@Bill MA There's this concept of the 80/20 rule where 80% of your results from working out come from 20% of the effort meaning you can get some serious gains from a suboptimal workout. Fine-tuning the workout becomes more important as you approach your genetic potential. 30 minutes a day 3 days a week is plenty to build a decent amount of muscle. Ideally you'd do more than that and hit more of the minor muscles, but that simple schedule will take you pretty far. Focus on compound movements such as bench press, squats, and pull-ups.
