The only acceptable revision to the 1st Amendment would be to make the words "The 1st amendment should be repealed" (and variants on such words) illegal
If someone can come up with a justification for repealing the first amendment I think they should be able to say such things
I can come up with one: To replace it with one solidifying the freedoms enshrined within it to an even greater scale. Extend them to any and all institutions that at any point what so ever have recieved tax funding, as well as clarifying that it also applies to any and all public forums, be they physical or digital.

It's the best compromise.
Almost every time someone says "There should be a law against ${X}", they're probably wrong; and it usually re-enforces itself through some medium.

Laws a piece of paper, it only exists if you actually enforce it.
And some things are tricky to enforce.
Then why make a law then?

You can make a law but don’t expect it to actually stop everything. Even if it is enforced there will always be things that slip between the cracks. Just shows that laws and enforcement still aren’t enough to prevent some things.
