My girlfriend's mother was talking all about the march last night and how we are exploding into Boomer circles truly for the first time. Paranoia is a natural reaction for the masses' exposure to something new and powerful. We must press the Nation's Flag even more in our coming Actions and Promat Placement to reinforce our image and message, and these delusions in time will subside. Our ubiquitous Activism will brush all paranoia aside and leave only heartfelt support and allegiance, or the most bitter resistance and hatred. Dividing the apathetic public into these two categories are a necessary and monumental achievement and is the first step to real change. Congratulate yourselves on getting thus far, but do not lessen your commitment or your fanaticism even a little, there is still a long way to go. Steel your hearts and sharpen your minds. @here This week's action report is attending the march in DC as well as stickering Southbridge and Sturbridge. I'm currently reading "Rerum Novarum: On labor and capital" by Pope Leo the 8th. Next week's action report will be 2/2 and I will be in attendance on Sunday. Who wants to redpill me on the 30-minute workout? Everyone's telling me an hour in the gym is way too long but I feel like 30 minutes doesn't push me enough
@Bill MA I think if you are working out efficiently that anything over an hour is probably overkill, but 30 mins is a little short

I been slackin on the gym all week. For some reason, ever since DC I've been sleeping like a baby 10 hours a night.
That's opposed to my normal 5-6 hours in the weeks prior
Like upper chest, mid chest and lower chest
Or the three heads of the shoulder muscle
But I will also add on exercises that engage the entire muscle at once
My strategy is generally warm up, 2-3 exercises at target muscle, intermediate exercise (like situps or pushups, something that lets my target muscle rest), then 2-3 more exercises till failure
Thats decent
I warm up with calisthenics like dips and pull ups until failure
Then hit the exercises that have more engagement after
Then I do isolation after
I was up for a solid like 36 hours from saturday am to Sunday pm, I'm sure you could say the same bill. There's your answer to why you've been sleeping so much
@Bill MA There's this concept of the 80/20 rule where 80% of your results from working out come from 20% of the effort meaning you can get some serious gains from a suboptimal workout. Fine-tuning the workout becomes more important as you approach your genetic potential. 30 minutes a day 3 days a week is plenty to build a decent amount of muscle. Ideally you'd do more than that and hit more of the minor muscles, but that simple schedule will take you pretty far. Focus on compound movements such as bench press, squats, and pull-ups.
