Actually
I can see Revan's point.
By arresting someone for saying the first amendment should be repealed
You're basically giving them exactly what they ask for.
It's the best compromise.
Almost every time someone says "There should be a law against ${X}", they're probably wrong; and it usually re-enforces itself through some medium.
Almost every time someone says 'there should be a law against that' they're not serious.
there should be a law against suggesting violence in name of a religion
damn u somiiiiiii! 😛
what people seem to forget is that most laws that actually stick for over 100 years, are generally ones that are good
and these people think they'll suddenly fix society by changing a law that worked... overnight and it'll all be honkey cuz they're enlightened
There should be a law against mass shootings. Guess what, didnt stop them from doing it anyway.
Laws a piece of paper, it only exists if you actually enforce it.
And some things are tricky to enforce.
Then why make a law then?
Hence why hate speech laws with subjective definitions are silly.
You can make a law but don’t expect it to actually stop everything. Even if it is enforced there will always be things that slip between the cracks. Just shows that laws and enforcement still aren’t enough to prevent some things.
Wait a second, why are we talking like we disagree.
That’s why we need good guys with guns to stop the bad ones that make it through the system.
We aren’t lol.
Noooo, I mean the pattern will look like it. Its like imagine two people with their faces 2 inches, like they gonna fight. But instead they keep yelling shit like, SOOOO WHATS FOR DINNER, YOU WANT BK?
Lol
Anyhow, I want to know the reasoning.
Like, a sign saying no noise means fuck all. Unless theres a librarian there to physically remove disruptous individuals.
Can’t post pics so this will have to do https://www.reddit.com/r/pics/comments/hr5zp/im_a_sign_not_a_cop/
If you're a cop you have to tell me
hello tim you ever on here?
@BanksyStyle Tim pops in occasionally to get reads on his fans. Once or twice, he's used us to crowdsource. It's definitely not a direct channel to him here, though.
CNN sensationalizing again

"Abject drivel from Vanity Fair"
abject drivel. Dave channeling his inner Shapiro?
I used to like Dave, but he's really let himself go
his interviews feel more like gay porn with all the guest dicks he's sucking, and he virtue signals constantly on twitter
