It hit me today that not drinking soda very often has put me off of it for the most part, I used to drink like 3-4 a day just because, now, unless I'm eating something, its a struggle to get through a can, it hasn't even been that long, maybe 2-3 months its almost solely been water
Candy/sugar still has a hold of me but its not like I ever ate a lot of candy to begin with

Update on my fitness shenanigans:
Found an older lady at the gym who’s ripped to hell and back. She’s been mentoring me. She’s like 60 and I’m pretty sure she could bench press me.
We met because she saw how terrible my form was when I was doing lunges.
Hurt my back at work really bad last week. It felt better the next day, but has been tight for about 5 days. Did Skin the Cats at the park and it really helped
My wrist has been slowly improving. Hoping to get back into the gym next week.

I saw my brother last night for the first time in almost a year. This dude been bulking hard. He's like 6'5 200lbs
He's a little fat, which I'm not used to at all, but he's strong af
For reference, my entire life, he's been taller and lighter than me
Gym was empty on Thanksgiving and now I can feast guilt free.

Had to cut out a few problematic lifts (overhead press, lateral raises) and reduce the weight a bit but otherwise had a pain free session w/ my wrist today.
Trying to be careful but I think I could be at 100% within 2 weeks...
