Well, in any case. I reported that guy, and Id encourage you all to do the same.

It's a good idea, but you will have to prove (at least in Louisiana) the emotional distress by mean of some medical documentation (ie, counseling records, prescriptions for anti depression or anxiety) which requires you to admit that these people got to you. Admitting defeat to these idiots in a sense may not be something that many people want to do.

@commonplebe - IN assets are important if we want to continue fighting. Lawyers are not free.

@Fox I think in Pa you need to experience physical damage to sue for emotional distress.

And putting these people in a corner to answer for their actions would be worth more than the nominal damages if it sends a message to the rest.
