@John Wesley-SC Merry Christmas again. Made it here.
The forward felt like punishment to me. I skipped part of it with so many names and references to schools of thought, philosophies, and movements. The main text isn't hard to read. I might read the forward after the main text because it's good too. I'm liking the Kindle version because of it's integrated dictionary look up and being able to quickly look up that germen is an archaic word for seed, etc.
Guessing someone's thought about this, but auto repagination is going to make figuring out if you're on the mark for the 50 pages tough. Not sure how to sort that out. Any ideas?
Positive article - hope inducing. It's up to all of us to keep the momentum moving forward.
Antifa, in my experience, are overwhelmingly poor, psychologically unstable, and undereducated. Couch surfing non washing soup kitchen folk that have parental conflicts. I know they say those things about us. I guess they're just projecting. In general, they're overwhelmingly lazy, but couch that by saying they don't want to participate in a system that they don't believe in.
I'm against forced cake baking, trans bathrooms, and degenaracy in parades, and idiotic forced pronouns and normalizing trans that are actually mentally ill and paying for hormone treatment etc. Garden variety functioning gay/lesbian that doesn't flaunt and lives their life, meh, whatever. Also I'm against the entire concept of hate crime. It's already a crime to do x, y, z, no need to make a super crime.
Are we updating the language list still in case we need interpretation on anything we know who to ask? I can do the Español thing.
They took German out of my highschool because of windmills of peace.
Thanks. I'm fluent, but anything for publication would need copy edited. Lived overseas a bit, so I learned the language, unlike our southern neighbors who come here.
Thanks Anglo. Sold out btc on the high when you last mentioned that, then saw the news out of Korea the next day, bought btc low, hopefully a good strategy. Playing with peanuts anyway, but it's fun.
Last line was funny... For those of you that feel unsafe about this group's presence on our campus, go to the diversity and inclusion officem
Yup. Later though it said, and other white supremicist groups.
We need to reorient people to the big picture and leave out less important squabbles. "What matters most at this point is a unifying ideological platform. When the house is on fire, domestic disputes are put on hold."
Main point is to get away from Saudi influences through energy independence. Fossil fuels cause a lot of damage, asthma, cancer, etc. Nuclear is clean until is destroys an area for thousands of years. Fusion, on the other hand, would be ideal when we figure it out.
Just sharing a video I hadn't seen before. It's D. Duke addressing Faye at Amren 2006. Faye responds. Gives some insight to Faye's take on the JQ, which we discussed. https://youtu.be/RELmEPUy6lQ ... also linked are Amren's and Duke's responses to the discussion.
Didn't intend for screenshot preview. If I should have linked that differently, please let me know.
white culture is difficult for people to grasp in America because it is the dominant culture (still) and so it's just "normal".
i've got a comment on this one
why work when you can sue
good point Samantha. Gotta justify your paycheck.
NHI reports lower buoyancy due to bone and muscle density.
They have a greater in group identity in comparison to the masses of white Americans whose culture is denied
France and Russia = mostly white
3% difference between us and Asians. 15% between us and blacks. I'm not too worried.
they call them "high yellers" - a tinge of white/yellowish
can't give examples of benefits. surprise!
The clear vertical line is Troost. This was created during redlining.
southern kasnsas city kansas - north kansas city ks is all latino
If you don't actually live on a ranch and you're worried about what it looks like, you can get Justin's without the cowboy stitching and they're nice.
Flight attendant is making me switch off data for take off. Night guys. Bye Nashville.
Despite that, it's an important book.
Celtic yes it's S. Alinksy. The hard copy I have is consistent with the cover you're describing.
@Wilhelm-OH#5377 Como quieres practicar? Por voz? No se si hay gente suficiente para una charla en grupo.
"I ast Ruf could she bring it ovah to Tom crib." (SE: I asked Ruth if/whether she could bring it over to Tom's place.)
From an example page at Stanford
"She BIN had dat han'-made dress" (SE: She's had that hand-made dress for a long time, and still does.)

Only advice I'll probably ever give here, take it or leave it... It's cliché, but: when you meet the one that truly makes you want to be a better man, don't let her go. You'll feel it. It won't feel like she's out of your league. You'll just want to be the best you can be for her because she deserves it. That's the one.
Re: keto. Your body and especially your brain likes glucose. Your liver stores glucose for around 12 hours after you eat any type of carb. It releases it when fasting, as in your overnight sleep. When your glucose (sugar) stores are gone, aka glycogen stores, your body flips out a little. Your body will start making ketones by burning your fat stores. If you continue eating less than around 30 g carbs daily, you will likely feel low energy and foggy for a few days while your body adapts to the new fuel source. Your brain can use ketones as fuel and will adapt and you will start to feel better.
You will lose weight quickly, but it is mostly water. If you continue, your body will continue mobilizing fat stores - burning fat. Eating most calories from fat, like butter avocado olive oil even bacon, will satiate you especially if you have a lot of fiber in the way of vegetables (avoiding root vegetables high in starch and of course grains).
To remain in ketosis, it is also important to avoid a large excess of protein. Artificial sugars in large quantities may also throw you out. If the goal is weight loss, you'll slowly adapt to wanting less food because fats + fiber is filling. Keto has been shown in many cases to normalize blood fats (lipids - cholesterol, triglycerides) and should not habe negative impact on the kidneys, especially if you aren't eating only meat. Other reported benefits include increased energy and mental acuity, though I don't know of studies verifying this. It is a tricky diet because it's hard to know what they put in food at restaurants and cooking yourself is best. Also, the social aspect of food shouldn't be discounted and may vause troubles at times. Regarding fat intake - eating as much as you want is generally fine; however, if you eat a large excess, your body will look to the dietary fat first and may not get to mobilizing fat stores. If you continue, physical activity is important to maintain and build muscle. Combined with intermittent fasting, you¡will see good results and intermittent fasting is shown to positively impact longevity.
Merry Christmas and Happy Yule. My mead is delicious. It's the reason for the season.
HNY huwhite folk.
You can somewhat discount the East Asian / white IQ gap and focus on building ourselves up. The gap is much smaller than the black / white gap.
I think the quality of our education has declined significantly, almost to the point that a associates is equal to what a HS diploma used to be. A bachelors is an associates, a masters actually a bachelors. Trying for egalitarian outcomes in the face of increasing diversity has hurt us as a whole.
how can anyone disagree with any of that logically...
He plead the case logically and with statistics. I know logic fails to persuade frequently, but this is a solid stage to set. I'm hoping the next act has more teeth.
Korea has an effective barrier
from /dev/null, no one can hear your screams
Based Wyoming ftw.
does the anthem need to be 80s synth pop, or are we evolving?
@Wood-Ape - OK/MN I'll work on it.
@godric diversity divides
I liked Nates short videos he put up in the past, short and topical.
mix it in chocolate ensure. pb by itself chokes.
My work is encouraging everyone to attend yet another revamped diversity training in addition to the already mandatory ones. I'm starting to see people with pronoun stickers on their name badges. I kinda wanna throw up.
@ThisIsChris blue city and liberal field...
I read an article that some people, I forget where, are using dry erase badges so they can change gender daily if they like.
There's only one Trump supporter I work with
Ask them for strategy tips.
Who is our webguy? I have a question.
@Gimlet I mean an http redirect from the misspelled site. Would require Nathan's ok or a domain transfer.
@Gimlet thanks for looking into it. might help a couple who arrive by typing urls.
