As much as I hate the city I think that retreating from the cities ultimately ends in defeat. You look at our most successful opponents they did exactly the opposite. They planted themselves in the center of the biggest cities they can find made no concessions infiltrated all available institutions made allies with all the influential powerbrokers and ultimately took over the city and consequently the surrounding country.
Civilization is bugpeople crowded into shanty towns. You see this best illustrated in China. Western cities are unique in that they were designed, some better than others, to preserve a bit of the expanding and conquering spirit of "primitive" man.
😩😩 A Couple of weeks ago they announced in church (LDS) that today after church services would be over, we would have a pot luck / mingle / hang out thing. Of course the full time missionaries were encouraged to bring any potential converts they have been talking to. So today these missionaries brought this Mexican family 😩 they stood out like a sure thumb: they didn’t speak English came and pigged out. Everybody watched them: and some people commented: oh boy it’s happening!! 😭😭 I went up to those missionaries and said: “Are you guys planning on baptizing these people? And one of them replied,”we sure hope so.” And I said “I sure hope you do not! “ 😡
If we talking about good cities with cheap houses Cheyenne is pretty amazing. Plus getting a job there is as easy as walking into a warehouse or oil field.
