I do weight training at 5am. I am trying to build up the muscle to help speed up my push ups and running.
I train after work each day
burst intensity is very effective
I like to run a lot so if I do it early in the day Iโm gonna burn out by 3pm
i workout all day every day. have been for over 20 years. its bout the only thing my father taught me
Plus I train fasted
he taught me to wash my face brush my teeth and pull your own ass around. cus no one else will do it for me

I like to lift weights for an hour and a half then run 12 miles. After mile 4 the nerve pain goes away and get my runners high.

I don't look it but I flutter between 155 and 157lbs. I have muscle mass but too much body fat. Trying to shred it off.
