Most people in the imperium of mankind would burn anything remotely looking different. You dont hear much about Eldar fighting in human ranks, but there are humans fighting alongside Eldar.
Though I think Squats, Ratlings, and Ologs do fight alongside humans. Though they are pretty much humans with some mutations of sorts.

They are mutants, and as such second-class citizens, but the mutation is 'stable' and well understood, and there's both too many of them and they're too useful to just exterminate. The only acceptable revision to the 1st Amendment would be to make the words "The 1st amendment should be repealed" (and variants on such words) illegal
If someone can come up with a justification for repealing the first amendment I think they should be able to say such things
I can come up with one: To replace it with one solidifying the freedoms enshrined within it to an even greater scale. Extend them to any and all institutions that at any point what so ever have recieved tax funding, as well as clarifying that it also applies to any and all public forums, be they physical or digital.
