Yeah, I understand, I try to get out as much as can but my chapter is 3-4 hour drive away so I end up posting online a bunch and meeting up when I can, and do as much work for org as I can.
It's the day after boxing day here.

Landlords are going to raise rents as high as they possibly can no matter what. Tax increases are inconsequential. They will say they are raising rents to offset expenses but in reality that is not the reason. They will cite high taxes in an effort to manipulate politicians to advocate for low/no taxes. At the end of the day, Landlords will raise rents to make themselves more money. If they felt raising rents would lead to tenants to vacate (loss of money) they would eat the tax increase and not raise rents.
You know I stay away from the "globalist" question for the most part but: lol A friend of mine sent me this video. It is highly dramatic and does a lot of small snippets to emphasize a point, but I enjoyed it and thought it made some really good points.
