body-weight becomes easy to handle

2018-09-13 23:31:58 UTC

works nice if you live in an unsafe area, and can't afford equipment

2018-09-14 01:29:46 UTC

Do an hour of push ups, planks, pull ups, crunches, running, and running with heavy objects

2018-09-14 01:29:55 UTC

Also squats with heavy objects

2018-09-14 01:30:19 UTC

If you can get a brick, you’ll get a month’s worth of gym potential for almost free

2018-09-14 01:30:56 UTC

Look at the Marine Corps Combat Fitness Test and attempt to emulate and complete it

2018-09-15 02:30:43 UTC

if I got a gym membership what gym gives the most bang for your buck

2018-09-15 04:20:33 UTC

Don't go to Planet Fitness

2018-09-16 02:23:41 UTC

^

2018-09-16 02:26:43 UTC

Do push ups and jumping jacks. Why bother with the gym unless you gonna do squats and dead lifts

2018-09-16 04:03:42 UTC

@Doctor Anon I built a home gym in my garage, heavy bag, speed bag, rack, bench, dumbells, wasn't cheap though

2018-09-16 04:04:43 UTC

@Doctor Anon Just do body weight exercises, there are lots

2018-09-16 13:38:08 UTC

Just get a set of weights, and use them to tone your body. Unless you are the type that needs the threat of wasting money on something to learn.

2018-09-16 15:26:12 UTC

dont forget a protein shake after

2018-09-16 15:26:16 UTC

so it builds better

2018-09-16 20:05:34 UTC

Honestly most weights can be replaced with a backpack full of bricks, weights, books, anything that adds weight, do that with calisthenics and shit and you will be good

2018-09-16 20:06:04 UTC

(I did that and honestly its damn effective, alternatively do hard manual labor and then add a lighter 30 min workout. Chopping wood works wonders)

2018-09-17 08:56:38 UTC

for skin care i have cetaphil cleanser, a topical retinoid, and cerave moisturizer

2018-09-17 08:57:00 UTC

but i wonder if i should do more

2018-09-17 08:59:42 UTC

i also have diet problems, I will forget to eat for an entire day, then I'll make noodles because its easy

2018-09-17 09:00:34 UTC

i've avoided dairy and high fat stuff but im horrible at balance

2018-09-17 09:02:24 UTC

really don't want any muscle, but a lack of nutrition is probably why I feel tired all the time

2018-09-18 08:53:20 UTC

That is more than likely, generally speaking you can do meal prepping where you make dinner for a few days, there are really easy soups to make that are filled with meat and veggies and will give you everythign you need. Fat is rather essential and healthy, particularly animal fat btu dont suddenly overdo it, your liver wont be happy. Your lack of appetite is rather worrying id check my TSH levels and get your thyroid checked out. You should be producing ghrelin when you fast inducing hunger etc. Otherwise this could be indicative of anorexia in which case eating a cheeseburger or some mcDonalds will induce hunger as they add stuff to the food to promote hunger

2018-09-22 03:53:33 UTC

I second @Deleted User on that. If you need to do things on an incline or a step, use stationary furniture like a kitchen chair or a sturdy table or bedframe.

2018-09-26 21:53:45 UTC

criticism on the anatomy, scale etc.? Its not meant to be supremely realistic but simply a medium poly medium detail base model that I will model every other character off of. (for a short 2 min video im making that has to do with retaking the homeland)
