Thank you Henry! Pleasure to meet you and everyone else

Hello everyone, my name is Paul - I'm from Southeastern Michigan studying pre-law. I am of German, Italian, and Hungarian descent, 2nd generation immigrant almost all around. I look forward to interacting with you all on a personal level, getting to know everyone and finally being able to have serious discussions about history, politics, and identity with like-minded people!

They were the kids who rode that cool short bus to class everyday, and always hung around that teacher who used to give them hi-fives every 3 minutes for being โ€œsuper guys/girls/xirsโ€...

New guy (1/4 Italian) chiming in on the subject - much of the northern Italian ancestry, or at least cultural aspects, were allegedly influenced by the Etruscans, but the origin of the Etruscans is largely ambiguous

Ahh, I will admit I'm not as versed on the subject as I probably should be - I just wanted to jump in and converse with people since I'm new to Identity Evropa

I took a course on the matter though, most of my focus was on Roman-onwards however

@Nemets Thank you ๐Ÿ™‚

Since you seem so versed on the subject, out of curiosity, my Italian family members come from outside of Naples, Frigento to be precise, would that be considered to be predominantly Etruscan historically/culturally?

I see, I'm curious as to finding out what we culturally descended from pre-Roman. I know that a very distant relative (similar spelling of our surname) was a Roman political figure as the family name was inscribed on several government buildings, thank you @Virgil, I'll read up on this

@Virgil my uncle paid some genealogists to trace it back, and they got as far as pre-Roman, but you're probably right. ๐Ÿ˜…

We can at least accurately trace the Italian side back several centuries, but my great-grandfather (and something of a mentor) was a soldier in Division "M", and that's one of the greatest sources of pride I had the privilege of experiencing personally

@DixieBoy76 - KY Forever vigilant <:deye:359010025223618570>

What's everyone up to tonight?

Hopefully it's not violating the rules of <#481597551272001546>, but this guy just got his lowest midterm exam score back today - 87%!

Trying for a 3.7 or higher... this dominican GA teaching one of my classes is really giving me a hard time, I'm building a case to bring to the department head

@Sam Anderson It's a real thing. Probably an instance of their parents lining some professors pockets.. Corruption amongst hyper-liberal, American post-secondary instructors... Who would've ever thought? ๐Ÿค”

Which class out of curiosity?

@Sam Anderson My good friend is in supply chain, from what he tells me its 90% east asians

And if you commit a crime of violence towards someone, doesn't that imply hate already?

It's a redundancy

But wearing a red cap is racist! Making things great is racist! America is racist! Now gimme muh handouts

@ophiuchus Exactly, and the fact that tuition costs vary based on whether you're in-state or not also supports that, my grades were not as high as what was regarded to be the admission standard, but that out-of-state tuition cost definitely played into my acceptance

dowel, he probably bought new curtains

๐Ÿ‡ง ad ๐Ÿ‡ง oy

I deleted my social media recently, aside from it getting you doxxed, its amazing how the extra minutes of your day you get back

@Conway - OK This, it could destroy your life - keep in mind that no matter what the actual objectives of any identitarian organization, nothing will stop the blue pilled general public NPCs from thinking that you're a Nazi/racist/[insert generic left buzzword]

bauhaus style

Kitchen Nightmares>

Whats with the resurgence of everyone into The Sopranos again? Big fan of the show, but it seems so many people are watching it again

IE lawyers ๐Ÿ™Œ

Thanks Patrick

@DixieBoy76 - KY Distant relatives of the Nunya tribe

But their great-great-great-great-great grandfather came over

its not if you identify as a straight guy. Just throw "I identify as..." before anything and you can be it! I personally identify as a nonbinary whale-falcon

@Logan Sorry man, I'll be super mindful

They'll pull some "he was under psychological duress from feeling so racially discriminated against so he can't be held accountable" card and sweep it under the rug

Does anybody know what the IE jackets look like? Excited to get some merchandise now that I'm (virtually) finished the pledge process

What must I do oh greatest purveyor of fiery knowledge?

It feels like the beginning of a great quest where you get cool armor as rewards

The jacket is like beating the group boss

*reward for beating

I'm hoping I can go but I've missed so much work the last couple months, I have to catch up on some bills and adulty kind of stuff

Yeah, it was mentioned there would be new merch available at LOPF, or after at least

I'll probably grab a couple things as soon as I get it back

Ever since I started working out again, my hunger is ravenous, and always inopportunely after midnight when I know I shouldn't eat

My workout buddy swears by it but I just cant make it palatable ๐Ÿ˜…

I'll have to try the Frank's, I haven't heard of pink salt though, whats unique about it?

Better than ice cream though... That was a major achievement - my dad is visiting and suggested getting some tonight, along with chips and other junk, I had the willpower to get jerky instead. But I'll have to try the pink salt/cottage cheese

Oof... Braunschweiger, I can eat a whole stick with a block of cheddar and a pack of ritz crackers... come to think of it... I have some decent salami and a good fontinella...

I saw that too @Jordan - MD , really surprised me how they've sort of parted ideologies with POTUS

@Valaska pureed pork or beef liver

Great German staple, my Oma used to feed me that as an after lunch snack when I was a kid, its terrific

If there was an opened store near me that sold it, I'd trek through that polar vortex to get it right now...

Yeah, I meant that, not puree, my bad

I definitely put braunschweiger, Bavarian mustard, cottage cheese, and pink salt on my grocery list for this week

It was more Nana and Papa growing up, but we used to use Oma/Opa

Mine came in '21

I don't know, it's just what we called them. Her mom was from Austro-Hungary, so it could've been Hungarian influenced?

It was probably my dad and them coming up with it because it rhymed with Papa, but honestly, I'm not sure beyond that. They passed away years ago and my dad is asleep, I could ask in the morning

@Jacob Huh.. Interesting, because although their family came from Germany and Austro-Hungary, our surname is Anglo-Saxon to the extent that there are several Englishmen bearing the same surname

A couple Swedes too

No, but it's always fun to think about

@Jacob I'm guessing my dad and his siblings called him that, but it's probably just names they came up with for me to call them so I didn't just call them grandma and grandpa.

Nonna and Nonno are Italian, I have a Nonna and Nonno too

Cheese is a bad word in my current state of hunger

I have a surplus of various different cheeses and it's taking every ounce of self control not to eat a whole brick right now

Man there is some serious wind in MI today

So... how 'bout them Yankees?

holy cow, it's so windy here that I'm convinced that my balcony doors are going to blow in

I'm pretty sure I lost a couple empty boxes of pop that were sitting out there too...

You have to take the sleet with the wind, and no tradebacks

I can't wait till I get my security deposit back so I can put my apartment management on blast... Bunch of ghetto chumps.

Made from a kind of woody substance, you can tell that by the way it is.

Neature Walk

That's pretty neat!

Tell me about it... I have one box started, I need to get off the internet and focus
